本发明涉及一种数控机床上用的连接件,具体来说是一种带密封垫的数控机床用连接件。

现有市场上的一些数控机床用连接件,结构设计不合理,密封性差。

本发明提供了一种带密封垫的数控机床用连接件。
本发明的目的是解决现有一些数控机床用连接件,结构设计不合理,密封性差的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带密封垫的数控机床用连接件,包括密封垫和连接件,所述的密封垫套于连接件的下部,所述的密封垫内圈上设有环形的卡圈,所述的密封垫外圈上设有环形卡板,所述的环形卡板和密封垫外圈构成一卡槽,所述的环形卡圈有四圈,从下往上依次分别为第一环形卡圈、第二环形卡圈、第三环形卡圈和第四环形卡圈,所述的连接件内部为容置腔,所述的连接件上部向外设有环形卡片,所述的连接件上设有对称的通孔,所述的连接件底部设有进出口,所述的连接件下部设有环形卡槽,所述的连接件底部下侧设有空腔。
所述的第一环形卡圈与第二环形卡圈的间距大于第二环形卡圈与第三环形卡圈的间距,所述的第二环形卡圈与第三环形卡圈的间距大于第三环形卡圈与第四环形卡圈的间距。
所述的密封垫为塑料材质制成。
所述的进出口有二个,分别为第一进出口和第二进出口。
所述的第一进出口和第二进出口分别与连接件内部的容置腔连接。
所述的对称的通孔设于连接件的中上部。
所述的第一进出口的直径小于第二进出口的直径。
所述的密封垫通过第三环形卡圈与第四环形卡圈卡于连接件下部的环形卡槽内。
本发明具有结构设计合理,密封性好的特点。

如图所示,本发明包括密封垫9和连接件1,所述的密封垫9套于连接件1的下部,所述的密封垫9内圈上设有环形的卡圈,所述的密封垫9外圈上设有环形卡板12,所述的环形卡板12和密封垫9外圈构成一卡槽13,所述的环形卡圈有四圈,从下往上依次分别为第一环形卡圈15、第二环形卡圈14、第三环形卡圈11和第四环形卡圈10,所述的连接件1内部为容置腔8,所述的连接件1上部向外设有环形卡片3,所述的连接件1上设有对称的通孔2,所述的连接件1底部设有进出口,所述的连接件1下部设有环形卡槽4,所述的连接件1底部下侧设有空腔5。
所述的第一环形卡圈15与第二环形卡圈14的间距大于第二环形卡圈14与第三环形卡圈11的间距,所述的第二环形卡圈14与第三环形卡圈11的间距大于第三环形卡圈11与第四环形卡圈10的间距。
所述的密封垫9为塑料材质制成。
所述的进出口有二个,分别为第一进出口7和第二进出口6。
所述的第一进出口7和第二进出口6分别与连接件1内部的容置腔8连接。
所述的对称的通孔2设于连接件1的中上部。
所述的第一进出口7的直径小于第二进出口6的直径。
所述的密封垫9通过第三环形卡圈11与第四环形卡圈10卡于连接件1下部的环形卡槽4内。

1.一种带密封垫的数控机床用连接件,其特征在于包括密封垫和连接件,所述的密封垫套于连接件的下部,所述的密封垫内圈上设有环形的卡圈,所述的密封垫外圈上设有环形卡板,所述的环形卡板和密封垫外圈构成一卡槽,所述的环形卡圈有四圈,从下往上依次分别为第一环形卡圈、第二环形卡圈、第三环形卡圈和第四环形卡圈,所述的连接件内部为容置腔,所述的连接件上部向外设有环形卡片,所述的连接件上设有对称的通孔,所述的连接件底部设有进出口,所述的连接件下部设有环形卡槽,所述的连接件底部下侧设有空腔;
所述的第一环形卡圈与第二环形卡圈的间距大于第二环形卡圈与第三环形卡圈的间距,所述的第二环形卡圈与第三环形卡圈的间距大于第三环形卡圈与第四环形卡圈的间距;
所述的密封垫为塑料材质制成;
所述的进出口有二个,分别为第一进出口和第二进出口;
所述的第一进出口的直径小于第二进出口的直径;
