本发明涉及一种风机。
背景技术
风机是依靠输入的机械能，提高气体压力并排送气体的机械，它是一种从动的流动机械，风机刚开始工作时轴承部位的振动很小，但是随着运转时间的加长，风机内粉尘会不均匀的附着在叶轮上，逐渐破坏风机的动平衡，使轴承振动逐渐加大，存在一定的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种防止风机叶轮粉尘堆积的装置。
本发明是这样实现的。一种风机叶轮防尘装置，包括一个机体，在机体上设置表面感应模块、传输模块，表面感应模块感应机体表面有无积尘和绣皮，设置中控装置，使用时传输模块将即时把感应到的信息传输至中控装置，中控装置计算机即时分析感应信息，判断机体表面是否有积尘和绣皮，当判断有积尘和绣皮时即时通过除尘器将其去除。
一种风机叶轮防尘装置，在机体上设置运作感应模块，感应机体的运作情况。
一种风机叶轮防尘装置，设置提示模块，当机体运作异常或有积尘和绣皮时发出提示信息。
一种风机叶轮防尘装置，提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
一种风机叶轮防尘装置，在机体上设置了防尘罩，用来保护不工作时的风机叶轮。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机叶轮防尘装置，其特征在于设置提示模块(6)，当机体运作异常或有积尘和绣皮时发出提示信息。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种风机叶轮防尘装置，其特征在于提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机叶轮防尘装置，其特征在于在机体(1)上设置了防尘罩(7)，用来保护不工作时的风机叶轮。
