目前的木夹板怕水浸泡,市场上未见耐水浸泡木夹板。抗虫蚁不怕水浸泡的木夹板,用塑料粘合多块薄木片组成。塑料熔浆具有很强粘性,冷却后能将薄木片紧紧粘住,令薄木片不分离,使木夹板保持完整。塑料是抗水物质,塑料将木夹板包裹,能阻止水进入木夹板,增加木夹板使用时间。虫蚁不食塑料,塑料将木夹板包裹,能抵抗虫蚁真菌侵食,增加木夹板使用时间。

目前的木夹板怕水浸泡,市场上未见耐水浸泡木夹板。
本技术提出的抗虫蚁不怕水浸泡的木夹板,简称不怕水木夹板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
不怕水木夹板,其有益效果是,不怕水浸泡,增加使用时间,扩大应用范围。
抗虫蚁不怕水浸泡的木夹板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用薄木片,塑料组成;其工艺是:将木段开成约一毫米薄木片(1),使多块薄木片通过塑料熔浆液(2),令塑料熔浆包襄薄木片,除去多余塑料熔浆液,加压令多块薄木片粘合在一起,薄木片可预热,薄木片木纹可相间交错排列,冷却后获得不怕水木夹板(3),从而令抗虫蚁不怕水浸泡的木夹板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍不怕水木夹板:
塑料是抗水物质,塑料熔浆具有很强粘性,冷却后能将薄木片紧紧粘住,令薄木片不分离,使木夹板保持完整。
薄木片预热,能使塑料熔浆液更容易进入薄木片。
木片木纹相间交错排列,能提高木夹板抗弯曲性能。
虫蚁不食塑料,塑料将木夹板包裹,能抵抗虫蚁真菌侵食,阻止水进入木夹板,增加木夹板使用时间。

1.抗虫蚁不怕水浸泡的木夹板,其特征是,用薄木片,塑料组成;其工艺是:将木段开成约一毫米薄木片,使多块薄木片通过塑料熔浆液,令塑料熔浆包裹薄木片,除去多余塑料熔浆液,加压令多块薄木片粘合在一起,薄木片可预热,薄木片木纹可相间交错排列,冷却后获得不怕水木夹板,从而令抗虫蚁不怕水浸泡的木夹板得以运行。
