黄连：苦，寒。归心、脾、胃、肝、胆、大肠经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒。用于湿热痞满，呕吐吞酸，泻痢，黄疸，高热神昏，心火亢盛，心烦不寐，心悸不宁，血热吐衄，目赤，牙痛，消渴，痈肿疔疮；外治湿疹，湿疮，耳道流脓。酒黄连善清上焦火热。用于目赤，口疮。姜黄连清胃和胃止呕。用于寒热互结，湿热中阻，痞满呕吐。萸黄连舒肝和胃止呕。用于肝胃不和，呕吐吞酸。
本发明的有益效果：成分为中药，安全无毒副作用，将药液直接涂抹在新伤口上，它起到降压和防止伤口感染，促使纤维蛋白与胶原蛋白向伤口沉积，促使伤口细胞重新分裂再生，治愈后没有疤痕产生，防止疤痕增生和关节部位的再生障碍。

实施例1
一种防止新伤产生疤痕的中药还原液，它是由下列重量份的原料制备而成的：三七10份，乳香5份，没药5份，穿山甲9份，天麻4份，僵蚕5份，茺蔚子5份，全蝎1份，灵芝3份，五倍子1份，土鳖虫5份，苍术5份，骨碎补5份，黄芪5份，续断3份，防己2份，狗脊3份，茯苓1份，防风5份，甘草1份，蝉蜕6份，黄连3份。
一种如上所述的防止新伤产生疤痕的中药还原液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选无霉变、无虫蛀、色泽纯正的三七，乳香，没药，穿山甲，天麻，僵蚕，茺蔚子，全蝎，灵芝，五倍子，土鳖虫，苍术，骨碎补，黄芪，续断，防己，狗脊，茯苓，防风，甘草，蝉蜕，黄连进行清洗，烘干，晾晒，备用；
（2）将步骤（1）中所述的原料按如上所述的重量份配比以1:5的比例与纯净水混合，用砂锅煎熬2小时后，将药液倒出，备用；
（3）将步骤（2）的药渣以1:5的比例与纯净水混合，用砂锅煎熬2小时后，将药液倒出，备用；
（4）将步骤（3）与步骤（2）制得的药液混合，加热浓缩，制成成品。
实施例2

（1）筛选无霉变、无虫蛀、色泽纯正的三七，乳香，没药，穿山甲，天麻，僵蚕，茺蔚子，全蝎，灵芝，五倍子，土鳖虫，苍术，骨碎补，黄芪，续断，防己，狗脊，茯苓，防风，甘草，蝉蜕，黄连进行清洗，烘干，晾晒，备用；

一种如上所述的防止新伤产生疤痕的中药还原液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选无霉变、无虫蛀、色泽纯正的三七，乳香，没药，穿山甲，天麻，僵蚕，茺蔚子，全蝎，灵芝，五倍子，土鳖虫，苍术，骨碎补，黄芪，续断，防己，狗脊，茯苓，防风，甘草，蝉蜕，黄连进行清洗，烘干，晾晒，备用；
（2）将步骤（1）中所述的原料按照如上所述的重量份配比以1:5的比例与纯净水混合，用砂锅煎熬2小时后，将药液倒出，备用；

病例1：李某，男，10岁，因不慎被热水烫伤，在本伤口涂抹本药，并且尽量避免伤口碰水，涂抹十天，伤势好转，并且并未留下疤痕。。
病例2：吴某，女，22岁，因不慎摔倒，碰到锋利的石头，造成腿部划伤，在伤口涂抹本药，一天一次，7天之后伤口痊愈，并未发生感染症状，并且腿部未留下明显疤痕。
病例3：张某，女，28岁，本人剖腹产手术,每天在伤口涂抹本药，一天一次，涂抹15天，等到后期，未留下明显疤痕。

1.一种防止新伤产生疤痕的中药还原液，其特征在于：它是由下列重量份的原料制备而成的：三七10—30份，乳香5-15份，没药5-15份，穿山甲9-17份，天麻4-10份，僵蚕5-15份，茺蔚子5-13份，全蝎1-11份，灵芝3-13份，五倍子1-7份，土鳖虫5-15份，苍术5-15份，骨碎补5-15份，黄芪5-25份，续断3-13份，防己2-12份，狗脊3-13份，茯苓1-11份，防风5-15份，甘草1-11份，蝉蜕6-18份，黄连3-15份。

3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的防止新伤产生疤痕的中药还原液的制备方法，其特征在于：该制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选无霉变、无虫蛀、色泽纯正的三七，乳香，没药，穿山甲，天麻，僵蚕，茺蔚子，全蝎，灵芝，五倍子，土鳖虫，苍术，骨碎补，黄芪，续断，防己，狗脊，茯苓，防风，甘草，蝉蜕，黄连进行清洗，烘干，晾晒，备用；
（2）将步骤（1）中所述的原料按照如上所述的重量份配比以1:5的比例与纯净水混合，用砂锅煎熬2小时后，将药液倒出，备用；
