本发明涉及一种带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料只具备单一的功能,且缺乏立体感,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料,它包括面料本体,面料本体的上表面设置有防辐射层,防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条,所述防辐射层的上表面设置有防静电层,防静电层的上表面设置有高色牢度层,所述面料本体的下表面设置有抗菌层,抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层的下表面设置有防火层,防火层的下表面设置有防水层。所述高色牢度层由经纱 和纬纱织造而成,所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹,所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线 和外包覆层,所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维,所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维,在外包覆层 表面设有绒毛。抗菌层和防火层之间设置有复合丝织物层,复合丝织物层的经线采用桑蚕丝,纬线采用珍珠纤维和茶纤维混纺纱线,所述的混纺纱线中,珍珠纤维的重量百分数为40-50%,茶纤维的重量百分数为50-60%。复合丝织物层的下表面还复合有抗污层,抗污层为由羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维织成的抗污织物,抗污织物上附着有抗污剂,抗污剂的组分包括纳米二氧化钛、乙基含氢硅油、阳离子表面活性剂以及聚丙烯酸钠分散剂。

所述防水层包括防水面料层本体,所述防水面料层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜,所述防水面料层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条,所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的防水面料层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料具有立体感,还同时具备抗菌、防辐射、防火、防水、防静电、高色牢度等功能。

所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3,弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2,所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设,使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好,因此面料整体柔软度较好,另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的,避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结,确保柔软度。

1.一种带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料,其特征在于它包括面料本体(1),面料本体(1)的上表面设置有防辐射层(2),防辐射层(2)内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条(3),所述防辐射层(2)的上表面设置有防静电层(4),防静电层(4)的上表面设置有高色牢度层(8),所述面料本体(1)的下表面设置有抗菌层(5),抗菌层(5)由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层(5)的下表面设置有防火层(6),防火层(6)的下表面设置有防水层(7),所述高色牢度层(8)由经纱(8.1) 和纬纱(8.2)织造而成,所述经纱(8.1)表面间断设有凸出的环纹,所述纬纱(8.2)包括纬纱芯线(8.21) 和外包覆层(8.22),所述纬纱芯线(8.21)为丙纶纤维,所述外包覆层(8.22)为原液着色丙纶纤维,在外包覆层(8.22) 表面设有绒毛(8.23),抗菌层和防火层之间设置有复合丝织物层,复合丝织物层的经线采用桑蚕丝,纬线采用珍珠纤维和茶纤维混纺纱线,所述的混纺纱线中,珍珠纤维的重量百分数为40-50%,茶纤维的重量百分数为50-60%;复合丝织物层的下表面还复合有抗污层,抗污层为由羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维织成的抗污织物,抗污织物上附着有抗污剂,抗污剂的组分包括纳米二氧化钛、乙基含氢硅油、阳离子表面活性剂以及聚丙烯酸钠分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料,其特征在于所述防辐射条(3)包括中心的弹性纤维(3.1)、绕设于弹性纤维(3.1)表面的防辐射金属丝组(3.2)以及包覆于外层的保护层(3.3),弹性纤维(3.1)上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组(3.2),所述防辐射金属丝组(3.2)包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组(3.2)之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组(3.2)的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有复合丝织物层的抗污型高色牢度面料,其特征在于所述防水层(7)包括防水面料层本体(7.1),所述防水面料层本体(7.1)的中间设置有一层防水膜(7.2),所述防水面料层本体(7.1)的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条(7.3),所述防水膜(7.2)与导流凸条(7.3)之间的防水面料层本体(7.1)内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔(7.4)。
