本发明公开一种大功率LED节能灯,包括灯头、灯体、LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩,灯体的前端开口,LED驱动电源置于灯体内,导热盘从灯体前端口扣入,卡在倾斜环面内。导热盘的安装操作简单,能够快速完成,而且导热、散热效果优异。LED光源板连接固定在导热盘上,采用LED作为光源,具有功耗低、高亮度、寿命长、冷光源等优点,是真正的"绿色照明"。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具领域,特别涉及一种大功率LED节能灯。
背景技术
随着能源供应的日趋紧张,人们越发重视对高效节能器具的开发与推广。以具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射与低功耗等众多优点的LED(Light-emittingdiode,发光二极管)为光源的照明灯具必将很快进入主流灯具市场。现有的LED节能灯具配件较多,组装繁琐,成本高。而且,对于大功率的LED节能灯具,其散热效果需要提高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种组装操作简便、散热性能优异的大功率LED节能灯。
本发明提出一种大功率LED节能灯,包括灯头、与所述灯头连接的灯体、安装在所述灯体上的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩,所述灯体为铝制灯体,所述灯头与所述灯体之间通过灯头连接件连接;所述灯体的前端开口,所述LED驱动电源置于所述灯体内,在所述灯体的前端口内安装有导热盘,所述导热盘包括设置在其边缘的向下折的折边,所述灯体前端口的用于安装所述导热盘的位置为环形的从前向后向内倾斜的倾斜环面,所述折边与所述倾斜环面适配,所述导热盘从所述灯体前端口扣入,卡在所述倾斜环面内,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述导热盘上;在所述灯体上设置有若干散热孔。
优选地,所述灯罩罩设在所述灯体的前端口,在所述灯罩下端口的外壁面和所述灯体前端口的内壁面上设有适配的螺纹,所述灯罩与所述灯体之间通过螺纹连接方式连接固定。
本发明的大功率LED节能灯的有益效果为:
本发明的大功率LED节能灯采用LED作为光源,其直接将电能转化为光能,具有功耗低、高亮度、色彩艳丽、抗振动、寿命长(正常发光6-10万小时),冷光源等优点,是真正的"绿色照明"。
在灯体的前端口内安装导热盘,导热盘包括设置在其边缘的向下折的折边,灯体前端口的用于安装导热盘的位置为环形的从前向后向内倾斜的倾斜环面,折边与倾斜环面适配。导热盘从灯体前端口扣入,卡在倾斜环面内。导热盘的安装操作简单,能够快速完成。通过折边与倾斜环面的配合,使导热盘的安装更加稳固,而且使导热盘与灯体之间的接触面积增大,加快导热。将LED光源板连接固定在导热盘上,导热盘将LED光源板产生的热量快速导出给灯体,由灯体散热,散热效果优异。

具体实施方式

参照图1和图2,提出本发明的大功率LED节能灯的一实施例:
一种大功率LED节能灯,包括灯头20、灯体10、安装在灯体10上的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩30。灯头20与灯体10之间通过灯头连接件连接。灯体10为铝制灯体,在灯体10上设置有若干散热孔11,通风散热,加快散热速度。
灯体10的前端开口,LED驱动电源从灯体10前端口置于灯体10内,并与灯头20电气连接。在灯体10的前端口内安装有导热盘40。导热盘40为铝制,导热盘40包括设置在其边缘的向下折的折边41,灯体10前端口的用于安装导热盘40的位置为环形的从前向后向内倾斜的倾斜环面12,折边41与倾斜环面12适配。导热盘40从灯体10前端口扣入,卡在倾斜环面12内。导热盘40的安装操作简单,能够快速完成。通过折边41与倾斜环面12的配合,使导热盘40的安装更加稳固,而且使导热盘40与灯体10之间的接触面积增大,加快导热。
LED光源板连接固定在导热盘40上,灯罩30罩设在灯体10的前端口。在灯罩30下端口的外壁面和灯体10前端口的内壁面上设有适配的螺纹,灯罩30与灯体10之间通过螺纹连接方式连接固定。

1.一种大功率LED节能灯,包括灯头、与所述灯头连接的灯体、安装在所述灯体上的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯体为铝制灯体,所述灯头与所述灯体之间通过灯头连接件连接;所述灯体的前端开口,所述LED驱动电源置于所述灯体内,在所述灯体的前端口内安装有导热盘,所述导热盘包括设置在其边缘的向下折的折边,所述灯体前端口的用于安装所述导热盘的位置为环形的从前向后向内倾斜的倾斜环面,所述折边与所述倾斜环面适配,所述导热盘从所述灯体前端口扣入,卡在所述倾斜环面内,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述导热盘上;在所述灯体上设置有若干散热孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED节能灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩罩设在所述灯体的前端口,在所述灯罩下端口的外壁面和所述灯体前端口的内壁面上设有适配的螺纹,所述灯罩与所述灯体之间通过螺纹连接方式连接固定。
