本发明涉及一种电源插头。
背景技术
现有的插头在插入电源插座时往往会产生电火花而使插头端部电蚀烧损发黑，长期这样会导致插头与插座接触电阻增大、发热、松动等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单，能减小抑制插头在插入电源插座时电火花的产生的插头。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的插头，它包括插头本体、导电片和绝缘片，导电片和插头本体通过注塑成型形成整体，绝缘片粘接在导电片端部。
上述技术方案，现有的插头产生电火花部位和烧损部位都在插头导电片端部而非其他部位，本技术方案在导电片端部粘接2～5毫米的高硬度耐磨绝缘片，绝缘片不导电因此插头在插入电源插座时产生电火花现象会得到显著减小和抑制。本发明插头利用导电片两个面积最大的侧面传递电能。
本发明所得到的插头，结构简单，使用效果好，可延长插头的使用寿命。

如图所示，本实施例描述的插头，它包括插头本体3、导电片2和绝缘片1。导电片2和插头本体3通过注塑成型形成整体，绝缘片1粘接在导电片端部。
