Abstract
本发明生物合成柴油,按体积百分比由生物合成柴油25~30,经蒸馏冷却的废橡胶油15~30,经蒸馏冷却的洗油15~25,石化油15~25,链烷烃5~15,十六烷值添加剂0.01~0.02组成,上述的生物柴油是对麻风树种籽油进行脂交脂化处理而成。本发明生物合成柴油闪点高,安全性能好,有良好的燃料性能、成本低。

技术领域:
本发明与柴油机用燃料有关,特别与麻风树生物柴油合成的生物合成柴油有关。
背景技术:
目前使用的柴油为石油炼制的石化柴油,属于不可再生的资源。生物合成柴油已经被认为是石油基柴油的替代品。CN101082003A公开了一种环保生物合成柴油,包括植物油(棕榈油或菜籽油或棉花油或麻风树油或大豆油等)、甲醇、乙醇、煤油、0号柴油和添加剂。该申请配方中由于采用了甲醇、乙醇、腐蚀设备,溶胀橡胶类零部件,将管道上的残渣洗去、污染柴油且堵塞油道,使车不能正常行驶,影响了设备的使用寿命,由于甲、乙醇吸水性强,致使油分层,产生气阻,闪点不能达到国家标准。CN1594512A公开的麻风树生物燃料混合物中由于采用了醇类物质,同样也存在上述问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种闪点高,安全性能好,有良好的燃烧性能、成本低的生物合成柴油。

上述的十六烷值添加剂采用硝酸乙酯、硝酸异丙酯、硝酸异辛酯中的一种。
本发明生物合成柴油的制备方法是对麻风树种籽油进行脂交脂化处理,将废橡胶油、洗油分别经过蒸馏处理去掉杂质冷却,然后按比例配料,混合搅拌过滤即成。
本发明生物合成柴油具有如下优点:
1,闪点高,安全性能好,经攀枝花市质量监督检验所检验其闪点达55,达到国家标准,其馏程:50%回收温度时为263,90%回收温度时为354,95%回收温度时为355,低于国家标准;
2,硫含量低,经攀枝花市质量监督检验所检验,其硫含量为0.1,低于国家标准;尾气排放量(CO、SO2等)低于国家尾气排放量标准;
3,具有良好的燃烧性能,因采用了十六烷值添加剂,其燃烧性好于柴油;
4,成本低。麻风树是一种耐干旱、不需多少肥料、生长力很强的绿化荒山的好树种,且含油量高,是农民退耕还林、绿化荒山致富的好树种。本树种籽油近似于现有柴油的组份、是一种很好的替代新能源。
