Abstract

本发明提供了一种双膜储气柜材料结构,包含有7层材料层:处于正中间的1层聚酯纤维层,紧贴着所述聚酯纤维层两侧的2层底胶层,其中,靠近所述双膜储气柜的腔室一侧的为上底胶层,在所述聚酯纤维层另一侧的为下底胶层;紧贴所述上底胶层的1层面胶层,以及紧贴所述下底胶层的1层外底胶层;2层表面处理层,分别粘附在所述面胶层和所述外底胶层的外侧。具有该双膜储气柜材料结构的双膜储气柜,拥有更好的强度,且防腐蚀,无需另外防腐处理,平均使用寿命可达20年;其投资成本约为传统储气柜的30‑50%,现场安装迅速,免维护设计。

一种双膜储气柜材料结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐蚀材料,尤其涉及一种双膜储气柜材料结构。
背景技术
双膜储气柜是(Double membrane tank)适用于各种中性气体的储存,如沼气、空气、二氧化碳、氧气等。所述双膜储气柜的基础一般采用钢筋混泥土,其力学性能需达到设计指标,其基础下面按照设计预埋管道和连接法兰,边缘预埋钢制连接环。传统储气柜一般分为两种,分别为湿式气柜和干式低压导轨式气柜。这两种储气柜都由钢结构和密封膜组成,从而投资成本高,安装时间长,防腐维护工作繁杂。
因此,提供一种强度好、防腐蚀、使用寿命长的双膜储气柜材料,是本领域技术人员研究的重点之一。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,为了在现有技术的基础上获得新的突破,得到一种强度好、防腐蚀、使用寿命长的双膜储气柜材料,本发明的第一方面,提供了一种双膜储气柜材料结构,其包含有7层材料层:处于正中间的1层聚酯纤维层,紧贴着所述聚酯纤维层两侧的2层底胶层,其中,靠近所述双膜储气柜的腔室一侧的为上底胶层,在所述聚酯纤维层另一侧的为下底胶层;紧贴所述上底胶层的1层面胶层,以及紧贴所述下底胶层的1层外底胶层;2层表面处理层,分别粘附在所述面胶层和所述外底胶层的外侧。
优选地,所述表面处理层为聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层。
优选地,所述聚酯纤维层的拉力强度为5000N/5CM-9000N/5CM。
优选地,所述上底胶层、下底胶层、面胶层、外底胶层中均含有助剂。
进一步优选地,所述助剂为:己二酸类聚酯,其为单一化合物。
优选地,所述聚酯纤维层的克重为270g-500g/平方米。
优选地,所述上底胶层和所述下底胶层各自的克重为120g-160g/平方米。
优选地,所述面胶层与所述外底胶层各自的克重为140g-180g/平方米。
优选地,所述表面处理层的克重为5g-8g/平方米。
本发明的第二方面,提供了一种双膜储气柜,其特征在于,其具有上述双膜储气柜材料结构。
本发明提供的所述双膜储气柜材料结构,由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比具有以下优点和有益效果:
(1)具有本发明所述的双膜储气柜材料结构的双膜储气柜,具有更好的强度,且防腐蚀,无需另外防腐处理;使用寿命长,平均使用寿命可达20年;
(2)具有本发明所述的双膜储气柜材料结构的双膜储气柜,其投资成本约为传统储气柜的30-50%,现场安装迅速,免维护设计。

具体实施方式
本发明的第一方面,提供了一种双膜储气柜材料结构,其包含有7层材料层:处于正中间的1层聚酯纤维层,紧贴着所述聚酯纤维层两侧的2层底胶层,其中,靠近所述双膜储气柜的腔室一侧的为上底胶层,在所述聚酯纤维层另一侧的为下底胶层;紧贴所述上底胶层的1层面胶层,以及紧贴所述下底胶层的1层外底胶层;2层表面处理层,分别粘附在所述面胶层和所述外底胶层的外侧。
在一个优选实施例中,所述表面处理层为聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层。
在一个优选实施例中,所述聚酯纤维层的拉力强度为5000N/5CM-9000N/5CM。
在一个优选实施例中,所述上底胶层、下底胶层、面胶层、外底胶层中均含有助剂。
在一个进一步优选的实施例中,所述助剂为:己二酸类聚酯,其为单一化合物。
在一个优选实施例中,所述聚酯纤维层的克重为270g-500g/平方米。
在一个优选实施例中,所述上底胶层和所述下底胶层各自的克重为120g-160g/平方米。
在一个优选实施例中,所述面胶层与所述外底胶层各自的克重为140g-180g/平方米。
在一个优选实施例中,所述表面处理层的克重为5g-8g/平方米。

针对本发明所述双膜储气柜材料结构的技术方案,现通过以下实施例对其作进一步解释和说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
如附图1所示,聚酯纤维层1的克重为270g/平方米,上底胶层21的克重为120g/平方米,下底胶层22的克重为120g/平方米,面胶层3的克重为180g/平方米,外底胶层4的克重为155g/平方米,表面处理层5的克重为5g/平方米。
实施例2
如附图1所示,聚酯纤维层1的克重为370g/平方米,上底胶层21的克重为130g/平方米,下底胶层22的克重为120g/平方米,面胶层3的克重为150g/平方米,外底胶层4的克重为160g/平方米,表面处理层5的克重为6g/平方米。
实施例3
如附图1所示,聚酯纤维层1的克重为350g/平方米,上底胶层21的克重为130g/平方米,下底胶层22的克重为130g/平方米,面胶层3的克重为170g/平方米,外底胶层4的克重为170g/平方米,表面处理层5的克重为7g/平方米。
实施例4
如附图1所示,聚酯纤维层1的克重为400g/平方米,上底胶层21的克重为140g/平方米,下底胶层22的克重为140g/平方米,面胶层3的克重为158g/平方米,外底胶层4的克重为178g/平方米,表面处理层5的克重为8g/平方米。

1.一种双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,其包含有7层材料层:处于正中间的1层聚酯纤维层,紧贴着所述聚酯纤维层两侧的2层底胶层,其中,靠近所述双膜储气柜的腔室一侧的为上底胶层,在所述聚酯纤维层另一侧的为下底胶层;紧贴所述上底胶层的1层面胶层,以及紧贴所述下底胶层的1层外底胶层;2层表面处理层,分别粘附在所述面胶层和所述外底胶层的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述表面处理层为聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维层的拉力强度为5000N/5CM-9000N/5CM。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述上底胶层、下底胶层、面胶层、外底胶层中均含有助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述助剂为:己二酸类聚酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维层的克重为270g-500g/平方米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述上底胶层和所述下底胶层各自的克重为120g-160g/平方米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述面胶层与所述外底胶层各自的克重为140g-180g/平方米。
9.根据权利要求1所述的双膜储气柜材料结构,其特征在于,所述表面处理层的克重为5g-8g/平方米。
10.一种双膜储气柜,其特征在于,其具有权利要求1-9中任一项所述的双膜储气柜材料结构。
