Abstract

本发明涉及一种松墨天牛诱杀剂,由2‑十一烷氧基‑1‑乙醇:0.5~1份、(+)α蒎烯:1~2份、(‑)β蒎烯:0.1~0.3份、乙醇:2~3份、聚异丁烯:5~6份、杀虫微胶囊:0.1~0.2份、抗氧化剂:0.05~0.1份混合配制而成。该松墨天牛诱杀剂具有一定粘性,作用持久性强,风吹日晒雨淋不易变性。对于松墨天牛的引诱性高,使用简单,通过喷雾装置将松墨天牛诱杀剂喷于灾害区松林,可以引诱松墨天牛将其毒杀,逃脱的松墨天牛因粘附含有噻虫啉微胶囊的喷剂而被毒杀。该诱杀剂制作方便,生产成本低,适于大面积的林场及景区的推广使用,具有广阔的发展前景。

一种松墨天牛诱杀剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种松墨天牛诱杀剂。
背景技术
松墨(褐)天牛(Monochamus alternatus Hope)是我国松树的主要蛀干害虫,单独发生亦能引起松树枯萎病并致死,也是松树的毁灭性病害松材线虫病的主要媒介昆虫。在松材线虫的扩散和侵染的过程中,松墨天牛起着携带、传播和协助病原侵入寄主的关键性作用。因此有效控制松墨天牛的种群数量和增长趋势有助于保护经济林松林和景观松林。
目前对于松墨天牛幼虫的防治以毒杀为主,主要包括病死木熏蒸和药剂浸泡处理,这种普遍费时费力,不利于林场的大规模防治。对于松墨天牛成虫的防治主要有飞防、天牛诱捕器方式,采用飞防方法容易造成农药大规模扩散,杀死天牛的同时也威胁天敌的生存,且价格较高不利于推广,而诱捕器操作繁琐,价格较高,容易被破坏。
昆虫引诱剂在害虫的防治中具有越来越重要的作用,研究发现,聚集信息素和植物源引诱剂相结合对于松墨天牛成虫具有很强的引诱作用,在实际防治中,也经常应用这类引诱剂诱捕松墨天牛。
因此,可以将松墨天牛聚集信息素、植物源引诱剂和杀虫微胶囊剂添加进具有粘性的不干胶中,使胶剂具有引诱和杀虫效果,由于胶剂有一定的粘附作用,可使杀虫微胶囊粘附在松墨天牛体表,使得松墨天牛能够更长时间接触杀虫微胶囊,从而显著提高杀虫微胶囊对松墨天牛的杀虫效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对面前市场上农药防治和诱捕器防治的缺陷,提供一种操作方便,经济实惠,抗虫诱虫持续性强的措施。
本发明一种松墨天牛诱杀剂,该诱杀剂由以下的原料制备而成:引诱成分、引诱增强剂、增稠剂、杀虫剂、抗氧化剂。所述引诱成分为墨天牛聚集信息素和植物源引诱剂,墨天牛聚集信息素为2-十一烷氧基-1-乙醇,植物源引诱剂为(+)α蒎烯和(-)β蒎烯。所述引诱增强剂为乙醇,增稠剂为聚异丁烯。所述杀虫剂为噻虫啉微胶囊、联苯菊酯微胶囊的一种或两种。所述抗氧化剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD或抗氧化剂BHT中的一种或几种。
所述混合成分配比为:
2-十一烷氧基-1-乙醇:0.5~1份、(+)α蒎烯:1~2份、(-)β蒎烯:0.1~0.3份、乙醇:2~3份、聚异丁烯:5~6份、杀虫微胶囊:0.1~0.2份、抗氧化剂:0.05~0.1份
本发明通过优化各个原料的配比,提供一种粘性久,粘性强的诱杀剂。针对性地粘着松墨天牛,与现有松墨天牛的防治方法相比,具有以下优点:
a)对于松墨天牛的诱杀专一性较高,在诱杀松墨天牛的同时不会威胁天敌的生存,且由于微胶囊的存在,可以使诱杀剂长时间保持毒性;
b)适应性广,本发明不受场地影响,可以应用在多种环境中,如林场,景区。只要将诱杀剂喷涂于松材线虫病危害严重的松林中树干或枝条上即可;
