本发明公开一种节能环保型LED灯,包括灯头、灯体、LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩,灯体为陶瓷材料一体制成,包括置于后端的灯头连接头部和主灯体部,灯头与灯头连接头部通过螺纹连接方式相互连接,本灯具将传统的灯头连接头和灯体合为一体,使结构更加简单,组装更加方便;灯体为陶瓷材料制成,材料环保,而且散热性能和绝缘性能优异,使灯具使用更加安全。灯体的前端开口,LED驱动电源置于灯体内,在灯体的前端口内安装有导热盘,LED光源板连接固定在导热盘上,采用LED作为光源,具有功耗低、高亮度、色彩艳丽、抗振动、寿命长(正常发光6-10万小时),冷光源等优点,是真正的"绿色照明"。

本发明涉及灯具领域,特别涉及一种节能环保型LED灯。
背景技术
随着能源供应的日趋紧张,人们越发重视对高效节能器具的开发与推广。以具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射与低功耗等众多优点的LED(Light-emittingdiode,发光二极管)为光源的照明灯具必将很快进入主流灯具市场。现有的LED节能灯具配件较多,组装繁琐,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种配件少,组装操作简便的节能环保型LED灯。
本发明提出一种节能环保型LED灯,包括灯头、灯体、安装在所述灯体上的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩,所述灯体为陶瓷材料一体制成,包括置于后端的灯头连接头部和主灯体部,所述灯头与所述灯头连接头部通过螺纹连接方式相互连接,所述灯体的前端开口,所述LED驱动电源置于所述灯体内,在所述灯体的前端口内安装有导热盘,所述导热盘通过螺纹连接方式连接固定在所述灯体前端口内,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述导热盘上,所述灯罩罩设在所述灯体的前端口。
优选地,在所述主灯体部上设置有若干散热孔。
优选地,在所述灯罩下端口的外壁面和所述灯体前端口的内壁面上设有适配的螺纹,所述灯罩与所述灯体之间通过螺纹连接方式连接固定。
本发明的节能环保型LED灯的有益效果为:
本发明的节能环保型LED灯将传统的灯头连接头和灯体合为一体,使结构更加简单,组装更加方便;本灯具中的灯体为陶瓷材料制成,材料环保,而且散热性能和绝缘性能优异,使灯具使用更加安全。
采用LED作为光源,其直接将电能转化为光能,具有功耗低、高亮度、色彩艳丽、抗振动、寿命长(正常发光6-10万小时),冷光源等优点,是真正的"绿色照明"。
在灯体的前端口内安装导热盘,将LED光源板连接固定在导热盘上,导热盘将LED光源板产生的热量快速导出给灯体,由灯体散热,散热效果优异。

具体实施方式

参照图1和图2,提出本发明的节能环保型LED灯的一实施例:
一种节能环保型LED灯,包括灯头20、灯体10、安装在灯体10上的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩30。灯体10为陶瓷材料一体制成,包括置于后端的灯头连接头部11和主灯体部12,灯头20与灯头连接头部11通过螺纹连接方式相互连接。本灯具将传统的灯头20连接头和灯体10合为一体,使结构更加简单,组装更加方便。本灯具中的灯体10为陶瓷材料制成,材料环保,而且散热性能和绝缘性能优异,使灯具使用更加安全。
灯体10的前端开口,LED驱动电源从灯体10前端口置于灯体10内,并与灯头20电气连接。在灯体10的前端口内安装有导热盘40。导热盘40的外壁面设置有螺纹41,灯体内壁设置有螺纹13,导热盘40通过螺纹连接方式连接固定在灯体10前端口内,导热盘40的安装操作简便。LED光源板连接固定在导热盘40上,灯罩30罩设在灯体10的前端口。在灯罩30下端口的外壁面和灯体10前端口的内壁面上设有适配的螺纹,灯罩30与灯体10之间通过螺纹连接方式连接固定。
本灯具采用LED作为光源,其直接将电能转化为光能,具有功耗低、高亮度、色彩艳丽、抗振动、寿命长(正常发光6-10万小时),冷光源等优点,是真正的"绿色照明"。
在主灯体部12上设置有若干散热孔14,通风散热,加快散热速度。将LED光源板连接固定在导热盘40上,导热盘40将LED光源板产生的热量快速导出给灯体10,由灯体10散热,散热效果优异。

1.一种节能环保型LED灯,包括灯头、灯体、安装在所述灯体上的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯体为陶瓷材料一体制成,包括置于后端的灯头连接头部和主灯体部,所述灯头与所述灯头连接头部通过螺纹连接方式相互连接,所述灯体的前端开口,所述LED驱动电源置于所述灯体内,在所述灯体的前端口内安装有导热盘,所述导热盘通过螺纹连接方式连接固定在所述灯体前端口内,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述导热盘上,所述灯罩罩设在所述灯体的前端口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保型LED灯,其特征在于,在所述主灯体部上设置有若干散热孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能环保型LED灯,其特征在于,在所述灯罩下端口的外壁面和所述灯体前端口的内壁面上设有适配的螺纹,所述灯罩与所述灯体之间通过螺纹连接方式连接固定。
