Abstract
本发明公开了一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,它包括缆芯以及缆芯外部自内向外包覆的聚酯包带层、内衬层、金属屏蔽层以及交联聚乙烯绝缘护套。所述缆芯由线芯围绕加强芯均匀挤包而成;所述线芯包括稀土铝合金导体以及稀土铝合金导体外绝缘层;所述缆芯与聚酯包带层之间还设有泄流线;所述缆芯、聚酯包带层以及泄流线之间的间隙部分设有填充层;所述聚酯包带层与金属屏蔽层之间均匀设置四组镀银抗拉丝;所述镀银抗拉丝贯穿内衬层。本发明使用稀土铝合金导体,有良好的导电性能、抗蠕变性能、抗拉强度和延伸率,同时自重承载力强、防腐蚀、柔韧性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种稀土铝合金低压电缆。
背景技术
现有低压电缆多使用铝导体或铜导体外绕包其他护套层,这种电缆只能满足一些电荷要求较低以及环境比较好的地区,同时电缆寿命较短且不易安装;稀土铝合金导体相对现有的铜导体以及铝导体有着可靠的安全性能、良好的导电性、极佳的防腐性能、优越的机械性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单、易于安装、有着靠的安全性能、良好的导电性、极佳的防腐性能、优越的机械性能的稀土铝合金高压电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,它包括缆芯以及缆芯外部自内向外包覆的聚酯包带层、内衬层、金属屏蔽层以及交联聚乙烯绝缘护套;所述缆芯由线芯围绕加强芯均匀挤包而成;所述线芯包括稀土铝合金导体以及稀土铝合金导体外绝缘层;所述缆芯与聚酯包带层之间还设有泄流线;所述缆芯、聚酯包带层以及泄流线之间的间隙部分设有填充层;所述聚酯包带层与金属屏蔽层之间均匀设置四组镀银抗拉丝;所述镀银抗拉丝贯穿内衬层。
进一步的,所述内衬层为PVC再生层。
再进一步的,所述金属屏蔽层为多条网状钢丝编织而成。
更进一步的,所述镀银抗拉丝横截之间为0.5-0.65mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、设计合理、防火性能好、安全性高、电流损失小、防腐屏蔽性好、机械性能佳。

下面结合附图中的实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但并不构成对本发明的任何限制。
请参阅图1所示,本发明提供一种技术方案一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,它包括缆芯以及缆芯外部自内向外包覆的聚酯包带层1、内衬层2、金属屏蔽层3以及交联聚乙烯绝缘护套4;内衬层2为PVC再生层;金属屏蔽层3为多条网状钢丝编织而成。
缆芯由线芯5围绕加强芯6均匀挤包而成;线芯5包括稀土铝合金导体7以及稀土铝合金导体外绝缘层8;缆芯5与聚酯包带层1之间还设有泄流线9;缆芯、聚酯包带层1以及泄流线9之间的间隙部分设有填充层10;聚酯包带层1与金属屏蔽层3之间均匀设置四组镀银抗拉丝11;镀银抗拉丝11贯穿内衬层2;所述镀银抗拉丝11横截之间为0.5-0.65mm。

1.一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,它包括缆芯以及缆芯外部自内向外包覆的聚酯包带层、内衬层、金属屏蔽层以及交联聚乙烯绝缘护套,其特征在于:所述缆芯由线芯围绕加强芯均匀挤包而成;所述线芯包括稀土铝合金导体以及稀土铝合金导体外绝缘层;所述缆芯与聚酯包带层之间还设有泄流线;所述缆芯、聚酯包带层以及泄流线之间的间隙部分设有填充层;所述聚酯包带层与金属屏蔽层之间均匀设置四组镀银抗拉丝;所述镀银抗拉丝贯穿内衬层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,其特征在于:所述内衬层为PVC再生层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,其特征在于:所述金属屏蔽层为多条网状钢丝编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种稀土铝合金低压电缆,其特征在于:所述镀银抗拉丝横截之间为0.5-0.65mm。
