与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的混水龙头通过螺纹套以及螺母件固定连接在位于水槽一角外侧的灶台柜上;需要取用饮用水时,先关闭阀门,打开混水龙头,自来水从混水龙头下端口流入,通过陶瓷滤芯依次经过出水接头、饮用水接头、限压阀以及出水内管,从出水管流出;需要取用非饮用水时,先打开阀门,旋转出水管至至合适的位置,打开混水龙头,由于旋转头下方安装有与第二磁铁相吸的第一磁铁,带动刷子组件旋转,清洗附着在陶瓷滤芯外壁的污垢,由于限压阀的存在,使自来水带动污垢依次经过非饮用水出水接头、阀门、非饮用水进水接头,从出水头流出;由于陶瓷滤芯通过右旋螺纹安装在饮用水出水接头内,上卡齿与下卡齿分别为齿面朝向逆时针、顺时针方向的单向卡齿,因此只有向右旋转出水管时,刷洗板才会旋转用以清洗陶瓷滤芯外壁,这样不会使陶瓷滤芯的滤芯接头脱离饮用水接头;由于滚轮的存在,使刷洗板与陶瓷滤芯内壁相距合适的距离,使刷毛能够保持伸展的状态,这样刷毛起到刷洗作用的端部能够与陶瓷滤芯的内壁良好接触,确保刷洗效果;由于限压阀的存在,在打开阀门时,由于饮用水出水接头内的水压过小,间接关闭了饮用水进水接头,使自来水全部从非饮用水进水接头流出;由于使用时会根据使用需求旋转出水管,从而达到不用特地清洗陶瓷滤芯外壁就能自动清理陶瓷滤芯外壁的效果。

下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1
根据图2至图8所示,本实施例所述的一种多功能水龙头,包括有混水龙头7,安装在所述混水龙头上部的筒体4,安装在所述筒体内的陶瓷滤芯6,安装在所述筒体与所述陶瓷滤芯之间的刷子组件5,固定连接在所述筒体上端的连接套2以及安装在所述连接套上端的出水组件1。
所述混水龙头上端成型有倒锥形的连接管71;所述连接管上端成型有与所述筒体下部配合连接的连接部711;所述混水龙头下部通过螺纹连接有螺纹套73;所述螺纹套下部螺纹连接有螺母件74;所述筒体呈上端封闭,下端开口的圆筒形;所述筒体上端中间位置成型有饮用水出水接头41;所述筒体内顶面对应所述饮用水出水接头的位置成型有滤芯接头411;所述筒体上端异于所述饮用水出水接头的位置成型有非饮用水出水接头42。
所述混水龙头下部为常规的混水龙头结构,仅在外壳的上部成型了倒锥形的连接管与筒体连接,其它内部结构与常规混水龙头相同。
所述陶瓷滤芯呈上端开口,下端封闭的圆筒形;所述陶瓷滤芯上端固定连接有上盖板61;所述上盖板的中间位置成型有与所述滤芯接头固定连接的出水接头62;所述刷子组件包括两个以上的刷洗板56,以及与所述刷洗板一体成型的下连接圈57和上连接圈51;所述刷洗板外表面固定连接有用于刷除陶瓷滤芯外壁上污垢的刷毛561;所述上连接圈上端沿周向均匀固定连接有多个第二磁铁59。
所述连接套上部沿周向均匀固定连接有三个以上的螺钉21;所述螺钉前端呈半球体;所述连接套内部安装有限压阀31与阀门32;所述限压阀下端固定连接在所述筒体的饮用水出水接头上端;所述阀门下端固定连接在所述非饮用水出水接头上端。
所述出水组件包括有旋转头11,以及成型在所述旋转头侧壁的出水管12;所述旋转头为上端封闭,下端开口的圆筒形;所述旋转头外壁下部成型有与所述螺钉前端配合滑动连接的滑动槽111;所述旋转头内顶面沿周向成型有两个以上的磁铁连接杆15;所述磁铁连接杆下端固定连接有与所述第二磁铁相吸的第一磁铁16;所述出水管下部内侧安装有出水头13;所述出水头呈上端封闭,下端开口的圆筒形;所述出水头上端成型有饮用水进水接头131与非饮用水进水接头132;所述出水头中间设有出水内管133;所述出水内管与饮用水进水接头相连;所述出水内管下部与所述出水头同轴设置;所述进水头下端与所述出水内管下端之间固定连接有起泡器130;所述出水管下端固定连接有固定盖14;所述饮用水进水接头与限压阀上端通过第一软管连接;所述非饮用水进水接头与阀门上端通过第二软管连接。
所述下连接圈沿周向连接有水平设置的三个以上的滚轮58;所述滚轮与筒体内壁滚动配合;所述上连接圈中间设置有连接环52;所述连接环外壁沿周向均匀成型有多个连接杆53;所述连接杆外端固定连接在所述上连接圈内壁。
所述筒体上顶面边缘沿周向均匀成型有多个上卡齿43;;所述上连接圈侧壁沿周向成型有环形的卡齿座54;所述卡齿座上端沿周向均匀成型有多个与所述上卡齿配合的下卡齿55。
所述饮用水出水接头与所述非饮用水出水接头内壁分别成型有内螺纹;所述的出水接头与所述饮用水出水接头螺纹连接;所述限压阀下部与所述饮用水出水接头螺纹连接;所述的阀门下部与所述非饮用水出水接头螺纹连接。
