本发明公开了一种空气过滤器，包括主过滤部，还包括设置在主过滤部上方的次过滤部，所述的主过滤部的一侧为主进气面且另一侧为主出气面，所述的次过滤部的一侧为次进气面且另一侧为次出气面，所述的次进气面连接有一用于向次过滤部供应空气的进气通道，所述的进气通道的自由端延伸至主进气面。本发明的目的在于提供一种空气过滤器，该空气过滤器具有过滤均匀、过滤效果好的优点。

空气过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤器领域，具体地说是一种空气过滤器。
背景技术
中国专利ZL 201520023182.4公开了一种双层双通道空气过滤器，包括空滤器壳体、第一滤芯、第二滤芯，所述空滤器壳体一面设置有凹坑，凹坑内设置有台阶，中心设置有通孔，另一面设置有脚柱和圆柱，所述第二滤芯设置有卡口和卡孔，所述第一滤芯与所述凹坑配合安装，所述第二滤芯通过所述卡口和卡孔分别与所述脚柱和圆柱配合安装。
该设计虽然有两层过滤层，但是其过滤均匀性和过滤精度均达不到充分过滤空气中的颗粒杂质的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气过滤器，该空气过滤器具有过滤均匀、过滤效果好的优点。
本发明的具体的技术方案为：一种空气过滤器，包括主过滤部，还包括设置在主过滤部上方的次过滤部，所述的主过滤部的一侧为主进气面且另一侧为主出气面，所述的次过滤部的一侧为次进气面且另一侧为次出气面，所述的次进气面连接有一用于向次过滤部供应空气的进气通道，所述的进气通道的自由端延伸至主进气面；所述的主过滤部内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的主过滤层，所述的次过滤部内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的次过滤层。
在上述的空气过滤器中，所述的进气通道的自由端设在主过滤部的中央。
在上述的空气过滤器中，所述的主过滤部的主进气面的面积大于次过滤部的次进气面的面积，所述的主过滤部为圆筒形，所述的次过滤部为长方体形。
在上述的空气过滤器中，所述的进气通道的自由端为圆柱形。
在上述的空气过滤器中，所述的主过滤部内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的环状锯齿结构的主过滤层，所述的主过滤部的内壁设有与环状锯齿结构相适应的第一锯齿状固定槽。
在上述的空气过滤器中，还包括压合在主过滤部的主进气面的中空的第一压板，所述的第一压板的一侧设有与第一锯齿状固定槽相配合的第一锯齿，所述的第一压板的中空部上设有多个第一压条。
在上述的空气过滤器中，所述的次过滤部内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的方形锯齿结构的次过滤层，所述的次过滤部的内壁设有与方形锯齿结构相适应的第二锯齿状固定槽。
在上述的空气过滤器中，还包括压合在次过滤部的次出气面的中空的第二压板，所述的第二压板的一侧设有与第二锯齿状固定槽相配合的第二锯齿，所述的第二压板的中空部上设有多个第二压条。
在上述的空气过滤器中，还包括至少一个连接板，所述的连接板的一端连接在主过滤部的边缘且另一端连接在次过滤部的边缘。
在上述的空气过滤器中，所述的主过滤部、次过滤部、进气通道为一体成型结构。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
本空气过滤器采用主过滤部和次过滤部结合，解决了传统了圆形的空气过滤器过滤不均匀过滤精度低的问题，因为如果将滤纸或滤布折叠成为锯齿状填充在圆形的空气过滤器中，越靠近中心其滤纸或滤布密度越高，空气流动性越差，因此造成大量的空气往传统的空气过滤器的边缘通过。
但是本方案创造性的应用了主过滤部和次过滤部结合，将主过滤部的部分气体导入到次过滤部中，提高了过滤面积，进而达到提高过滤精度和过滤均匀性的目的。
特别地，当进气通道的自由端设置在主过滤部的中部时，可以有效引导气体进入到次过滤部内，防止主过滤部过滤不均匀的情况出现。并且滤纸或滤布只需要裁剪成为长条状然后折叠成为锯齿状并合围即可形成主过滤层，避免了滤纸或滤布的浪费。

