Abstract
本发明公开了一种高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶 30‑40、等规聚丙烯 20‑25、苯乙烯系弹性体 20‑40、苯基三乙氧基硅烷 1.5‑2.5、双 十八碳醇酯 1‑3、乙烯 ‑ 醋酸乙烯共聚物 20‑30、聚 ‑4‑ 甲基 ‑1‑ 戊烯 0.3‑0.5、聚己酸内醋 5‑10、过氧化二异丙苯 2‑3。本发明具有很好的防火阻燃性,可以广泛应用于建筑材料、电力电线保护管等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆材料领域,特别是一种可以用于高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料的制备方法。
背景技术
由多根互相绝缘的导线或导体构成缆芯,外部具有密封护套的通信线路。有的在护套外面还装有外护层。有架空、直埋、管道和水底等多种敷设方式。按结构分为对称、同轴和综合电缆;按功能分为野战和永备电缆(地下、海底电缆)。通信电缆传输频带较宽,通信容量较大,受外界干扰小,但不易检修。可传输电话、电报、数据和图像等。
线缆料是加工外护套的主要原料,外护套是保护电线电缆的绝缘层防止环境因素侵蚀的结构部分。
外护套的主要作 用是提高电线电缆的机械强度、防化学腐蚀、防潮、防水浸人、阻止电缆燃烧等能力。
线缆 护套料包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种,都具有各自优良的特性,例如,氯丁橡胶具有良
好的物理机械性能,耐油,耐热,耐燃,耐日光,耐臭氧,耐酸碱、耐化学试剂,具有较高的拉 伸强度、伸长率和可逆的结晶性,粘接性好,耐老化、耐热、耐油、耐化学腐蚀性能优异,在 80 ~ 100℃可长期使用,具有一定的阻燃性 ;同时也存在缺点,比如贮存稳定性较差。
其他的 护套料也存在一定的缺点,而且随着线缆的应用范围越来越广,护套料的性能也需要改善。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有很好的防火阻燃性,可以广泛应用于建筑材料、电力电线保护管等,耐腐蚀、耐高低温性强,使用寿命久的高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
具体实施方式
一种高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶 40、等规聚丙烯 25、苯乙烯系弹性体 40、苯基三乙氧基硅烷
2.5、双 十八碳醇酯 3、乙烯 - 醋酸乙烯共聚物 30、聚 -4- 甲基 -1- 戊烯 0.5、聚己酸内醋 10、过氧化二异丙苯
3、硼酸锌 8、硬脂酸锌 3、五氧化二铌 4、萤石粉 20、氯化石蜡 5、1,4-环己烷二甲醇 5、六偏磷酸钠 4、过氧化钾
2、防老剂 MB 1、硫化剂
DCBP 1、优化填料 30;
所述优化填料的制备方法如下 :取下列重量份的原料:聚乙烯树脂30、柠檬酸三丁酯 35、聚磷酸铵 8、白炭黑 3、焙烧沸石粉
5、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺 1.0、过硫化钠 3 、聚酰亚胺 4、三聚氰胺 5、聚 -4- 甲 基 -1- 戊烯 0.5、过氧化二烷烃
3、聚乙烯蜡 4;将聚乙烯树脂、柠檬酸三丁酯、聚磷酸铵、焙烧沸石粉、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺混合研磨2-3小时制成混合物;再将白炭黑、过硫化钠、聚酰亚胺、三聚氰胺混合搅拌反应 60-90 分钟,控温在 50℃ -60℃,反应 2-3 小时,制成粉;将聚 -4- 甲 基 -1- 戊烯、过氧化二烷烃、聚乙烯蜡加热5-8分钟,再加入前序两种加工产物混合搅拌均匀,分散研磨成 2-50μm 的颗粒,即得。
所述高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、等规聚丙烯混合,在80℃-120℃的密炼机中混炼5-8分钟,再添加苯乙烯系弹性体、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、双 十八碳醇酯、乙烯 - 醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚 -4- 甲基 -1- 戊烯继续混炼5-8分钟,备用;