所述出水管呈L形。
所述连接套下部开设有供所述阀门的把手穿过的U形口22。
实施例2
根据图1至图8所示,本实施例所述的一种灶台柜;所述灶台柜8上端安装有水槽81;所述灶台柜上位于所述水槽一角外侧安装有实施例1所述的多功能水龙头。所述混水龙头的下端连接有冷水管和热水管。
本发明的混水龙头通过螺纹套以及螺母件固定连接在位于水槽一角外侧的灶台柜上;需要取用饮用水时,先关闭阀门,打开混水龙头,自来水从混水龙头下端口流入,通过陶瓷滤芯依次经过出水接头、饮用水接头、限压阀以及出水内管,从出水管流出;需要取用非饮用水时,先打开阀门,旋转出水管至至合适的位置,打开混水龙头,由于旋转头下方安装有与第二磁铁相吸的第一磁铁,带动刷子组件旋转,清洗附着在陶瓷滤芯外壁的污垢,由于限压阀的存在,使自来水带动污垢依次经过非饮用水出水接头、阀门、非饮用水进水接头,从出水头流出;由于陶瓷滤芯通过右旋螺纹安装在饮用水出水接头内,上卡齿与下卡齿分别为齿面朝向逆时针、顺时针方向的单向卡齿,因此只有向右旋转出水管时,刷洗板才会旋转用以清洗陶瓷滤芯外壁,这样不会使陶瓷滤芯的滤芯接头脱离饮用水接头;由于滚轮的存在,使刷洗板与陶瓷滤芯内壁相距合适的距离,使刷毛能够保持伸展的状态,这样刷毛起到刷洗作用的端部能够与陶瓷滤芯的内壁良好接触,确保刷洗效果;由于限压阀的存在,在打开阀门时,由于饮用水出水接头内的水压过小,间接关闭了饮用水进水接头,使自来水全部从非饮用水进水接头流出;由于使用时会根据使用需求旋转出水管,从而达到不用特地清洗陶瓷滤芯外壁就能自动清理陶瓷滤芯外壁的效果。

本实施例与实施例1或2相比,还包括以下特征:
结合图9至图15所示,所述混水龙头的下端连接有冷水管和热水管;所述热水管的管路上连接有加热器9,所述加热器9包括有陶瓷加热器91、分别连接在陶瓷加热器两端的金属接头92,以及用以将金属接头锁紧固定在陶瓷加热器上的锁紧螺母93;
所述陶瓷加热器包括有圆柱形的加热管部912,一体成型在加热管部一端的进水接管911、以及一体成型在加热管部另一端的出水接管915;所述进水接管、出水接管的外端部外壁成型有外凸的定位圈9111;
所述金属接头92包括有一体成型的加热器接头921和水管接头922,所述加热器接头外端部的内壁成型有与所述定位圈配合定位的卡紧凸圈9212,所述加热器接头内壁成型有定位台阶9213,定位台阶与进水接管、出水接管的端部之间安装有密封垫圈98;所述加热器接头外端沿周向等距成型有3个以上的缺口9211;
所述加热管部包括有圆管形状的外管部9121,以及位于外管部内部的圆柱形的内加热管9122;所述内加热管的外侧壁与外管部的内壁之间形成进水通道9127,所述内加热管的外侧壁与外管部的内壁之间连接有多个联接柱9126,所述内加热管靠近出水接管的一端与外管部之间连接有多个连接柱9124,每两个相邻的连接柱之间形成连通进水通道和加热通道的过液通道;所述内加热管上沿轴向成型有一个出水通道9123,出水通道一端与出水接管相连通;所述内加热管上位于出水通道的外周成型有多个加热通道9125,各个加热通道沿出水通道周向等距排列;所述内加热管靠近进水接管的一端成型有连通所述加热通道和出水通道连通部9128;
所述内加热管内成型有导电陶瓷916,所述内加热管侧壁成型有一个贯穿至外管部外的接线部;所述导电陶瓷包括有多个沿内加热管轴向等距布置的多个导电圈,各个导电圈之间通过沿内加热管长度方向设置的两个并联导电部9164相连,并联导电部延伸到所述接线部内;每个导电圈包括有位于各个加热通道内周的圆弧形的第一导电部,位于各个加热通道外周的两个圆弧形的第三导电部9163,以及分别连接在第一导电部两端和两个第三导电部一端之间的第二导电部9162构成,两个所述并联导电部分别连接在两个第三导电部的另一端;
各个导电圈通过并联导电部相连形成多个并联布置的加热体,接线部上通过两个导线与两个并联导电部相连;
所述外管部的外壁成型有一个连接柱体914,所述连接柱体通过两个半圆形的连接环95连接有一个超声波换能器97,所述超声波换能器安装在一个安装板94上,所述安装板上还安装有控制器96,所述控制器内包括有换能器驱动电路。
所述连接环的内壁成型有两个内凸圈,所述超声波换能器的外壁和连接柱体的外壁均成型有与所述内凸圈配合连接的内凹圈,两个所述连接环之间通过螺栓固定连接。
