本发明公开了一种可折叠包装纸箱，包括箱体、在箱体两相对侧面上开设的两通孔、在箱体两相对侧面上开设有两组提手装置，所述提手装置包括在箱体模切的卡块、模切卡块后形成的提手孔及卡口，所述卡口设置在卡块上方，所述提手孔与通孔连通，所述卡块具有一压痕，所述压痕将卡块分为底块与斜块，该底块与箱体相连，该斜块与卡口配合，通孔直径为15mm。本发明纸箱只通过两侧面预制的提手装置，根据三角形稳定性原理装配提手，提手受力处为三角形的一个底面，使用时接触面积大、压强小，使用方便且增加纸箱寿命，当它们在不使用提手情形下，该结构可以放回原位，还可起到保护作用，稳定而坚固。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家电的包装纸箱，尤其是用于平板电视机的可折叠包装纸箱。
背景技术
当前平板电视机等家电产品的包装纸箱提手方式大致可分为两类：一类是带塑料提手的纸箱；另一类是通过在制造纸箱的纸板上模切卡孔或者在纸箱侧面开侧提手孔，自带提手。带塑料提手的纸箱由于塑料提手是不同于纸板的零件，需要另行购买，而且现在市面上的塑料提手形式多种多样，无统一标准，通用性不强，使用时必须根据具体的塑料提手在纸板上模切与之相吻合的安装孔，既不方便也不经济。自带提手的纸箱又存在如下几方面的不足，其一，单件纸箱的便携性与多件纸箱的集装箱堆码稳定性不能兼顾，这类纸箱的提手凸起高于箱体顶面的，重点是提手部分不能受压，否则提手会被破坏而无法使用，如此，这种纸箱在集装箱中根本不宜堆码存放，造成大批量平板电视机运输不便。其二，采用纸箱侧边开提手孔的方式，由于提手孔模切过程中落料部分不易脱落，导致使用不便；另由于纸箱厚度不足的关系，因此在连续大量搬运过程中易损伤手指。
普通纸箱向内挤压模切好的纸箱纸板，还需要泡沫上开出相应结构做配合，另外，普通的纸箱由于完全由单个纸板受力，单手所承受的压强较大，还会影响提手使用起来的手感。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种简易的平板电视机包装纸箱，单件纸箱易于提携搬运，多件纸箱在集装箱中能够互相稳定堆码且节省空间，既不破坏纸箱的抗拉和抗压强度，而且方便实用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种可折叠包装纸箱，包括箱体、在箱体两相对侧面上开设的两通孔，其特征在于还包括在箱体两相对侧面上开设有两组提手装置，所述提手装置包括在箱体模切的卡块、模切卡块后形成的提手孔及卡口，所述卡口设置在卡块上方，所述提手孔与通孔连通，所述卡块具有一压痕，所述压痕将卡块分为底块与斜块，该底块与箱体相连，该斜块与卡口配合，所述通孔直径为15mm。
进一步，所述底块为长为L1、宽为H1的矩形结构，所述斜块为上底边L1、下底边L2、高为H2的等腰梯形结构，其中L1为L2的两倍，H2为H1的1.5-2倍。
优选的，所述提手装置位于箱体的中上部。
其中，所述箱体为可折叠的长方体。
本发明纸箱只通过两侧面预制的提手装置，根据三角形稳定性原理装配提手，提手受力处为三角形的一个底面，使用时接触面积大、压强小，使用方便且增加纸箱寿命，当它们在不使用提手情形下，该结构可以放回原位，还可起到保护作用，稳定而坚固。提手装置下方留有直径为10mm的通孔，便于拆装提手结构，这对于无使用过此类纸箱经验的消费者而言，一看便知，简单方便，消费者无需摸索尝试就懂得如何使用提手。由于结构更加简单实用，因此模切工艺相对简易，更节省成本，适于大批量生产，应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示，一种可折叠包装纸箱，包括箱体1、在箱体1两相对侧面上开设的两直径15mm通孔2、在箱体1两相对侧面上开设有两组提手装置3，该箱体1为可折叠的长方体，所述提手装置3位于箱体1的中上部，该提手装置3包括在箱体1模切的卡块31、模切卡块31后形成的提手孔33及卡口32，卡口32设置在卡块31上方，所述提手孔33与通孔2连通，所述卡块31具有一压痕311，所述压痕311将卡块31分为底块312与斜块313，该底块312与箱体1相连，该斜块313与卡口32配合。提手装置3下方留有直径为10mm的通孔2，便于拆装提手结构3，这对于无使用过此类纸箱经验的消费者而言，一看便知，消费者无需摸索尝试就懂得如何使用提手。
本发明纸箱的使用过程，用户需要提手时，用手指从通孔2伸入箱体1内部，并向外从提手孔33中扳出卡块31，进一步，沿着压痕311折叠出底块312与斜块313，斜块313插入卡口312并尽量保持底块312水平，这样固定后底块312、斜块313及箱体1上对应部分三者构成一稳定的三角结构，提手受力处为三角形的一个底面，使用时接触面积大、压强小，使用方便且增加纸箱寿命。当不需要提手时，比如集装箱运输过程中，就可以轻易将提手结构还原成箱体1上的一卡块31，还可起到保护作用，稳定而坚固。
如图4所示，所述底块312为长为L1、宽为H1的矩形结构，所述斜块313为上底边L1、下底边L2、高为H2的等腰梯形结构，其中L1为L2的两倍，保证纸箱提手结构的强度不被破坏，H2为H1的1.5-2倍，可使得斜块313与卡口32配合时有足够的余地同时又能使底块312水平设置，分担提手孔33边缘的压强，保护使用者的手部不受刮伤。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式，本发明并不限定于上述实施方式，只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种可折叠包装纸箱，包括箱体(1)、在箱体(1)两相对侧面上开设的两通孔(2)，其特征在于：还包括设置在与通孔(2)对应的两侧面上开设的两组提手装置(3)，所述提手装置(3)包括在箱体(1)模切的卡块(31)、模切卡块(31)后形成的提手孔(33)及卡口(32)，所述卡口(32)设置在卡块(31)上方，所述提手孔(33)与通孔(2)连通，所述卡块(31)具有一压痕(311)，所述压痕(311)将卡块(31)分为底块(312)与斜块(313)，该底块(312)与箱体(1)相连，该斜块(313)与卡口(32)配合，所述通孔(2)直径为15mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠包装纸箱，其特征在于所述底块(312)为长为L1、宽为H1的矩形结构，所述斜块(313)为上底边L1、下底边L2、高为H2的等腰梯形结构，其中L1为L2的两倍，H2为H1的1.5-2倍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可折叠包装纸箱，其特征在于所述提手装置(3)位于箱体(1)的中上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠包装纸箱，其特征在于所述箱体(1)为可折叠的长方体。
