Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an installation position of an acceleration sensor in a virtual reality helmet according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, a lens 12 is disposed between eyes and a screen in a virtual reality helmet 11, at a position corresponding to the eyes. Accordingly, the number of the lenses 12 is two, corresponding to the left and right eyes of the user, respectively. An acceleration sensor 13 is provided at a position between the two lenses 12.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a first embodiment of a page turning method for a function menu of a virtual reality helmet, as shown in fig. 2, the page turning method for a function menu of a virtual reality helmet of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s11, the head acceleration of the user is collected.
In practical application, the acceleration sensor 13 shown in fig. 1 is used to collect acceleration of the head of the user, so as to determine whether the user has a head-shaking motion.
And S12, determining whether the user has head swinging motion according to the head acceleration.
In specific implementation, under normal conditions, the head of a user can move leftwards or rightwards when wearing the virtual reality helmet, the acceleration of the head of the user needs to be judged in order to distinguish whether the head of the user moves leftwards or rightwards or swings, and when the acceleration of the head of the user is larger than a preset threshold value, it is determined that the head swinging motion exists in the user.
And S13, if the function menu exists, starting page turning operation of the function menu according to the swing direction of the user.
In specific implementation, for example, the user starts a function menu in advance, and sends an instruction to acquire acceleration to the acceleration sensor 13 shown in fig. 1. After the acceleration sensor 13 collects the acceleration of the head of the user, when there is a swing motion, the page turning operation of the menu is started according to the direction of the swing of the user.
The function menu page turning method of the virtual reality helmet determines whether the user has head shaking action according to the head acceleration of the user; if the function menu exists, the automatic page turning operation of the function menu is started according to the head-shaking direction of the user, the page turning is very convenient, and therefore the experience of the user is improved.

s21, the head acceleration of the user is collected.
In practical application, the acceleration sensor 13 shown in fig. 1 is used to collect acceleration of the head of the user, so as to determine whether the user has a head-shaking motion.
S22, it is determined whether there is acceleration of the user' S head to the left or to the right.
In specific implementation, normally, it is determined whether the head of the user swings left or right when wearing the virtual reality helmet according to the value of the acceleration collected by the acceleration sensor 13 shown in fig. 1, for example, if the collected value of the acceleration to the left is a positive value, the acceleration to the right is a negative value, and when the positive acceleration of the head of the user is greater than a preset threshold, it is determined that the user has a head swing motion to the left, and vice versa.
S23, if acceleration of the head of the user exists leftward, the function menu is left-turned; and if the head of the user has rightward acceleration, performing right page turning operation on the function menu.

S43, if acceleration exists on the head of the user, page up operation is carried out on the function menu; and if the head of the user has acceleration towards the right, performing page-down operation on the function menu.
In specific implementation, for example, the user starts a function menu in advance, and sends an instruction to acquire acceleration to the acceleration sensor 13 shown in fig. 1.