所述加热器与混水龙头之间的管路上安装有流量计,且流量计与所述控制器电连接,当流量计检测到管路有水流时,控制器控制加热器加热;当流量计检测到管路中流过的水量达到设定值时,通过换能器驱动电路驱动超声波换能器工作1~5min,以使加热器内的水垢脱离加热器的内壁,确保导热效果。
该陶瓷加热器使用基于热溶解积层法的具有三打印头的3D打印设备,通过一打印头打印导电陶瓷部分,另一个打印头打印陶瓷加热器的其它部分,在打印每一层坯体的同时使用第三个打印头陶瓷加热器坯体中空的部分打印石蜡;打印完成后低温加热进行脱蜡,烧结之后形成一体式结构的陶瓷加热器。当然陶瓷加热器也可以使用传统的模具分块成型后再进行拼接,最后烧结成型。
所述陶瓷加热器通过上述结构,使得进入其中的水能够顺次流过内加热管外周和内加热管内周,这样水能够被充分加热,同时,采用这样的结构,使进水通道中的水温相比加热通道、出水通道的水温要低,这样陶瓷加热器工作时表现为中部温度高,外部温度低的情况,使用安全,稳定性好。

Claims (6)

1.一种多功能水龙头,其特征在于:包括有混水龙头,安装在所述混水龙头上部的筒体,安装在所述筒体内的陶瓷滤芯,安装在所述筒体与所述陶瓷滤芯之间的刷子组件,固定连接在所述筒体上端的连接套以及安装在所述连接套上端的出水组件;
所述混水龙头上端成型有倒锥形的连接管;所述连接管上端成型有与所述筒体下部配合连接的连接部;所述混水龙头下部通过螺纹连接有螺纹套;所述螺纹套下部螺纹连接有螺母件;
所述筒体呈上端封闭,下端开口的圆筒形;所述筒体上端中间位置成型有饮用水出水接头;所述筒体内顶面对应所述饮用水出水接头的位置成型有滤芯接头;所述筒体上端异于所述饮用水出水接头的位置成型有非饮用水出水接头;
所述陶瓷滤芯呈上端开口,下端封闭的圆筒形;所述陶瓷滤芯上端固定连接有上盖板;所述上盖板的中间位置成型有与所述滤芯接头固定连接的出水接头;
所述刷子组件包括两个以上的刷洗板,以及与所述刷洗板一体成型的下连接圈和上连接圈;所述刷洗板外表面固定连接有用于刷除陶瓷滤芯外壁上污垢的刷毛;所述上连接圈上端沿周向均匀固定连接有多个第二磁铁;
所述连接套上部沿周向均匀固定连接有三个以上的螺钉;所述螺钉前端呈半球体;所述连接套内部安装有限压阀与阀门;所述限压阀下端固定连接在所述筒体的饮用水出水接头上端;所述阀门下端固定连接在所述非饮用水出水接头上端;
所述出水组件包括有旋转头,以及成型在所述旋转头侧壁的出水管;所述旋转头为上端封闭,下端开口的圆筒形;所述旋转头外壁下部成型有与所述螺钉前端配合滑动连接的滑动槽;所述旋转头内顶面沿周向成型有两个以上的磁铁连接杆;所述磁铁连接杆下端固定连接有与所述第二磁铁相吸的第一磁铁;所述出水管下部内侧安装有出水头;所述出水头呈上端封闭,下端开口的圆筒形;所述出水头上端成型有饮用水进水接头与非饮用水进水接头;所述出水头中间设有出水内管;所述出水内管与饮用水进水接头相连;所述出水内管下部与所述出水头同轴设置;所述进水头下端与所述出水内管下端之间固定连接有起泡器;所述出水管下端固定连接有固定盖;所述饮用水进水接头与限压阀上端通过第一软管连接;所述非饮用水进水接头与阀门上端通过第二软管连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能水龙头,其特征在于:所述下连接圈沿周向连接有水平设置的三个以上的滚轮;所述滚轮与筒体内壁滚动配合;所述上连接圈中间设置有连接环;所述连接环外壁沿周向均匀成型有多个连接杆;所述连接杆外端固定连接在所述上连接圈内壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能水龙头,其特征在于:所述筒体上顶面边缘沿周向均匀成型有多个上卡齿;所述上连接圈侧壁沿周向成型有环形的卡齿座;所述卡齿座上端沿周向均匀成型有多个与所述上卡齿配合的下卡齿。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能水龙头,其特征在于:所述饮用水出水接头与所述非饮用水出水接头内壁分别成型有内螺纹;所述的出水接头与所述饮用水出水接头螺纹连接;所述限压阀下部与所述饮用水出水接头螺纹连接;所述的阀门下部与所述非饮用水出水接头螺纹连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能水龙头,其特征在于:所述出水管呈L形。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能水龙头,其特征在于:所述连接套下部开设有供所述阀门的把手穿过的U形口。