c)由于该诱杀剂具有粘性,能够使杀虫剂粘附在松墨天牛体表,从而使松墨天牛更长时间暴露于毒剂中,毒杀致死;
d)原料成本较低,利于大面积推广生产。
具体实施方式
结合实例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
配制:2-十一烷氧基-1-乙醇:0.5份、(+)α蒎烯:1份、(-)β蒎烯:0.3份、乙醇:3份、聚异丁烯:5份、噻虫啉微胶囊:0.1份、抗氧化剂BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚):0.1份。
实施例1所得松墨天牛诱杀剂具有粘性好,持久性高,风吹日晒雨淋不易变性的特点,在野外的实际应用可以达三个月以上。华南农业大学增城林场实验,在生长状况较差,松脂分泌较少的松树上(松墨天牛一般在长势较差的松树上产卵)喷洒胶剂或者在松树嫩枝上喷洒诱杀剂(松墨天牛成虫需进一步取食发育)。由于诱杀剂中还有松墨天牛的引诱成分,具有一定的引诱效果。实例表明:小部分松墨天牛被粘附在喷有诱杀剂的树干上,毒杀致死,喷涂部位有松墨天牛挣扎逃脱痕迹,地面上有部分粘附有诱杀剂被毒死的松墨天牛,另外有粘附诱杀剂逃脱的松墨天牛,这些天牛将更长时间暴露于诱杀剂的毒剂中,由微胶囊毒杀致死。诱杀剂的使用时间较长,林场实际应用可以达到3个月不变质,使用该方法防治松墨天牛,减少了传统高毒化学农药的使用量,也减少了松墨天牛的数量,另外还可以通过该粘胶监测松墨天牛的种群数量和其扩展趋势。
实施例2
配制:2-十一烷氧基-1-乙醇:0.5份、(+)α蒎烯:1份、(-)β蒎烯:0.1份、乙醇:2份、聚异丁烯:6份、联苯菊酯微胶囊:0.2份、防老剂AW:0.2份。
实施例2所得松墨天牛诱杀剂具有杀虫效果高,耐受紫外线照射,高温不易变性的特点,在野外的实际应用可达三个月以上,适合在高温季节施药。实例表明,松墨天牛活动高峰期在6到7月,温度处于上升季节。梅州五华林场实验,将诱杀剂喷洒在松墨天牛诱捕装置表面,能显著增加诱捕装置的诱捕量,统计发现,诱捕量较未喷洒诱杀剂的松墨天牛诱捕器诱捕量增加30%,且作用时间持久,诱捕器四周有因接触诱杀剂而死亡的松墨天牛尸体。使用本发明防治松墨天牛,可以与诱捕器和人工捕杀松墨天牛相结合,提高捕杀率,另外还可以通过该粘胶监测松墨天牛的种群数量和其扩展趋势。

Claims (4)

1.一种松墨天牛(Monochamus alternatus Hope)诱杀剂,其特征在于,该粘虫胶主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2-十一烷氧基-1-乙醇:0.5~1份、(+)α蒎烯:1~2份、(-)β蒎烯:0.1~0.3份、乙醇:2~3份、聚异丁烯:5~6份、微胶囊:0.1~0.2份、抗氧化剂:0.05~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘虫胶,其特征在于,所述微胶囊为噻虫啉微胶囊、联苯菊酯微胶囊的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粘虫胶,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD或抗氧化剂BHT中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粘虫胶,其特征在于,所述松墨天牛诱杀剂对于松墨天牛有引诱效果和一定的粘性,可以引诱松墨天牛将其毒杀,逃脱的松墨天牛因粘附含有噻虫啉微胶囊的诱杀剂而被毒杀。
