Abstract

本发明涉及一种双镜头微型内窥镜，特别涉及外型直径尺寸小于5mm双镜头摄像装置，包括PCB电路板，2个CMOS成像芯片，2颗光学镜头，前段透明罩体与后端不锈钢圆筒外壳，每个摄像头顶部采用LED灯固定补光，数字图像处理模块，防滑手柄，数据线及接插头。涉及到电子数码内窥镜医学影像的制造技术领域，目前内窥镜都是一个摄像器，视角也有限，且尺寸大使用会不方便，并对病患者增加痛苦。本发明技术要点是内窥镜尺寸可以做到更小，并且视角相对单摄像器内窥镜大很多，而且2个画面同步显示出来，使用更方便且可以减轻病患者痛苦。

一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域，一种双镜头微型内窥镜，特别涉及一种用于妇科阴道、宫腔、腹腔、耳鼻喉等一体化检查的电子数码内窥镜医学影像的制造技术领域,其特征是2颗摄像头，且2个影像同步显示的内窥镜摄像装置。
背景技术
目前内窥镜都是一个摄像器，视角也有限，且尺寸大使用会不方便，并对病患者增加痛苦，并且成本高昂。本发明技术要点是双镜头微型内窥镜，视角可以做到超过180度，尺寸可以做到更小，使用更方便且可以减轻病患者痛苦，生产工艺简化适宜批量生产，能有效控制成本，实现一次性内窥镜的广泛使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供了一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置。
本发明技术方案如下：一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征是2颗摄像头，且2个影像同步显示。
装置在摄像头部位采用透明罩体，后端不锈钢圆筒外壳，有效保内窥镜内部器件。
装置采用数字图像处理器与2颗高性能微型CMOS成像芯片。
装置在每个摄像头顶部采用LED灯固定补光。
装置采用超细数据线且有屏蔽保护，并有数据接插头。
装置使用防滑手柄，提高使用可靠性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

一种双镜头微型内窥镜摄像装置，包括光学镜头1，用于摄像头1的光学聚焦成像；光学镜头2，用于摄像头2的光学聚焦成像；CMOS成像芯片3，用于用于摄像头1光电转换，输出影像信号；CMOS成像芯片4，用于用于摄像头2光电转换，输出影像信号；LED灯5,6，9,10用于摄像头1照明补光；LED灯7,8，11,12用于摄像头2照明补光；数字图像处理器13将CMOS芯片3和CMOS芯片4的信号进行处理并同步输出；透明罩体14是保护摄像头1和2并能有效进行拍摄；软性PCB板15将摄像头1和2与电子元件组装在一起；数据传输线16，进行数据传输；后端不锈钢圆筒外壳17有效保内窥镜内部器件；防滑手柄18增加操作的可靠性；数据接插头19是与显示主机连接，方便快捷。
首先把成像芯片1和2与数字图像处理器及电子器件封装在软性PCB，组装数据线电气性能良好后，功能良好的PCBA与光学镜头组合好，把LED灯板粘牢在镜头上面，并固定好形状装在透明罩体体里面，并用胶水封住，再将组好的摄像头前端与后端不锈钢圆筒壳体进行密封牢固。最后将防滑手柄与不锈钢圆筒壳体组装到一起。

1.一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征是2颗摄像头，且2个影像同步显示。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征在于：所述装置在摄像头部位采用透明罩体，后端不锈钢圆筒外壳，有效保内窥镜内部器件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征在于：所述装置采用数字图像处理器与2颗高性能微型CMOS成像芯片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征在于：所述装置在每个摄像头顶部采用LED灯固定补光。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征在于：所述装置采用超细数据线且有屏蔽保护，并有数据接插头。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双镜头微型内窥镜装置，其特征在于：所述装置使用防滑手柄，提高使用可靠性能。
