本发明公开了一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:烷基化二苯胺0.5‑1、无水羊毛脂0.3‑0.5、磷铝杂多酸0.4‑0.5、聚乙烯醇40‑50、聚乙二醇12‑15、乳化剂op100.4‑0.6、丙三醇0.3‑0.5、乌托洛品0.6‑0.8、苯并三氮唑6‑8、苯甲酸钠6‑7、十二烷基硫酸钠2‑3、丁二醛0.4‑0.6、纳米纤维素4‑5、石墨粉2.1‑2.5、季戊四醇油酸酯1.3‑1.7、三聚磷酸钠0.6‑1、二甲基丙烯酰胺2.1‑2.5、去离子水适量;本发明制备的金属表面用防锈剂附着力高,成膜性能好,耐湿热能力好,耐盐雾性能强,防锈性能好,阻蚀期长,值得推广。

Description

一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂
技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂。
背景技术
根据统计,世界上每年会有总重相当于金属年产量10-20%的钢铁制品由于腐蚀、锈蚀等原因造成不能使用,为此人们采取了各种各样的防锈方法来避免锈蚀,减少损失。防锈剂的种类多种多样,其中亚硝酸钠因其防锈性能优异并且价格低廉一直备受青睐并广泛使用,但是因其它具有强致癌基因的物质,因此在20世纪80年代,国内外便进行了大量的研发工作,制备了多种以烷基、烷氧基、卤代基、萘酸类及其衍生物、硝基苯甲酸类以及硼酸酯、硼酸盐和钼酸盐等为主的材料来取代亚硝酸钠的新型水溶性防锈剂。尽管这些新型防锈剂较亚硝酸钠更加的安全合理,但是在其成膜使用过程中,存在着较复杂的去膜处理问题,通常要采用碱水处理,或者用竹刀和刮片等物理方法处理,这样的处理不仅不能够除尽涂膜还有可能损伤金属表面,还耗工费时增加成本。因此随着防锈技术的不断发展,人们对防锈液及其成膜的应用要求也逐渐提高,出现了新型的防锈膜,可剥性防锈膜。
郭俊在《PVA水溶性高分子可剥防锈膜的研制》一文中提出了通过向聚乙烯醇中加入防锈剂及其他添加剂,将其放置在烧杯中在温度为99℃的恒温水浴锅中加热至完全溶解,再利用涂布流延法将其均匀涂覆在金属表面,干燥成膜,测定膜的性能,实验结果表面具有良好的防锈性,在40℃以下的冷水中,几乎完全不溶于水,但是置于40℃以上的热水中,膜会逐渐变软变薄,最后全部溶解,所以限制了使用区域。本发明针对这个缺点对聚乙烯醇膜改性提高其耐水、耐热、抗油等性能,使其能够满足多种领域的需求,使达到更好的防锈效果和防蚀时期。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:烷基化二苯胺0.5-1、无水羊毛脂0.3-0.5、磷铝杂多酸0.4-0.5、聚乙烯醇40-50、聚乙二醇12-15、乳化剂op100.4-0.6、丙三醇0.3-0.5、乌托洛品0.6-0.8、苯并三氮唑6-8、苯甲酸钠6-7、十二烷基硫酸钠2-3、丁二醛0.4-0.6、纳米纤维素4-5、石墨粉2.1-2.5、季戊四醇油酸酯1.3-1.7、三聚磷酸钠0.6-1、二甲基丙烯酰胺2.1-2.5、去离子水适量。
所述一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将石墨粉加到浓硫酸中浸泡5-7h,取出后在400-500℃下处理2-3h,冷却到室温用去离子水洗涤数次,烘干后和季戊四醇油酸酯、三聚磷酸钠、二甲基丙烯酰胺于35-40℃、400-600转/分下搅拌30-40min,搅拌结束后于真空干燥箱中干燥,研磨过1000-1200目筛备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇用去离子水在温度为95℃时加热和搅拌下配置成8Wt%溶液,待全部溶解后和步骤(1)制备的产物混合,超声搅拌均匀后降温至30℃,加入丁二醛和适量浓硫酸,在搅拌下使其充分反应,反应结束后加入除纳米纤维素之外其余的剩余物料,超声分散;
(3)将纳米纤维素用2-3倍量的去离子水溶解超声分散制成悬浮液,超声分散均匀后和步骤(2)制备的产物混合,搅拌均匀后超声分散,常温下静置脱泡,然后将产物喷涂在金属工件表面,干燥成膜即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明根据聚乙烯醇能被微生物分解,对环境没有伤害,是一种环境友好型材料,由于表面含有大量的羟基,致使薄膜的吸水能力强,水溶液好,成膜后具有优异的可剥性和塑性,根据聚乙烯醇本身的化学结构及性质,选择丁二醛对其进行交联改性,提高了聚乙烯醇膜的抗溶胀、渗透气化和拉伸强度,利用纳米纤维素的纳米效应,高机械强度、强亲水性等特性,提高聚乙烯醇膜的机械强度、热稳定性和降低断裂伸长率等性能,还利用石墨粉优良的耐腐蚀、高强和力学等性能改性使其防锈剂具备防锈、防腐和抗静电的性能,本发明制备的金属表面用防锈剂附着力高,成膜性能好,耐湿热能力好,耐盐雾性能强,防锈性能好,阻蚀期长,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:烷基化二苯胺0.5、无水羊毛脂0.3、磷铝杂多酸0.4、聚乙烯醇40、聚乙二醇12、乳化剂op100.4、丙三醇0.3、乌托洛品0.6、苯并三氮唑6、苯甲酸钠6、十二烷基硫酸钠2、丁二醛0.4、纳米纤维素4、石墨粉2.1、季戊四醇油酸酯1.3、三聚磷酸钠0.6、二甲基丙烯酰胺2.1、去离子水适量。
所述一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将石墨粉加到浓硫酸中浸泡5h,取出后在400℃下处理2h,冷却到室温用去离子水洗涤数次,烘干后和季戊四醇油酸酯、三聚磷酸钠、二甲基丙烯酰胺于35℃、400转/分下搅拌30min,搅拌结束后于真空干燥箱中干燥,研磨过1000目筛备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇用去离子水在温度为95℃时加热和搅拌下配置成8Wt%溶液,待全部溶解后和步骤(1)制备的产物混合,超声搅拌均匀后降温至30℃,加入丁二醛和适量浓硫酸,在搅拌下使其充分反应,反应结束后加入除纳米纤维素之外其余的剩余物料,超声分散;
(3)将纳米纤维素用2倍量的去离子水溶解超声分散制成悬浮液,超声分散均匀后和步骤(2)制备的产物混合,搅拌均匀后超声分散,常温下静置脱泡,然后将产物喷涂在金属工件表面,干燥成膜即可。
将清洗干净的金属工件浸渍到按照实施例制备的防锈液中,干燥成膜后进行性能测试,结果如下:
外观:膜光滑完整,无破洞和赘余;
盐雾试验(5%氯化钠,48h):A级;
可剥性试验:良好;
水溶性:>70℃。

