本发明公开了一种具有驱动盘的激光标印系统,包括发射平面激光的激光头、做圆周运动的驱动盘和设置在驱动盘上的四个夹具;各夹具包括上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板均垂直于驱动盘设置,上料板和封板平行设置,静夹板和动夹板平行设置,静夹板垂直于封板设置;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板围合形成一矩形容置腔;封板上设有第一激光入射孔,静夹板上设有第二激光入射孔。本发明有效降低制造成本。

技术领域
本发明属于激光标印系统技术领域。
背景技术
激光打标是用激光束在各种不同的物质表面能打上永久的标记,打标的效应是通过表层物质的蒸发露出深层物质,或者是通过光能导致表层物质的化学物理变化而“刻”出痕迹,或者是通过光能导致表层物质的化学物理变化而“刻”出痕迹,或者是通过光能烧掉部分物质,显出所刻蚀的图案、文字。激光打标具有标记速度快、连续工作稳定性好、定位精度高等优点,被广泛应用于电子、五金、航空器件、汽车零件、金属标牌等各种领域的图形和文字的标刻。
传统的激光打标机由于光控及智能中控系统的价格较高,导致其整体价格较为昂贵,是影响其推广使用的主要因素,所以市场上亟需一种价格较低的激光标印系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效降低成本的具有驱动盘的激光标印系统。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种具有驱动盘的激光标印系统,包括发射平面激光的激光头、做圆周运动的驱动盘和设置在驱动盘上的四个夹具;各夹具包括上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板均垂直于驱动盘设置,上料板和封板平行设置,静夹板和动夹板平行设置,静夹板垂直于封板设置;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板围合形成一矩形容置腔;封板上设有第一激光入射孔,静夹板上设有第二激光入射孔;各夹具还包括用于驱动动夹板往复移动的气缸组件;驱动盘所在平面分为四个工位,沿驱动盘转动方向,依次是补料工位、第一标记工位、第二标记工位和出料工位;各夹具设有第一激光入射孔和第二激光入射孔;各夹具在驱动盘的带动下,依次进入补料工位、第一标记工位、第二标记工位和出料工位;进入第一标记工位的夹具的第一激光入射孔和进入第二标记工位的另一夹具的第二激光入射孔正对激光头设置。
本发明由于采用发射平面激光的激光头,通过与相应的挡板配合,也能在待标产品上标记预设的图案及文字,其结构较为简化,可以有效降低制造成本。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
图1至图3显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式,其中,图1是本发明第一种结构的一种立体结构示意图;图2是图1所示激光标印系统从另一角度观察时的一种立体结构示意图;图3是图1所示激光标印系统的一种工作原理图。
本实施例是一种激光标印系统,见图1至图3所示,包括发射平面激光的激光头(图上未画出)、做圆周运动的驱动盘1和设置在驱动盘上的四个夹具2。见图3所示,驱动盘所在平面被虚线分为四个工位,沿驱动盘转动方向,依次是补料工位31、第一标记工位32、第二标记工位33和出料工位34;各夹具设有第一激光入射孔21和第二激光入射孔22;各夹具在驱动盘的带动下,依次进入补料工位、第一标记工位、第二标记工位和出料工位;进入第一标记工位的夹具的第一激光入射孔和进入第二标记工位的另一夹具的第二激光入射孔正对激光头设置。本实施例所用激光头不是传统的价格较为昂贵的激光头,讲述传统激光打标激光头的工作方式,再讲本实施例的工作方式。
本实施例中,各夹具的第一激光入射孔和第二激光入射孔成90度设置,相邻的两个夹具成90度设置,四个夹具呈中心对称设置,驱动盘以90度为一个工位进行旋转。
本实施例的激光头进行文字及图案标记的工作原理如下:
(1)点阵打标;点阵打标酷似高清晰度的点阵打印。激光头左右摆动,每次打标出一条由一系列点组成的一条线,然后激光头同时上下移动打标出多条线,最后构成整版的图象或文字。扫描的图形,文字及矢量化图文都可使用点阵打标。(2)矢量切割;与点阵打标不同,矢量切割是在图文的外轮廓线上进行。通常使用此模式在木材、亚克粒、纸张等材料上进行穿透切割,也可在多种材料表面进行打标操作。(3)打标速度;打标速度指的是激光头移动的速度,通常用IPS(英寸/秒)表示,高速度带来高的生产效率。速度也用于控制切割的深度,对于特定的激光强度,速度越慢,切割或打标的深度就越大。您可利用打标机面板调节速度,也可利用计算机的打印驱动程序来调节。在1%到100%的范围内,调整幅度是1%。悍马机先进的运动控制系统可以使您在高速打标时,仍然得到超精细的打标质量。(4)打标强度:打标强度指射到于材料表面激光的强度。对于特定的打标速度,强度越大,切割或打标的深度就越大。您可利用打标机面板调节强度,也可利用计算机的打印驱动程序来调节。在1%到100%的范围内,调整幅度是1%。强度越大,相当于速度也越大。切割的深度也越深。(5)光斑大小:激光束光斑大小可利用不同焦距的透镜进行调节。小光斑的透镜用于高分辨率的打标。大光斑的透镜用于较低分辨率的打标,但对于矢量切割,它是最佳的选择。新设备的标准配置是 2.0英寸的透镜。其光斑大小处于中间,适用于各种场合。(6)可打标材料:木制品、有机玻璃、金属板、玻璃、石材、水晶、可丽耐、纸张、双色板、氧化铝、皮革、树脂、喷塑金属。
