本发明涉及复合电缆,尤其涉及一种多芯复合电缆。
背景技术:
随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,未来电线电缆业还有巨大的发展潜力。
目前市场上的电缆,尚没有从单芯到七芯型合理组合的电缆,在实际工作环境中,需要多次敷设不同芯数的电缆,电缆数量多,重量大,占用空间资源多等缺陷。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种多芯复合电缆,结构设计合理,可以一次敷设满足多种需求,提高了敷设效率,减少了电缆数量,节约了空间资源。
本发明的技术方案如下:
多芯复合电缆,其特征在于:包括包括橡皮内衬层,所述的橡皮内衬层中心设有七芯组,七芯组外周沿着环形间隔分布有单芯绝缘线芯、二芯组、三芯组、四芯组、五芯组、六芯组,其中二芯组、三芯组、四芯组、五芯组、六芯组、七芯组分别由2根单芯绝缘线芯、3根单芯绝缘线芯、4根单芯绝缘线芯、5根单芯绝缘线芯、6根单芯绝缘线芯、7根单芯绝缘线芯绞合成束构成并于外侧包覆热塑性环保无卤低烟阻燃乙丙橡胶保护层构成,所述的单芯绝缘线芯和二芯组外侧的橡皮内衬层中还设有钢丝束,橡皮内衬层外侧依次包覆有耐酸碱、耐油的高分子材料构成的防腐层、高碳纤维丝编织构成的耐扭曲层、环保聚烯烃混合毒鼠强复合材料制成的防鼠咬层、橡皮外护套层。
所述的多芯复合电缆,其特征在于:所述的单芯绝缘线芯由极细铜丝和纺伦纤维丝按照2:1的股数比例束绞构成的复合导体,复合导体外包覆低碳高分子耐火绝缘体层。

1.一种多芯复合电缆,其特征在于:包括包括橡皮内衬层,所述的橡皮内衬层中心设有七芯组,七芯组外周沿着环形间隔分布有单芯绝缘线芯、二芯组、三芯组、四芯组、五芯组、六芯组,其中二芯组、三芯组、四芯组、五芯组、六芯组、七芯组分别由2根单芯绝缘线芯、3根单芯绝缘线芯、4根单芯绝缘线芯、5根单芯绝缘线芯、6根单芯绝缘线芯、7根单芯绝缘线芯绞合成束构成并于外侧包覆热塑性环保无卤低烟阻燃乙丙橡胶保护层构成,所述的单芯绝缘线芯和二芯组外侧的橡皮内衬层中还设有钢丝束,橡皮内衬层外侧依次包覆有耐酸碱、耐油的高分子材料构成的防腐层、高碳纤维丝编织构成的耐扭曲层、环保聚烯烃混合毒鼠强复合材料制成的防鼠咬层、橡皮外护套层。
