技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域，特别涉及一种治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的中药方剂。
背景技术
高血压病是内科常见病多发病之一，据1979年我国普查资料高血压发病率为3-9%，与欧美多数国家发病率10－20％相比，发病率相对较低。1982年全国人口普查表明，我国有高血压患者约5000万人，有明显的北高南低的地区差别。病因不明的高血压者称原发性高血压或继发性高血压。我国采用的血压判别标准：①正常血压，收缩压≤18.64Kpa(140mmHg)，舒张压≤12.1Kpa(90mmHg)。②成年人高血压，收缩压≥21.3Kpa(160mmHg)，舒张压≥12.65Kpa(95mmHg)。③临界高血压，指血压介于上述二者之间，收缩压18.8－21.2Kpa(141－159mmHg)。舒张压12.12－12.52Kpa(91－94mmHg)之间者。
高血压病因不明，与发病有关的因素有：（1）年龄发病率有随年龄增长而增高的趋势，40岁以上者发病率高。（2）食盐摄入食盐多者，高血压发病率高，有认为食盐＜2g/日，几乎不发生高血压；3－4g／日，高血压发病率3％，4－15g／日，发病率15％，＞20g/日发病率30％。（3）体重肥胖者发病率高。（4）遗传大约半数高血压患者有家族史，可能与遗传性肾排钠缺陷有关。（5）环境与职业有噪音的工作环境，过度紧张的脑力劳动均易发生高血压，城市中的高压发病率高于农村。
高血病的西药治疗有： ①利尿药，②β受体阻滞剂，③钙通道阻滞剂，④血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂，⑤血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂。
中医认为：高血压发病多为肝阳上亢、肾阴不足、阴阳两虚所致。因肝阳上亢引起者，表现为头晕眩晕、面目赤、易怒、失眠多梦、口苦咽干、尿黄便秘、舌质红、苔黄、脉弦数；肾阴不足引起者则表现为头晕眼花、耳鸣、夜尿频、精神不振、腰膝疲软、记忆力减退、舌质红、脉沉细；若为阴阳两虚所致者则表现为头晕眼花、耳鸣、精神不振、腰膝疲软、畏寒、四肢不温、心慌气短、舌质胖、苔白腻、脉细或结代。

黄芩：苦、寒。【归经】归心、肺、胆、大肠经。【功效】清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎。用于：温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮。
桑寄生：苦、甘、平。【归经】归肝、肾经。【功效】补肝肾，强筋骨，除风湿，通经络，益血，安胎。用于: 腰膝酸痛，筋骨痿弱，偏枯，脚气，风寒湿痹，胎漏血崩，产后乳汁不下。
杜仲：甘、温。【归经】归肝经、肾经。【功效】补肝肾,强筋骨,安胎。用于：腰脊酸疼,足膝痿弱,小便余沥,阴下湿痒,胎漏欲堕,胎动不安,高血压。。
栀子：辛、苦、寒。【归经】归肝、胆经。【功效】泻火除烦，清热利尿，凉血解毒。用于：热病心烦、黄疸尿赤、血淋涩痛、血热吐衄、目赤肿痛、火毒疮疡、扭伤。
牛膝：甘、微苦、平。【归经】肝、肾经。【功效】宣散降泄，活血通经，祛风除湿，通利关节，利尿通淋。用于：血瘀经闭，痛经，难产，胞衣不下，关节痹痛，足痿筋挛，尿血，血淋，跌打损伤。。
益母草：辛、苦，凉。【归经】归肺、膀胱经。【功效】活血，祛瘀，调经，消水。用于：治月经不调胎漏难产，胞衣不下，产后血晕，痰血腹痛，崩中漏下，尿血，泻血，痈肿疮疡。
夜交藤：甘、微苦、平。【归经】归心、脾、肾、肝经。【功效】养心，安神，通络，祛风。用于：失眠症，劳伤，多汗，血虚身痛，痈疽，瘰疬，风疮疥癣。
丹参：苦、微寒。【归经】归心、肝经。【功效】活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈。用于：胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，瘕瘕积聚，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，痛经经闭，疮疡肿痛。
麦冬：甘、微苦、微寒。【归经】归心、肺、胃经。【功效】养阴生津,润肺清心。用于：肺燥干咳，虚痨咳嗽，津伤口渴，心烦失眠，内热消渴，肠燥便秘，咽白喉。
山药：甘、平。【归经】归脾、肺、肾经。【功效】滋养强壮，助消化，敛虚汗，止泻。用于：脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下、慢性肠炎。
本发明的有益效果是：有平肝潜阳，降血之功效，治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病者。各种中药配伍合理，具有独特的功效，临床疗效显著。
具体实施方式
取天麻10克、钩藤15克、石决明20克、枸杞15克、桑寄生15克、杜仲12克、丹皮12克、瓜蒌12克、红花5克、三七10克、丹参10克、麦冬15克、何首乌10克，水煎服，每日一剂。

1.一种治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的中药方剂，其特征在于，它是由下列中药组成：天麻、钩藤、生石决明、黄芩、桑寄生、杜仲、栀子、牛膝、益母草、夜交藤、丹参、麦冬、山药。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的中药方剂，其特征在于，它是由下列中药按重量份的原料组成：天麻12克、钩藤15克、生石决明30克、黄芩10克、桑寄生15克、杜仲12克、栀子15克、牛膝10克、益母草15克、夜交藤15克、丹参10克、麦冬15克、山药15克。
