Abstract

本发明提出了一种提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,包括机架、安装箱、压缩装置和储气罐;安装箱安装在机架上,压缩装置包括压缩桶、分隔桶、活塞块、进气塞、出气塞、曲轴、电动机和连杆;压缩桶安装在安装箱上,压缩桶下部具有进气口,分隔桶安装在机架上,分隔桶位于压缩桶下方并与进气口位置对应,活塞块可移动安装在压缩桶内,活塞块上设有出气口,进气塞和出气塞分别进气口和出气口上,曲轴安装在安装箱内,电动机驱动连接曲轴,活塞块与曲轴通过连杆连接;储气罐管路连通出气口。本发明简单有效的在实现气体压缩的同时提高了气体的洁净程度。

技术领域
本发明涉及气体压缩领域,具体涉及一种提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机。
背景技术
气体压缩机在工作过程中,尤其是在粉尘多的运行环境中很容易吸入灰尘造成气体压缩机的滤清器等的使用寿命缩短,需要经常更换,不但费时费力,还增加了生产成本;有些压缩机采用简单的金属网进行气体过滤,虽然结构简单且成本低,但净化效果却比较差,不能满足高洁净度压缩气体的净化要求,目前存在的气体压缩机通过将多台设备连接在一起提高净化效果,但却造成设备结构复杂,成本增加,目前气体压缩机大多采用环形散热片进行散热,但是散热效果不佳。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机。
本发明提出的一种提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,包括机架、安装箱、压缩装置和储气罐;
安装箱安装在机架上,压缩装置包括压缩桶、分隔桶、活塞块、进气塞、出气塞、曲轴、电动机和连杆;压缩桶安装在安装箱上,压缩桶下部具有进气口,分隔桶安装在机架上,分隔桶位于压缩桶下方并与进气口位置对应,活塞块可移动安装在压缩桶内,活塞块上设有出气口,进气塞和出气塞分别进气口和出气口上,曲轴安装在安装箱内,电动机驱动连接曲轴,活塞块与曲轴通过连杆连接;
储气罐管路连通出气口。
优选地,压缩桶下部横截面面积沿着竖直向下的方向逐渐减小,进气口位于压缩筒底端,分隔桶横截面面积沿着竖直向下的方向逐渐减小。
优选地,压缩桶下部和分隔桶均为圆台形。
优选地,机架下部安装有滚轮。
优选地,压缩桶外围安装有螺旋叶片。
优选地,出气塞包括储气盒、移动板、复位键和出气塞本体,储气盒安装在出气口上方,移动板可移动安装在储气盒内,且移动板与储气盒气密封配合,出气塞本体通过复位键安装在移动板上并与出气口位置相对应。
优选地,分隔桶内安装有液位传感器。
本发明使用时在压缩筒内加入净化液,通过电动机带动曲轴转动,曲轴通过连杆带动活塞块移动,活塞块上移时进气塞与进气口分离,出气塞与出气口配合使气体进入到压缩筒内,气体进入压缩筒时与净化液充分接触,有效的对气体进行进化,活塞块下移时活塞块上移时进气塞与进气口配合,出气塞与出气口分离使气体进入通过管路进入到出气罐中有效存储,分隔桶可以有效防净化液泄露,本发明简单有效的在实现气体压缩的同时提高了气体的洁净程度。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2所示,本发明提出的一种提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,包括机架1、安装箱2、压缩装置和储气罐4。
安装箱2安装在机架1上,压缩装置包括压缩桶31、分隔桶32、活塞块33、进气塞34、出气塞、曲轴36、电动机37和连杆38;压缩桶31安装在安装箱2上,压缩桶31下部具有进气口,压缩桶31外围安装有螺旋叶片311,分隔桶32安装在机架1上,分隔桶32位于压缩桶31下方并与进气口位置对应,活塞块33可移动安装在压缩桶31内,活塞块33上设有出气口331,进气塞34和出气塞分别进气口和出气口331上,曲轴36安装在安装箱2内,电动机37驱动连接曲轴36,活塞块33与曲轴36通过连杆38连接;出气塞包括储气盒351、移动板352、复位键353和出气塞本体354,储气盒351安装在出气口上方,移动板352可移动安装在储气盒351内,且移动板352与储气盒351气密封配合,出气塞本体354通过复位键353安装在移动板352上并与出气口位置相对应。储气罐4管路连通出气口331,复位键353可以选用弹簧。
本发明使用时在压缩筒31内加入净化液,通过电动机37带动曲轴36转动,曲轴36通过连杆38带动活塞块33移动,活塞块33移动使气体进入压缩筒31和压缩进入储气罐4,分隔桶32可以有效防净化液泄露,净化液和螺旋叶片311可以有效提高压缩筒31的散热效果。移动板352在储气盒351外围气体气压增大时上移,有效减小电动机37工作要求和压缩桶31内各个部件配合的要求。
本实施方式中,压缩桶31下部横截面面积沿着竖直向下的方向逐渐减小,进气口位于压缩筒底端,分隔桶32横截面面积沿着竖直向下的方向逐渐减小,压缩桶31下部和分隔桶32均为圆台形,有效减少净化液进出压缩筒31所造成的能耗,压缩筒31内压缩空间的浪费。
本实施方式中,机架1下部安装有滚轮11,便于该提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机移动。
本实施方式中,分隔桶32内安装有液位传感器,通过液位传感器的数据在液位异常时及时提醒工作人员处理。

1.一种提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、安装箱(2)、压缩装置和储气罐(4);
安装箱(2)安装在机架(1)上,压缩装置包括压缩桶(31)、分隔桶(32)、活塞块(33)、进气塞(34)、出气塞、曲轴(36)、电动机(37)和连杆(38);压缩桶(31)安装在安装箱(2)上,压缩桶(31)下部具有进气口,分隔桶(32)安装在机架(1)上,分隔桶(32)位于压缩桶(31)下方并与进气口位置对应,活塞块(33)可移动安装在压缩桶(31)内,活塞块(33)上设有出气口(331),进气塞(34)和出气塞分别进气口和出气口(331)上,曲轴(36)安装在安装箱(2)内,电动机(37)驱动连接曲轴(36),活塞块(33)与曲轴(36)通过连杆(38)连接;
储气罐(4)管路连通出气口(331)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:压缩桶(31)下部横截面面积沿着竖直向下的方向逐渐减小,进气口位于压缩筒底端,分隔桶(32)横截面面积沿着竖直向下的方向逐渐减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:压缩桶(31)下部和分隔桶(32)均为圆台形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:机架(1)下部安装有滚轮(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:压缩桶(31)外围安装有螺旋叶片(311)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:出气塞包括储气盒(351)、移动板(352)、复位键(353)和出气塞本体(354),储气盒(351)安装在出气口上方,移动板(352)可移动安装在储气盒(351)内,且移动板(352)与储气盒(351)气密封配合,出气塞本体(354)通过复位键(353)安装在移动板(352)上并与出气口位置相对应。
7.根据权利要求1所述的提高气体洁净程度的气体压缩机,其特征在于:分隔桶(32)内安装有液位传感器。
