现有技术中的太阳能接收板都是固定的,当太阳斜射时,板面接收的阳光实际横截面积很小,只是在中午才能最大效率接收阳光照射;卫星的太阳能帆板要对准太阳需要地面控制中心经过很复杂的计算和指令操控才能准确的引导,其制作成本极高,不易于推广使用,其操作及其复杂,给生产企业增加了巨额的生产成本,减少了该领域的生产企业的经济效益,造成了大量的人力物力劳动力的损失。

本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种可以方便人们使用的一种向日葵式光源跟踪装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种向日葵式光源跟踪装置,包括锅体,计时继电器,光敏开关,其特征是:锅体底座固定架上连接设有锅体,锅体一侧连接有摆臂支架,摆臂支架上设有外摆臂和内摆臂,内摆臂一端连接有摆动铁芯线圈;所述锅体中心设有透光孔,锅体内侧设有锅体底面,锅体底面上设有若干个弧形排列的锅底铁芯线圈,锅底铁芯线圈上下两端夹有上极板与下极板,所述每个锅底铁芯线圈一侧附有光敏开关,在锅体底面中心位置设有回位铁芯线圈,回位铁芯线圈与上极板连接,回位铁芯线圈底部不连接下极板,回位铁芯线圈底部通过电线与计时继电器连接。
具体的,所述回位铁芯线圈底部通过电线分别与计时继电器、电源、光敏开关、摆动铁芯线圈相连接组成电路回路。
具体的,所述摆动铁芯线圈为三头,中间的铁芯线圈两侧各设有一个铁芯线圈。

附图1-5为本发明的一种具体实施例。该本发明一种向日葵式光源跟踪装置,包括锅体13,计时继电器9,光敏开关5,其特征是:锅体底座固定架16上连接设有锅体13,锅体13一侧连接有摆臂支架14,摆臂支架14上设有外摆臂10和内摆臂11,内摆臂11一端连接有摆动铁芯线圈7;所述锅体13中心设有透光孔15,锅体13内侧设有锅体底面1,锅体底面1上设有若干个弧形排列的锅底铁芯线圈4,锅底铁芯线圈4上下两端夹有上极板3与下极板6,所述每个锅底铁芯线圈4一侧附有光敏开关5,在锅体底面1中心位置设有回位铁芯线圈2,回位铁芯线圈2与上极板3连接,回位铁芯线圈底部不连接下极板6,底部通过电线与计时继电器9连接。

该发明一种向日葵式光源跟踪装置,锅体13与锅体底座固定架16的安装位置及朝向是由根据锅体13所在地球纬度来对应安装,安装后的锅体13向南朝向太阳轨迹黄道,锅体13中的支架14承载着锅体13的自重,锅体13中心有透光孔15,透光孔15的上方设有摆心12,内摆臂11通至锅体13内并连接摆心12,内摆臂11前端有摆动铁芯线圈7,内摆臂11以摆心12为支点摆动,外摆臂10把内摆臂11的方向信息传出,锅体底面1上布有锅底铁芯线圈4,锅底铁芯线圈4为弧形排列,弧形的弧度可以根据安装地一年每天太阳从透光孔15照射到锅体13半球内的轨迹定制;也可根据不同季节地球仪面对太阳时,太阳照射锅体13所在地地球纬线的球内投影的综合投影定制,锅底铁芯线圈4由上极板3与下极板6固定,锅底铁芯线圈4的线路两端分别连接着上极板3和下极板6,所述每个锅底铁芯线圈4均连接一个光敏开关5,当光敏开关5作用时,光敏开关5接通锅底铁芯线圈4使其正常工作。
其工作时,当太阳光线穿过锅体13中间的透光孔15照射到锅体底面1上排列着的其中一个铁芯线圈4的光敏开关5上,此时由光敏开关5作用,将铁芯线圈4的电路连接,此时铁芯线圈4和摆动铁芯线圈7产生互相吸引的磁力,使内摆臂11以摆心12为支点向被光线照射到的铁芯线圈4摆动,内摆臂11带动外摆臂10摆动指向太阳;当阴天或晚上太阳落山后,所有光敏开关5接收不到阳光,线圈回路断开四个小时后,计时继电器9作用接通回位电路,此时回位铁芯线圈2和摆动铁芯线圈7产生互相吸引的磁力,使内摆臂11以摆心12为支点向在锅体底面1中心的回位铁芯线圈2摆动定位,数分钟后定位结束,计时继电器9自动断电。
下面结合说明书附图图示说明线圈回路工作路径,所述线圈回路由电源8、摆动铁芯线圈7、回位铁芯线圈2、锅底铁芯线圈4、计时继电器9、光敏开关5、上极板3和下极板6组成;当白天太阳光线照射到锅体底面1的锅底铁芯线圈4的光敏开关5上时,光敏开关5工作,将铁芯线圈4接通,此时线路电流从电源8的正极到摆动铁芯线圈7内,再经上极板3,由铁芯线圈4至下极板6;经过计时继电器9后至电源8的负极形成回路;
当太阳光线移动照射到下一个锅底铁芯线圈4的光敏开关5时,前一个光敏开关5得不到光照而自动断开,接收到太阳光线的铁芯线圈4进入电流回路;当晚上或阴天长时间没有阳光照射时,所有光敏开关5不工作,上极板3和下极板6处于断开,到达预定时间后,计时继电器9工作数分钟,此时电流从电源8的正极到摆动铁芯线圈7再经上极板3到回位铁芯线圈2,经过计时继电器9至电源8的负极形成回路。

1.一种向日葵式光源跟踪装置,包括锅体,计时继电器,光敏开关,其特征是:锅体底座固定架上连接设有锅体,锅体一侧连接有摆臂支架,摆臂支架上设有外摆臂和内摆臂,内摆臂一端连接有摆动铁芯线圈;所述锅体中心设有透光孔,锅体内侧设有锅体底面,锅体底面上设有若干个弧形排列的锅底铁芯线圈,锅底铁芯线圈上下两端夹有上极板与下极板,所述每个锅底铁芯线圈一侧附有光敏开关,在锅体底面中心位置设有回位铁芯线圈,回位铁芯线圈与上极板连接,回位铁芯线圈底部不连接下极板,回位铁芯线圈底部通过电线与计时继电器连接。