下面结合具体实施方式，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1
如图1至6所示，一种空气过滤器，包括主过滤部1，还包括设置在主过滤部1上方的次过滤部2，所述的主过滤部1的一侧为主进气面且另一侧为主出气面，所述的次过滤部2的一侧为次进气面且另一侧为次出气面，所述的次进气面连接有一用于向次过滤部2供应空气的进气通道3，所述的进气通道3的自由端延伸至主进气面。
本实施例主过滤部1和次过滤部2结合，将主过滤部1的部分气体导入到次过滤部2中，提高了过滤面积，进而达到提高过滤精度和过滤均匀性的目的。
在本实施例中，所述的进气通道3的自由端设在主过滤部1的中央，所述的主过滤部1的主进气面的面积大于次过滤部2的次进气面的面积，所述的主过滤部1为圆筒形，所述的次过滤部2为长方体形，所述的进气通道3的自由端为圆柱形，所述的主过滤部1内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的环状锯齿结构的主过滤层4，所述的主过滤部1的内壁设有与环状锯齿结构相适应的第一锯齿状固定槽5。
当进气通道3的自由端设置在主过滤部1的中部时，可以有效引导气体进入到次过滤部2内，防止圆形的主过滤部1中心滤纸密度过高导致的过滤不均匀的情况出现。并且滤纸或滤布只需要裁剪成为长条状然后折叠成为锯齿状并合围即可形成主过滤层4，避免了滤纸或滤布的浪费。
作为本实施例的进一步改进，本空气过滤器还包括压合在主过滤部1的主进气面的中空的第一压板6，所述的第一压板6的一侧设有与第一锯齿状固定槽5相配合的第一锯齿7，所述的第一压板6的中空部上设有多个第一压条8。
第一压板6可以提高主过滤层4的固定稳定性，并且防止气流过大导致主过滤层4的散开，同时避免了空气从主过滤层4和主过滤部1之间的缝隙中逃逸。
在本实施例中，所述的次过滤部2内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的方形锯齿结构的次过滤层9，所述的次过滤部2的内壁设有与方形锯齿结构相适应的第二锯齿状固定槽10，本实施例还包括压合在次过滤部2的次出气面的中空的第二压板11，所述的第二压板11的一侧设有与第二锯齿状固定槽10相配合的第二锯齿12，所述的第二压板11的中空部上设有多个第二压条13。
本实施例采用滤纸或滤布作为主过滤层4和次过滤层9的主要材料，一方面提高空气流动速度，另一方面较大的过滤面积可以提高过滤均匀性和精度。
为了提高本过滤器的稳定性，还包括4个连接板14，所述的连接板14的一端连接在主过滤部1的边缘且另一端连接在次过滤部2的边缘，所述的主过滤部1、次过滤部2、进气通道3为一体成型结构。

1.一种空气过滤器，包括主过滤部，其特征在于，还包括设置在主过滤部上方的次过滤部，所述的主过滤部的一侧为主进气面且另一侧为主出气面，所述的次过滤部的一侧为次进气面且另一侧为次出气面，所述的次进气面连接有一用于向次过滤部供应空气的进气通道，所述的进气通道的自由端延伸至主进气面；所述的进气通道的自由端设在主过滤部的中央；所述的主过滤部为圆筒形，所述的次过滤部为长方体形；所述的进气通道的自由端为圆柱形；所述的主过滤部内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的环状锯齿结构的主过滤层；所述的次过滤部内设有由滤纸或滤布折叠而成的方形锯齿结构的次过滤层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，所述的主过滤部的主进气面的面积大于次过滤部的次进气面的面积。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，所述的主过滤部的内壁设有与环状锯齿结构相适应的第一锯齿状固定槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，还包括压合在主过滤部的主进气面的中空的第一压板，所述的第一压板的一侧设有与第一锯齿状固定槽相配合的第一锯齿，所述的第一压板的中空部上设有多个第一压条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，所述的次过滤部的内壁设有与方形锯齿结构相适应的第二锯齿状固定槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，还包括压合在次过滤部的次出气面的中空的第二压板，所述的第二压板的一侧设有与第二锯齿状固定槽相配合的第二锯齿，所述的第二压板的中空部上设有多个第二压条。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，还包括至少一个连接板，所述的连接板的一端连接在主过滤部的边缘且另一端连接在次过滤部的边缘。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的空气过滤器，其特征在于，所述的主过滤部、次过滤部、进气通道为一体成型结构。
