Abstract
本发明公开了一种高抗压印染胶辊,包括辊芯,辊芯外部从内到外依次包覆有底胶层、内骨架层、中胶层Ⅰ、骨架层Ⅰ、中胶层Ⅱ、骨架层Ⅱ和外层,其中,辊芯表面为双螺纹线结构,表面经喷砂处理,底胶层为橡胶材料层,硬度为92±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥15MPa,拉断伸长率≥100%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥50kN/m;内骨架层、骨架层Ⅰ、骨架层Ⅱ均采用聚酯线绳交叉编织而成,强度≥1900N/根,层间呈45°交叉,中胶层Ⅰ、中胶层Ⅱ、外层均为橡胶材料层,硬度为82±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥12MPa,拉断伸长率≥120%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥45kN/m,本发明解决了现有技术中存在的印染胶辊抗压能力小导致的胶辊易变形易脱胶问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及高抗压印染胶辊。
背景技术
随着装备制造业和高分子材料的发展,印染设备及关键配件也在逐步升级换代,同时人们对于各种印染产品的质量也提出了更高的要求,印染胶辊作为印染设备的关键配件,直接与印染产品接触,其质量可靠性直接影响到印染产品的质量。
现有的印染胶辊,其表面抗压70000N~80000N(牛顿),由于胶辊表面压力较大,印染胶辊在使用不久后,出现不同程度的变形、脱胶等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高抗压印染胶辊,解决了现有技术中存在的印染胶辊抗压能力小导致的变形、脱胶的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,高抗压印染胶辊,包括辊芯,辊芯外部从内到外依次包覆有底胶层、内骨架层、中胶层Ⅰ、骨架层Ⅰ、中胶层Ⅱ、骨架层Ⅱ和外层,辊芯表面为双螺纹线结构,表面经喷砂处理,内骨架层、骨架层Ⅰ、骨架层Ⅱ均采用聚酯线绳交叉编织而成,聚酯线绳单根强度≥1900N/根,层间呈45°交叉。
本发明的特点还在于,
底胶层为橡胶材料层,硬度为92±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥15MPa,拉断伸长率≥100%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥50kN/m。
中胶层Ⅰ、中胶层Ⅱ、外层均为橡胶材料层,硬度为82±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥12MPa,拉断伸长率≥120%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥45kN/m。
本发明的有益效果是,高抗压印染胶辊,采用橡胶与骨架线绳复合结构,骨架层赋予胶辊整体一定的形变,以增加辊芯与覆层材料的包裹性,缓冲或抵消胶辊外表所受的挤压力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明高抗压印染胶辊,如图1所示,包括辊芯1,辊芯1外部从内到外依次包覆有底胶层2、内骨架层3、中胶层Ⅰ4、骨架层Ⅰ5、中胶层Ⅱ6、骨架层Ⅱ7和外层8。其中,辊芯1表面为双螺纹线结构,表面经喷砂处理,底胶层2为橡胶材料层,采用弹性、动态性、分散性、耐老化性、粘合性极佳的橡胶助剂配合加工而成,硬度为92±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥15MPa,拉断伸长率≥100%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥50kN/m。内骨架层3、骨架层Ⅰ5、骨架层Ⅱ7均采用聚酯线绳交叉编织而成,聚酯线绳单根强度≥1900N/根,层间呈45°交叉,聚酯线绳编织前浸处理液,干燥后浸胶液,干燥后方可编织使用。中胶层Ⅰ4、中胶层Ⅱ6、外层8均为橡胶材料层,采用弹性、动态性能、分散性、耐老化性、耐磨性、耐液体介质性极佳的助剂配合加工而成,硬度为82±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥12MPa,拉断伸长率≥120%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥45kN/m。
本发明高抗压印染胶辊,高抗压印染胶辊是专为印染压花设备配套的关键部件,其采用橡胶与骨架线绳的复合结构,发挥高分子材料各层间的作用特性,完成印染压花作业。
本发明高抗压印染胶辊,采用橡胶与骨架线绳复合结构,骨架层赋予胶辊整体一定的形变,以增加辊芯与覆层材料的包裹性,缓冲或抵消胶辊外表所受的挤压力。本发明高抗压印染胶辊覆层胶料通过采用特殊橡胶助剂,实现了该印染胶辊的高弹性、高强度、高抗撕、高耐磨、低形变、耐老化、耐液体介质的性能,以可靠的完成印染压花作业。
Claims (3)
1.高抗压印染胶辊,其特征在于,包括辊芯(1),辊芯(1)外部从内到外依次包覆有底胶层(2)、内骨架层(3)、中胶层Ⅰ(4)、骨架层Ⅰ(5)、中胶层Ⅱ(6)、骨架层Ⅱ(7)和外层(8),所述辊芯(1)表面为双螺纹线结构,表面经喷砂处理,所述内骨架层(3)、骨架层Ⅰ(5)、骨架层Ⅱ(7)均采用聚酯线绳交叉编织而成,聚酯线绳单根强度≥1900N/根,层间呈45°交叉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高抗压印染胶辊,其特征在于,所述底胶层(2)为橡胶材料层,硬度为92±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥15MPa,拉断伸长率≥100%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥50kN/m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高抗压印染胶辊,其特征在于,所述中胶层Ⅰ(4)、中胶层Ⅱ(6)、外层(8)均为橡胶材料层,硬度为82±2邵尔A,拉伸强度≥12MPa,拉断伸长率≥120%,永久变形≤10%,撕裂强度≥45kN/m。