(2)将聚己酸内醋、过氧化二异丙苯、硼酸锌、硬脂酸锌、混合搅拌均匀,加入五氧化二铌、萤石粉、氯化石蜡,送入 50-60℃的水浴中,保温搅拌 7-8 小时,再在300-350w 功率下超声处理 26-30 分钟,再放入高速混合机中,常温下以 1000 转 / 分的速度搅拌10分钟后,后放置在温度为 90℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥3小时,取出磨成粉;
(3)将1,4-环己烷二甲醇、六偏磷酸钠、过氧化钾、防老剂 MB、硫化剂 DCBP、优化填料投入高速捏合机内,在90-100℃下高速捏合 7-9min,再投入160~170℃的密炼机中,塑炼18~20min,再添加步骤(1)、(2)所得物料在110~130℃下混炼5~8min,然后将最终的混合料冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通6~7 次,即得。
本发明制得的环保型防水通讯缆料性能 : 耐温等级高,在 135℃下连续长时间稳定工作 ;老化前 :断裂伸长率 260%,抗拉强度 11N / mm2 ;老化后
: ( 110℃,240h) 断裂伸长率 215%,抗拉强度 7N / mm2 ;耐臭氧
( 24℃,浓
度 0.025-0.029%,30h)无裂纹
;电性能 :体积电阻率 1.9*1012 欧姆 . 米,击穿强度 19Kv/mm。
Claims (2)
1.一种高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶 30-40、等规聚丙烯 20-25、苯乙烯系弹性体 20-40、苯基三乙氧基硅烷 1.5-2.5、双 十八碳醇酯 1-3、乙烯 - 醋酸乙烯共聚物
20-30、聚 -4- 甲基 -1- 戊烯 0.3-0.5、聚己酸内醋 5-10、过氧化二异丙苯 2-3、硼酸锌 5-8、硬脂酸锌
1-3、五氧化二铌 4-6、萤石粉 20-30、氯化石蜡 5-7、1,4-环己烷二甲醇 3-5、六偏磷酸钠 4-5、过氧化钾 1-2、防老剂 MB
1-2、硫化剂 DCBP0.8-1、优化填料 25-30;
所述优化填料的制备方法如下 :取下列重量份的原料:聚乙烯树脂 20-30、柠檬酸三丁酯 25-35、聚磷酸铵 3-8、白炭黑
1-3、焙烧沸石粉 3-5、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺 0.5-1.0、过硫化钠 1-3 、聚酰亚胺 3-4、三聚氰胺
2-5、聚 -4- 甲 基 -1- 戊烯 0.3-0.5、过氧化二烷烃 1-3、聚乙烯蜡 2-4;将聚乙烯树脂、柠檬酸三丁酯、聚磷酸铵、焙烧沸石粉、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺混合研磨2-3小时制成混合物;再将白炭黑、过硫化钠、聚酰亚胺、三聚氰胺混合搅拌反应 60-90 分钟,控温在 50℃
-60℃,反应 2-3 小时,制成粉;将聚 -4- 甲
基 -1- 戊烯、过氧化二烷烃、聚乙烯蜡加热5-8分钟,再加入前序两种加工产物混合搅拌均匀,分散研磨成 2-50μm 的颗粒,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述高阻燃耐火通讯线缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、等规聚丙烯混合,在80℃-120℃的密炼机中混炼5-8分钟,再添加苯乙烯系弹性体、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、双 十八碳醇酯、乙烯 - 醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚 -4- 甲基 -1- 戊烯继续混炼5-8分钟,备用;
(2)将聚己酸内醋、过氧化二异丙苯、硼酸锌、硬脂酸锌、混合搅拌均匀,加入五氧化二铌、萤石粉、氯化石蜡,送入 50-60℃的水浴中,保温搅拌 7-8 小时,再在300-350w 功率下超声处理 26-30 分钟,再放入高速混合机中,常温下以 1000 转 / 分的速度搅拌10分钟后,后放置在温度为 90℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥3小时,取出磨成粉;
(3)将1,4-环己烷二甲醇、六偏磷酸钠、过氧化钾、防老剂 MB、硫化剂 DCBP、优化填料投入高速捏合机内,在90-100℃下高速捏合 7-9min,再投入160~170℃的密炼机中,塑炼18~20min,再添加步骤(1)、(2)所得物料在110~130℃下混炼5~8min,然后将最终的混合料冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通6~7 次,即得。
