Abstract

本发明公开一种热能回收式清洗盆,包括有清洗盆本体,所述清洗盆的上方设有热水笼头,所述清洗盆本体的盆底排水口处设有热交换器。还包括有热水器,所述水笼头通过管路与热水器连接,热水器的进水管上连接有所述的热交换器。由于本专利中的清洗盆本体可以是厨房的洗菜盆,也可以是卫生间的洗脸盆,故该盆不仅可以用于家庭,也可适用于宾馆、学校、理发店等场所,主要用于将用过的废热加以回收,以达到节能环保的目的。

本发明涉及一种清洗盆。
背景技术
现有的家庭、宾馆、学校、理发店所用的清洗盆,都不具备节能环保的功能,用过的热水会直接从清洗盆排走,使废热没有得到回收利用,故需要对现有的清洗盆加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能环保的热能回收式清洗盆。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
热能回收式清洗盆,包括有清洗盆本体,所述清洗盆的上方设有热水笼头,所述清洗盆本体的盆底排水口处设有热交换器。
进一步地,还包括有热水器,所述水笼头通过管路与热水器连接,热水器的进水管上连接有所述的热交换器。
进一步地,所述热交换器包括有冷流体入口、冷流体出口、热流体入口、热流体出口、外管、内管、冷流体螺旋管、滤网和挡板,热流体入口为内管的上端口,热流体出口为内管的下端口,所述挡板用以将内管的管路封闭,所述内管套装在外管内,内管与外管之间形成环空,冷流体螺旋管设在环空中,所述冷流体入口设在外管的下部且与冷流体螺旋管的一端连通,冷流体出口设在外管的上部且与冷流体螺旋管的另一端连通;热废水由热流体入口进入内管,经内管上部侧壁的滤网进入环空,与冷流体螺旋管中的冷流体进行热交换后的热废水从内管下部侧壁的通孔流入内管,经热流体出口排出。
进一步地,所述环空内设有环空腔螺旋挡板,所述环空腔螺旋挡板在环空内形成热流体螺旋通道,所述冷流体螺旋管设在环空内的热流体螺旋通道中。
进一步地,所述挡板为排杂物活动板,内管上设有铰接点,排杂物活动板的一端与铰接点铰接,在铰接点处设有扭簧,所述扭簧用以使挡板将内管的管路封闭。
进一步地,所述外管的上端部设有螺纹接头。
本发明的有益效果:
由于本专利中的清洗盆本体可以是厨房的洗菜盆,也可以是卫生间的洗脸盆,故该盆不仅可以用于家庭,也可适用于宾馆、学校、理发店等场所,主要用于将用过的废热加以回收,以达到节能环保的目的。
由于采用上述热交换器的结构,不仅提高了热交换的工作效率,而且使该交换器更紧凑,不占用空间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,热能回收式清洗盆,包括有清洗盆本体14,所述清洗盆14的上方设有水笼头15,所述清洗盆本体14的盆底排水口处设有热交换器16。还包括有热水器17,所述水笼头15通过管路18与热水器17连接,热水器17的进水管19上连接有所述的热交换器16。
所述的热水器15就是常用的小厨宝,所述的清洗盆本体12指的是厨房的洗菜盆,也可以是卫生间的洗脸盆,故该盆不仅可以用于家庭,也可适用于宾馆、学校、理发店等场所,主要用于将用过的废热加以回收,以达到节能环保的目的。
如图2所示,所述热交换器,包括有冷流体入口1、冷流体出口2、热流体入口8、热流体出口9、外管3、内管4、冷流体螺旋管5和挡板6,热流体入口8为内管的上端口,热流体出口9为内管4的下端口,所述挡板6用以将内管4的管路封闭,所述内管4套装在外管3内,内管4与外管3之间形成环空7,所述环空7内设有环空腔螺旋挡板12,所述环空腔螺旋挡板12在环空7内形成热流体螺旋通道,所述冷流体螺旋管5设在环空7内的热流体螺旋通道中。所述冷流体入口1设在外管3的下部且与冷流体螺旋管5的一端连通,冷流体出口2设在外管3的上部且与冷流体螺旋管5的另一端连通;热废水由热流体入口8进入内管4,经内管4上部侧壁的滤网11进入环空7,热废水沿着螺旋形热废水通道流动,与冷流体螺旋管5内的水进行热交换,环空内热交换后的热废水从内管下部侧壁的热流体通孔13流入内管4中,经热流体出口9向外排出。
所述挡板6为排杂物活动板,所述内管4上设有铰接点,挡板6的一端与铰接点铰接,在铰接点处设有扭簧10,所述扭簧10用以使挡板6将内管的管路封闭,当内管中挡板以上的空间垃圾过多时,只要通过长杆向下顶压挡板,挡板被打开,垃圾沿着内管向外排出,长杆取出后,挡板在扭簧作用下复位将内管封闭。所述外管3的上端部设有螺纹接头。

1.一种热能回收式清洗盆,包括有清洗盆本体,所述清洗盆的上方设有热水笼头,所述清洗盆本体的盆底排水口处设有热交换器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热能回收式清洗盆,其特征在于:还包括有热水器,所述水笼头通过管路与热水器连接,热水器的进水管上连接有所述的热交换器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热能回收式清洗盆,其特征在于:所述热交换器,包括有冷流体入口、冷流体出口、热流体入口、热流体出口、外管、内管、冷流体螺旋管、滤网和挡板,热流体入口为内管的上端口,热流体出口为内管的下端口,所述挡板用以将内管的管路封闭,所述内管套装在外管内,内管与外管之间形成环空,冷流体螺旋管设在环空中,所述冷流体入口设在外管的下部且与冷流体螺旋管的一端连通,冷流体出口设在外管的上部且与冷流体螺旋管的另一端连通;热废水由热流体入口进入内管,经内管上部侧壁的滤网进入环空,与冷流体螺旋管中的冷流体进行热交换后的热废水从内管下部侧壁的通孔流入内管,经热流体出口排出。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热能回收式清洗盆,其特征在于:所述环空内设有环空腔螺旋挡板,所述环空腔螺旋挡板在环空内形成热流体螺旋通道,所述冷流体螺旋管设在环空内的热流体螺旋通道中。
5.根据权利要求3所述的热能回收式清洗盆,其特征在于:所述挡板为排杂物活动板,内管上设有铰接点,排杂物活动板的一端与铰接点铰接,在铰接点处设有扭簧,所述扭簧用以使挡板将内管的管路封闭。
6.根据权利要求3所述的热能回收式清洗盆,其特征在于:所述外管的上端部设有螺纹接头。
