本发明公开一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,其特征是包括蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板,所述蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板均为铝质,蒸发器主板长度为420mm±1mm,宽度为235mm±1mm,厚度为3mm±0.05mm,蒸发板主板上有四个的通孔,所述辅助板与限位挡板固定在蒸发器主板正面,辅助板有两种型号,一种为‘n’形辅助板,另一种为拱形辅助板,所述限位挡板末端有一个控制感温管插入深度的限位挡片。本发明经济实惠、结实耐用、耐腐蚀性强,适合在管板式冷藏室蒸发器中推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及蒸发器领域,具体属于一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,节能变频类冰箱冷柜的市场需求量不断增加。节能变频类冰箱冷柜在制造过程中,需要蒸发器作为冷媒运行通道,以达到热交换制冷的效果。家用冰箱分为冷藏室﹑保鲜室和冷冻室,需要安装冷藏蒸发器和冷冻蒸发器。先进的冷藏蒸发器普遍使用管板式结构,管板式冷藏蒸发器在实际使用过程中存在以下问题:1,金属管与板结合部位容易脱离,粘结效果差;2,管板式冷藏蒸发器主板耐腐蚀性差。针对上述问题本发明提供一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板。
发明内容
本发明提供一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,可以解决上述技术背景中提到的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,其特征是包括蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板,所述蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板均为铝质,蒸发器主板长度为420mm±1mm,宽度为235mm±1mm,厚度为3mm±0.05mm,蒸发板主板上有四个的通孔,所述辅助板与限位挡板固定在蒸发器主板正面,辅助板有两种型号,一种为‘n’形辅助板,另一种为拱形辅助板,所述限位挡板末端有一个控制感温管插入深度的限位挡片。
所述蒸发器主板每100mm表面平整度误差值不大于0.5um,蒸发器主板正面喷涂一层厚度为0.5mm±0.05mm防腐漆,蒸发器主板背面粘结一层厚度在0.25mm~0.3mm聚乙烯粘胶层,粘胶层表面附着厚度不大于0.25mm的离形纸。
所述蒸发器主板四个边角为圆角,圆角半径为15mm±0.1mm。
所述辅助板中‘n’形辅助板宽度为10mm±0.05mm,长度为26mm±0.05mm,‘n’形辅助板凸起凸起高度为7mm±0.05mm,凸起宽度为9.1mm±0.05mm。
所述辅助板中拱形辅助板拱形半径为5.5mm±0.05mm,拱形宽度为6mm±0.05mm,拱形辅助板总长度为18mm±0.05mm。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过对蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板进行优化制造组合,制造出一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,通过增加辅助板与限位挡板解决板式蒸发器金属管与板结合部位容易脱离,粘结效果差问题;蒸发器主板正面喷涂防腐漆,背面粘结聚乙烯粘胶层与离形纸,加强蒸发器主板抗腐蚀性。本发明经济实惠、结实耐用、耐腐蚀性强,适合在管板式冷藏室蒸发器中推广使用。

1.一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,其特征是包括蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板,所述蒸发器主板、辅助板与限位挡板均为铝质,蒸发器主板长度为420mm±1mm,宽度为235mm±1mm,厚度为3mm±0.05mm,蒸发板主板上有四个的通孔,所述辅助板与限位挡板固定在蒸发器主板正面,辅助板有两种型号,一种为‘n’形辅助板,另一种为拱形辅助板,所述限位挡板末端有一个控制感温管插入深度的限位挡片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,其特征在于所述蒸发器主板每100mm表面平整度误差值不大于0.5um,蒸发器主板正面喷涂一层厚度为0.5mm±0.05mm防腐漆,蒸发器主板背面粘结一层厚度在0.25mm~0.3mm聚乙烯粘胶层,粘胶层表面附着厚度不大于0.25mm的离形纸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,其特征在于所述蒸发器主板四个边角为圆角,圆角半径为15mm±0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷藏蒸发器用蒸发板,其特征在于所述辅助板中‘n’形辅助板宽度为10mm±0.05mm,长度为26mm±0.05mm,‘n’形辅助板凸起凸起高度为7mm±0.05mm,凸起宽度为9.1mm±0.05mm。