Claims (2)

1.一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:烷基化二苯胺0.5-1、无水羊毛脂0.3-0.5、磷铝杂多酸0.4-0.5、聚乙烯醇40-50、聚乙二醇12-15、乳化剂op100.4-0.6、丙三醇0.3-0.5、乌托洛品0.6-0.8、苯并三氮唑6-8、苯甲酸钠6-7、十二烷基硫酸钠2-3、丁二醛0.4-0.6、纳米纤维素4-5、石墨粉2.1-2.5、季戊四醇油酸酯1.3-1.7、三聚磷酸钠0.6-1、二甲基丙烯酰胺2.1-2.5、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种超耐水性可剥性金属表面用防锈剂,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将石墨粉加到浓硫酸中浸泡5-7h,取出后在400-500℃下处理2-3h,冷却到室温用去离子水洗涤数次,烘干后和季戊四醇油酸酯、三聚磷酸钠、二甲基丙烯酰胺于35-40℃、400-600转/分下搅拌30-40min,搅拌结束后于真空干燥箱中干燥,研磨过1000-1200目筛备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇用去离子水在温度为95℃时加热和搅拌下配置成8Wt%溶液,待全部溶解后和步骤(1)制备的产物混合,超声搅拌均匀后降温至30℃,加入丁二醛和适量浓硫酸,在搅拌下使其充分反应,反应结束后加入除纳米纤维素之外其余的剩余物料,超声分散;
(3)将纳米纤维素用2-3倍量的去离子水溶解超声分散制成悬浮液,超声分散均匀后和步骤(2)制备的产物混合,搅拌均匀后超声分散,常温下静置脱泡,然后将产物喷涂在金属工件表面,干燥成膜即可。
