技术领域
本发明涉及中风偏瘫及风湿痹痛治疗技术领域，具体是涉及一种用于治疗中风偏瘫和风湿痹痛的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会老龄化的不断加剧，中风的发病率呈逐年增高趋势，中风是由于阴阳失调，气血逆乱，上犯于脑所引起的，以突然昏迷、偏瘫、麻木、不省人事等为临床特征的一类疾病，其致残率高达80％左右，在中风导致的功能障碍中偏瘫发生率最高，常引起肢体肌力减退，痉挛等症，病人活动不得或完全不能活动，对患者日常生活的影响尤为严重。目前，西医对于这类疾病的治疗临床上大多采用内服药物结合康复训练的方式，但这些药物均有一定的毒副作用，患者长期服用耐受性差；而祖国医学则采用多种治疗方式并用的方法，如中药内服、推拿、针灸等。
风湿痹痛，属于中医“痹证”范畴，痹证可导致肢体筋骨、关节、肌肉等处发生疼痛、酸楚、麻木，或关节屈伸不利、僵硬、肿大、变形等症状，且病变呈持续、反复发作过程，最终可致关节畸形，甚至致残，严重影响患者的生活质量。目前，西医对于这类疾病的治疗主要采用非甾体抗炎药、糖皮质激素以及免疫抑制剂进行治疗，这些药物均存在一系列的毒副作用，长期服用患者很难耐受；而中医则主要通过针灸、推拿、中药内服等一系列治疗手段。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种针对中风偏瘫及风湿痹痛疗效较为显著，且舒筋活络、活血化瘀、祛风胜湿的药物组合物。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案如下：

艾叶温经通络、散寒止痛，桂枝温经通脉，二者共为君药；桑枝祛风通络，木瓜舒筋活络，当归补血活血，共为臣药；红花活血通络、祛瘀止痛，虎杖清热利湿、活血祛瘀，威灵仙祛风通络，路路通活络利水，共为佐药；伸筋草舒筋活血，透骨草散瘀消肿，共为使药；诸药合用，共奏舒筋活络、活血化瘀、祛风胜湿之效。
本发明用于治疗中风偏瘫和风湿痹痛的药物组合物，可以制成药剂学中多种剂型，优选制成温经浴袋、颗粒剂。颗粒剂的制备方法为：当归粉碎成细粉，过筛，备用；其余十味药材加10倍重量的水煎煮三次，每次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩干燥，粉碎成细粉；再与上述当归细粉混匀，加糊精适量，封装即得颗粒剂。
温经浴袋由食品级PET无纺布袋和袋内的药物组合物组成的，制备时将十一味药材粉碎成粗粉，然后装入食品级PET无纺布袋中，即可得到温经浴袋。温经浴袋使用时采取沸水浸泡，然后取汁熏洗患部。
本发明在治疗中风偏瘫及风湿痹痛方面的疗效较为显著，且舒筋活络、活血化瘀、祛风胜湿，无不良反应。同时，在继承传统中医疗法基础上，创新使用了熏洗的药物温经浴袋，患者携带、使用方便。另外，制备工艺简单，无其他添加剂，无污染，绿色环保。

实施例1
一、用于治疗中风偏瘫和风湿痹痛的温经浴袋，其有效成分由以下重量的中药原料制得：

三、治疗中风偏瘫的疗效比较
1.一般资料：
选取安徽中医药大学第二附属医院门诊及住院中风偏瘫病人600例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各300例，两组在性别、年龄、病情、病程等方面均具有可比性。
2.治疗方法：
两组患者基础治疗相同，其中治疗组采用温经浴袋进行治疗，对照组采用脑心通胶囊(陕西步长制药有限公司，36粒/盒)进行治疗。
治疗组：温经浴袋沸水浸泡20分钟，取汁熏洗患部，每次1袋，每日1次，14天为一疗程。
对照组：脑心通胶囊口服，每次4粒，每日3次，14天为一疗程。
3.疗效标准：
依据中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》
治愈：症状及体征消失，基本能独立生活。
好转：症状及体征好转，能扶杖行动，或基本生活能自理。
未愈：症状及体征无变化。

四、治疗风湿痹痛的疗效比较
1.一般资料：
选取安徽中医药大学第二附属医院门诊及住院风湿痹痛病人400例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各200例，两组在性别、年龄、病情、病程等方面均具有可比性。
2.治疗方法：
两组基础治疗相同，其中治疗组采用温经浴袋进行治疗，对照组采用正红花油(广东梁介福药业有限公司，35毫升/瓶)进行治疗。
治疗组：温经浴袋沸水浸泡20分钟，取汁熏洗外用，每次1袋，每日1次，10天为一疗程。
对照组：正红花油外用涂擦患处，每次少量，每日1次，10天为一疗程。
3.疗效标准：
依据中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》进行疗效评价：
治愈：症状消失，关节活动正常，实验室检查正常。
好转：症状明显好转，实验室检查有改善。
