Abstract
一种动脉瘤栓塞微导管,所述微导管具有导管本体、头端Ⅰ和头端Ⅱ,头端Ⅰ一侧连接有手柄,头端Ⅱ设有端孔,靠近头端Ⅱ一侧的导管本体弯度可调且其上面开有侧孔,所述侧孔和头端Ⅱ之间设置单向阀门,所述单向阀门允许导丝从头端Ⅱ端孔处插入微导管,且保证从手柄送入弹簧圈仅能通过侧孔送出。本发明具有以下优点:弹簧圈从侧孔送出,不仅可以降低弹簧圈刺破动脉瘤的风险;而且使得导管的反作用力减小,导管稳定性增加;头端Ⅱ具有一段弯度可调的长度,可通过头端Ⅱ的各种形状控制侧孔的方向,增加动脉瘤填塞均匀度和致密度;对于瘤腔无纵深的动脉瘤,可调节微导管头端形状从而控制侧孔开口正对瘤颈处,达到安全填塞动脉瘤的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种动脉瘤栓塞微导管。
背景技术
随着介入手术技术的发展及介入手术器材的改进,脑动脉瘤栓塞逐渐成为动脉瘤治疗的重要方式,动脉瘤介入栓塞时多使用微导管超选入动脉瘤腔内后,通过微导管输送弹簧圈进行动脉瘤瘤腔填塞,以此达到预防动脉瘤再次破裂出血的目的。
如图1所示,现有的动脉瘤栓塞微导管为端孔导管,如图2所示,填塞弹簧圈时,弹簧圈从导管头端送出,填塞动脉瘤时可能出现微导管头端顶壁、弹簧圈刺破动脉瘤的风险;弹簧圈从导管头端送出易出现弹簧圈反作用力影响导致微导管稳定性差;进行动脉瘤瘤颈填塞时,微导管头端无支撑点易脱出动脉瘤腔导致弹簧圈填塞失败。对于宽颈无纵深动脉瘤,微导管头端无支撑点,稳定性差,易出现栓塞困难,甚至出现弹簧圈或导管刺破动脉瘤可能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有动脉瘤栓塞微导管易出现微导管头端顶壁导致弹簧圈刺破动脉瘤、微导管稳定性差,特殊形态动脉瘤栓塞困难等,为解决上述问题,提供一种动脉瘤栓塞微导管。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一种动脉瘤栓塞微导管,所述微导管具有导管本体、头端Ⅰ和头端Ⅱ,头端Ⅰ一侧连接有手柄,头端Ⅱ设有端孔,靠近头端Ⅱ一侧的导管本体弯度可调且其上面开有侧孔,所述侧孔和头端Ⅱ之间设置单向阀门,所述单向阀门允许导丝从头端Ⅱ端孔处插入微导管,且保证从手柄送入弹簧圈仅能通过侧孔送出。
头端Ⅱ和侧孔的距离为2~10mm。
导管头端Ⅱ、距离导管头端Ⅱ2至4cm及侧孔近端(距离侧孔0.5至3mm)设有射线标记点。
单向阀门允许导丝从头端逆向插入,从尾端送入弹簧圈则仅能从侧孔送出。
相对于现有技术,本发明提出的动脉瘤栓塞微导管,具有以下优点:
1)弹簧圈从侧孔送出,不仅可以降低弹簧圈刺破动脉瘤的风险;而且使得导管的反作用力减小,导管稳定性增加;
2)头端Ⅱ一侧侧孔远端微导管可起到稳定微导管的作用;
3)头端Ⅱ具有一段弯度可调的长度,可通过头端Ⅱ的各种形状控制侧孔的方向,增加动脉瘤填塞均匀度和致密度;
4)对于瘤腔无纵深的动脉瘤,可调节微导管头端形状从而控制侧孔开口正对瘤颈处,达到安全填塞动脉瘤的目的。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,一种动脉瘤栓塞微导管,微导管具有导管本体2、头端Ⅰ和头端Ⅱ,头端Ⅰ一侧连接有手柄1,头端Ⅱ具有端孔3,靠近头端Ⅱ一侧的导管本体弯度可调且其上面开有侧孔5,侧孔5和头端Ⅱ之间设置单向阀门4,单向阀门4允许导丝9从头端Ⅱ开口的端孔3处插入微导管,如图4所示。
单向阀门结构允许导丝从头端Ⅱ逆向插入导管,微导丝配合下微导管超选入动脉瘤腔,然后撤出微导丝,单向阀门结构关闭,从手柄送入弹簧圈,弹簧圈从侧孔送出。
由于靠近头端Ⅱ一侧的导管本体弯度可调,本发明的微导管头端Ⅱ可以设计成多种形状,进而可以控制多种侧孔5的方向,如图5至图7所示。图5中的侧孔5位于导管折弯处内侧。图6中的侧孔5位于导管折弯处外侧。图7中的侧孔5位于导管折弯处。
图8和图9是本发明的动脉瘤栓塞微导管填塞弹簧圈6时的两种使用状态图。图8中的动脉瘤瘤腔8纵深较深,此时将靠近头端Ⅱ一侧的微导管向内弯曲,侧孔5位于导管折弯处内侧,减低填塞弹簧圈时反作用力,避免侧孔顶壁导致弹簧圈刺破动脉瘤,侧孔远端一端微导管可起到稳定微导管增加支撑力的作用。如图9所示,对于瘤腔8无纵深的动脉瘤,可控制侧孔5位于瘤颈处,支架10辅助下可达到安全填塞动脉瘤的目的。
侧孔5离头端Ⅱ可有多个距离。侧孔5和头端Ⅱ的距离为2~10mm。
导管头端Ⅱ、距离导管头端Ⅱ3cm处及侧孔近端(距离侧孔0.5至3mm)有射线标记点,以便于手术中准确判断导管头端及侧孔的位置。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种动脉瘤栓塞微导管,其特征在于:所述微导管具有导管本体、头端Ⅰ和头端Ⅱ,头端Ⅰ一侧连接有手柄,头端Ⅱ设有端孔,靠近头端Ⅱ一侧的导管本体弯度可调且其上面开有侧孔,所述侧孔和头端Ⅱ之间设置单向阀门。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的动脉瘤栓塞微导管,其特征在于:所述头端Ⅱ和侧孔的距离为2~10毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动脉瘤栓塞微导管,其特征在于:所述微导管头端Ⅱ、距离微导管头端Ⅱ2至4厘米处及距离侧孔0.5至3毫米设有射线标记点。