具体来说,本实施例中,各夹具包括上料板23、静夹板24、封板25和动夹板26;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板均垂直于驱动盘设置,上料板和封板平行设置,静夹板和动夹板平行设置,静夹板垂直于封板设置;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板围合形成一矩形容置腔27;封板上设有所述第一激光入射孔,静夹板上设有所述第二激光入射孔。各夹具的矩形容置腔的远离驱动盘的一侧设有进出料开孔271。
本实施例中的各夹具还包括用于驱动动夹板往复移动的气缸组件,驱动盘上设有导向孔,气缸组件包括设置在驱动盘背面的气缸、活塞以及位于导向孔中的滑杆,滑杆用于连接活塞末端和动夹板,并在导向孔的导向作用下随活塞做往复移动;活塞通过滑杆带动动夹板做往复移动,使其靠近或远离静夹板,从而夹紧或松开位于动夹板和静夹板之间的待标工件。
本实施例还包括用于向位于补料工位31中的夹具传送待标工件的补料机构;补料机构包括传送带、定位板、推料板、用于带动推料板沿垂直于传动带方向往复移动的推料气缸、夹料板、和用于带动夹料板沿垂直于传动带方向往复移动的夹料气缸;定位板设置在传动带的正上方,推料板和位于补料工位31中的夹具的进出料开孔271相对设置,且分居传送带的两侧;夹料板位于推料板远离定位板的一侧;当传送带上最靠前的待标工件,也即原本最接近定位板的待标工件,随传送带移动至抵接在定位板上时,夹料气缸带动夹料板向着垂直穿过传送带的方向伸长,将次接近定位板的一个待标工件压接在传送带的另一侧的挡板上,从而使得该待标工件以及后续的待标工件无法随传送带而继续移动;此时,推料气缸再向着垂直穿过传动带的方向伸长,将邻接定位板的一个待标工件推离传送带,使其从位于补料工位31中的夹具的进出料开孔271中进入矩形容置腔27,且置于该家具的上料板上;此后动夹板移动,将待标工件压接在静夹板上。
本实施例还包括用于从位于出料工位34的夹具的进出料开孔271中取出已标工件的出料机械手,该机械手包括两夹指,该两夹指既可整体同步往复移动,又可彼此互相接近或远离,从而可以实现把位于出料工位34的夹具中的已标工件取出。
本实施例由于进入第一标记工位的夹具的第一激光入射孔和进入第二标记工位的另一夹具的第二激光入射孔正对激光头设置,从而可以实现一次激光标记操作即可在两个工件的两个不同面上同时获得标记好的文字及图案,其印标效率与传统标记方式相比,得到了极大提升。
(实施例2)
图4至图7显示了本发明的另一种具体实施方式,其中,图4是本发明第二种结构的一种立体结构示意图;图5是图4所示激光标印系统从另一角度观察时的一种立体结构示意图;图6是图4所示激光标印系统的一种爆炸图;图7是图4所示激光标印系统的一种工作原理图。
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:见图4至图7所示,各封板上设有第一夹槽251,静夹板还设有第二夹槽241;各夹具还包括插设在第一夹槽中的用于封堵第一激光入射孔的第一挡板28、以及插设在第二夹槽中的用于封堵第二激光入射孔的第二挡板29;第一挡板和第二挡板上设有待标文字及图案。各封板和静夹板上设有多个螺孔4和旋固在相应螺孔中的螺纹压接紧固件,螺纹压接紧固件的内侧端压接在第一挡板和第二挡板上。
本实施例中,第一挡板或第二挡板采用非透光材料制成,第一挡板或第二挡板上设有待标文字及图案样式的透孔。例如,第一挡板28上设有“六星”字样的透孔,第二挡板29上设有“五星”字样的透孔。
本实施例的工作原理:激光头通过透镜组件发射出较大的光斑,也即作为平面发射光源,该平面发射光源照射到进入第一标记工位的夹具的第一挡板、和进入第二标记工位的另一夹具的第二挡板上时,部分激光从第一挡板和第二挡板上的文字图样的透孔中穿过,照射在待标工件的外表面上,烧灼形成相应的文字及图案,其余激光则被第一挡板和第二挡板的不透光部分阻挡,不会照射在待标工件上;这种结果有效简化激光头及其相应透镜组件的结构,从而降低制造成本;另外,如果需要对文字图案换型时,只需要更换相应的第一挡板和第二挡板即可,从而无需给激光器加设智能中央编程系统及显示屏,可大幅度降低制造成本。
(实施例3)
本实施例与实施例2基本相同,不同之处在于:第一挡板或第二挡板采用透光材料制成,例如采用透明玻璃制成,第一挡板或第二挡板上贴设有待标文字及图案样式的透光打印纸。该透光打印纸上有不透光的文字及图案,其余部分则是透明的,这种结构可以使得激光从透明部分穿过,烧灼待标工件表面,而透光打印字的不透光部分的文字及图案,则阻挡激光通过,从而留下较具特色的标印,满足用户的特殊需求。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有驱动盘的激光标印系统,包括发射平面激光的激光头、做圆周运动的驱动盘和设置在驱动盘上的四个夹具;其特征在于:各夹具包括上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板均垂直于驱动盘设置,上料板和封板平行设置,静夹板和动夹板平行设置,静夹板垂直于封板设置;所述上料板、静夹板、封板和动夹板围合形成一矩形容置腔;封板上设有第一激光入射孔,静夹板上设有第二激光入射孔;各夹具还包括用于驱动动夹板往复移动的气缸组件;驱动盘所在平面分为四个工位,沿驱动盘转动方向,依次是补料工位、第一标记工位、第二标记工位和出料工位;各夹具设有第一激光入射孔和第二激光入射孔;各夹具在驱动盘的带动下,依次进入补料工位、第一标记工位、第二标记工位和出料工位;进入第一标记工位的夹具的第一激光入射孔和进入第二标记工位的另一夹具的第二激光入射孔正对激光头设置。
