Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,包括依次压在一块的太阳能电池片层1、绝缘胶膜层3、铝箔导电层4和太阳能电池背板膜层5,在绝缘胶膜层3上开设若干导电通孔9,在每一导电通孔9内注入导电银胶2,在太阳能电池背板膜层5上开设若干容纳通孔,在每一容纳通孔内通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成电极引出簇点6,所述在每一电极引出簇点6上焊接导电带7,将电流输出到光伏接线盒8中。通过电极引出簇点在铝箔和导电带之间建立电气连接,解决了因铝箔背板氧化层的存在而无法与导电带进行焊接问题,让铝箔成功取代铜箔成为了现实,大大降低了太阳能背接触组件的制造成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池领域,具体为一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置。
背景技术
太阳能背接触组件技术是一种高效新型的应用于光伏太阳能电池组件的电流输出技术,该技术与传统的太阳能电流输出技术相比:能有效的避免传统的电池板表面栅线的光遮蔽效应、能有效的减小电流输送环节电阻引起的电流消耗,同时能避免因人工焊接造成的质量不稳定,该技术可以提高太阳能组件的电能转化率7%左右。
现今主流的背板材料都是用铜箔作为导电基材,由于铜箔造价昂贵、市场价格波动大,不利于控制太阳能背接触组件的制造成本。
使用铝箔代替铜箔作为导电层,可以有效降低制造成本。但是由于铝活泼的化学性质,暴露在空气中的铝表面,2-3秒内即可形成一层氧化层。该氧化层造成铝箔无法与导电带焊接在一起,即由太阳能电池片发的电流传导到铝基的导电背板上之后,无法传导到外部的光伏接线盒上。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足之处,本发明提供一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,通过电极引出簇点在铝箔和导电带之间建立电气连接,解决了因铝箔背板氧化层的存在而无法与导电带进行焊接问题,让铝箔成功取代铜箔成为了现实,大大降低了太阳能背接触组件的制造成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括由上至下依次层压在一块的太阳能电池片层、绝缘胶膜层、铝箔导电层和太阳能电池背板膜层,在绝缘胶膜层上开设若干导电通孔,在每一导电通孔内注入导电银胶,在太阳能电池背板膜层开设若干容纳通孔,在每一容纳通孔内通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成电极引出簇点,所述在每一电极引出簇点上焊接导电带,通过导电带将电流输出到光伏接线盒中。
由于设计了在每一容纳通孔内通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成电极引出簇点,让导电带焊接在电极引出簇点上,解决了铝箔表面无法施焊的问题;同时由于设计了在太阳能电池背板膜层上开设若干容纳通孔,直接往该容纳通孔内实施超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成电极引出簇点,因此该容纳通孔为实施超音速冷喷涂技术提供了容纳载体,方便了超音速冷喷涂技术实施;由太阳能电池片层产生的电流依次通过导电银胶、铝箔导电层、电极引出簇点和导电带,最后输出至外部的光伏接线盒上,该电流引出装置实现了带有铝箔导电层的电流的导出,在太阳能背接触组件技术中,让铝箔代替铜箔作为导电层成为了可能,大大降低了太阳能背接触组件的制作成本,同时大大提高了该种组件的市场竞争力。
本发明设计了,所述用于超音速冷喷涂技术的金属微粒直径为0.1-500um。
本发明设计了,所述电极引出簇点的表面粗糙。
本发明设计了,所述金属微粒为金、银、铜、镍或合金材料。
本发明设计了,所述金属微粒为球形铜粉,通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成厚度为30-50um的电极引出簇点。
本发明设计了,导电带与电极引出簇点的焊接可以是钎焊、锡焊、超声波焊接、激光焊接、摩擦焊或电阻焊。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1所示为本发明的一个具体实施例,包括通过高温真空加压方式依次层压在一块的太阳能电池片层1、绝缘胶膜层3、铝箔导电层4和太阳能电池背板膜层5,在绝缘胶膜层3上开设若干导电通孔9,在每一导电通孔9内注入导电银胶2,导电银胶2将太阳能电池片层1所产生的电流传导到铝箔导电层4上,在太阳能电池背板膜层5开设若干容纳通孔,在每一容纳通孔内通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成表面粗糙的电极引出簇点6,所述超音速冷喷涂技术采用金属微粒直径为0.1-500um的球形铜粉并沉积形成厚度为30-50um的电极引出簇点6,所述在每一电极引出簇点6上通过锡焊连接导电带7,导电带7的另一端连接外部的光伏接线盒8,铝箔导电层4上的电流通过电极引出簇点6传导到导电带7上,再通过导电带7传导到光伏接线盒8上。
在本实例中,所述超音速冷喷涂技术采用金属还可以为金、银、镍或合金材料。
在本实例中,导电带7与电极引出簇点6的焊接还可以是钎焊、超声波焊接、激光焊接、摩擦焊或电阻焊。
本发明具有以下优点:
1.超音速冷喷涂技术是一种金属的沉积技术,其利用高压空气和特殊的喷嘴,将达到临界速度的金属微粒击打在基体表面,形成一种金属对金属的紧密结合的表面粗糙的电极引出簇点,该技术破坏了原有金属表面的氧化层和油污等不良导电层,在本实例中能直接破坏铝箔背板上的氧化铝层,形成的新金属层与铝箔背板表面形成大于10mpa结合力,利用该技术所形成的电极引出簇点表面粗糙,增大了接触面积;以上特点都对减小接触电阻、消除接触面间的肖特基势垒起到积极影响。
2、采用超音速冷喷涂技术制作电极引出簇点的喷涂基体的瞬间温度不超过150°,体感温度最高70°,噪音小且可操作性强,便于实现。
3、利用超音速冷喷涂技术在铝箔输出点上喷涂球形铜粉从而形成厚度为30-50um的电极引出簇点,铝箔通过喷涂的电极引出簇点、导电带和外部的接线盒进行电气连接,接触电阻可以小于1毫欧。
4、由于设计了容纳通孔,利用超音速冷喷涂技术直接将金属颗粒喷涂在该孔内,该通孔为喷涂操作提供了喷涂颗粒的容纳载体,同时能对喷涂位置进行有效的定位,做到有的放矢,大大节约了金属颗粒的使用量。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,其特征在于:包括由上至下依次层压在一块的太阳能电池片层(1)、绝缘胶膜层(3)、铝箔导电层(4)和太阳能电池背板膜层(5),在绝缘胶膜层(3)上开设若干导电通孔(9),在每一导电通孔(9)内注入导电银胶(2),在太阳能电池背板膜层(5)开设若干容纳通孔,在每一容纳通孔内通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成电极引出簇点(6),所述在每一电极引出簇点(6)上焊接导电带(7),通过导电带(7)将电流输出到光伏接线盒(8)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,其特征在于:所述用于超音速冷喷涂技术的金属微粒直径为0.1-500um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,其特征在于:所述电极引出簇点(6)的表面粗糙。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,其特征在于:所述金属微粒为金、银、铜、镍或合金材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于铝基柔性导电背板的电流引出装置,其特征在于:所述金属微粒为球形铜粉,通过超音速冷喷涂技术沉积形成厚度为30-50um的电极引出簇点(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于:导电带(7)与电极引出簇点(6)的焊接可以是钎焊、锡焊、超声波焊接、激光焊接、摩擦焊或电阻焊。
