Abstract

本发明涉及药枕，具体为一种护头颈保健枕。本保健枕可依据男女老少体型高矮胖瘦、头颅大小圆扁、颈部粗细长短、肩宽窄、背厚薄的差别，把这些千差万别进行求同存异分类整合，确定枕面标准，根据不同年龄段、不同体型的头颈肩背尺寸，分别设定若干阶梯，搭配组合为若干规格，选择从出生到老年各有其对应之枕，无论仰卧、侧卧头颈都处于恰到好处的舒适状态。本保健枕内中药配方是根据各年龄段的生理和发育特点配伍，大部分是药、食两用花、籽、叶、根类及矿物质，对人体无毒无害。本发明结合保健枕的结构以及各药方，有效的综合二者的优势，保健功效非常显著。

背景技术
睡眠、饮食和活动是维持人体健康的三大支柱，饮食补充活动时的消耗，睡眠修复活动时的劳损、相互依存，相互制约，任何一方面发生障碍都会直接影响健康。
电灯打破了人类日出而作、日落而息的生活规律，电视、电脑、智能手机的广泛应用，使活动时间无限制的延伸，睡眠时间无情地被挤占。激烈竞争的压力逼使人们夜以为日，丰富多彩的网络诱惑人们废寝忘食，随着“低头族”队伍的壮大而来的是睡眠障碍和颈椎病发病率逐年上升，而且趋于年轻化、知识化、大众化，困扰着多数人的身体健康。
睡觉离不开枕头，枕头支撑着头颈，睡障和颈病与枕头存在必然关联。枕头的作用具有双向性，高低软硬相宜时，相关的骨骼与软组织处于自然舒展状态，则可提高睡觉质量，缓解和修复活动时形成的脑体疲劳和损伤；偏高偏低或过软过硬，任意不适都会使脊柱关节变形或扭曲，软组织受到牵拉和压迫，反而会使劳损继续加重。
颈椎是头体间桥梁，活动灵活且范围大，对枕头的适应性强，高低能迁就，软硬能凑合，合适与否难以察觉。但颈椎又是脊柱中最纤细的关节段，易于受损。枕头对颈椎损伤具有隐蔽性和蓄积性特点，活动中低头伏案，睡眠中抬头扭曲，颈椎昼夜都处于过伸姿势，日积月累到发觉时，则是久治难愈之顽疾。
积累性脑体劳损固然是睡障和颈病的主要原因，若在活动中劳损睡眠中及时修复，当天劳损，在枕头上当夜缓解，就不可能积劳成疾，所以枕头不适才是发生和加重的根本原因。再者不论采用什么方法或药物治疗，不论正在治疗中或已经治愈，只要还在使用不适之枕，疗效和药效都是暂时的缓解，不更换枕头就会前功尽弃。
枕头不适由来已久，现时家庭和公共场所使用的枕头，是由远古时代的石块枕、木头枕、竹筒枕等进化而来的布袋枕，数千年来虽然历经无数次更新换代，但仅仅是从笨重到轻巧、坚硬到柔软、丑陋到美观的变化，基本形状仍然是圆长形或扁方形。还有一些其它形状的都不是睡枕，只是摆设而已。圆长枕枕面过窄，头枕上颈悬空，颈枕上头悬空，高度在仰卧相宜时侧卧偏低，在侧卧相宜时仰卧偏高。扁方枕枕面呈中心高四周低的圆丘状，仰卧时头高背低颈拉直，侧卧时头低肩高颈扭曲。
睡姿下，头颈与床面间是个空隙，枕头的作用就是支撑头颈，使脊柱处于生理状态。但是头与颈存在高低差度；转换睡姿时，由于肩宽度大于背厚度，还存在高低落差度。传统布袋枕结构形状简单，体现不出高低差和落差，达不到全方位着实支撑和舒适支撑，这就是其弊端所在，必须改进。近几年市场上出现了一些B形护颈枕，造型美观质轻柔软有弹性，比传统枕形有所进步。但美中不足之处是只有高低差，而缺乏落差和承托力，看似有形，枕上即扁，需进一步改进。
药枕是中华民族独特的医药文化瑰宝，是中医养生、保健、预防、康复、治疗的外治法之一。是根据药施于外、力达于内之原理，选择气味清香，具有辛散开窍、通经达络功效的药物辩证施药，让其在安然的睡眠中持续释放有效成份，作用于人体达到调和气血，平衡阴阳的效果。但是枕内药物是以传统布袋枕为载体，药物的防治效果与枕形不适之隐患共存，也需改进。
枕头与眼镜、鞋都是人体必需的保护性生活用具。郑人买履和削足适履是两则古代寓言故事，讲的是以人为本量足定鞋，而不能本末倒置削足适履的道理。验光配镜是近代兴起的量眼定镜新行业，从简单的人工检测配制逐步发展为现代化高科技计算机操控的设备流程，精准的数据决定了恰到好处的舒适度。但是枕头自古到今没有标准，本应是枕随体形而制，反而是人随枕形而枕，一直是盲目裁布、随意装料。制作枕头也应象制鞋配镜一样量体定枕，像配镜一样应用高科技现代化设备量头颈肩背定枕高低软硬。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前枕头不符合人体生理特性造成颈椎病多发以及现有药枕药效不明显的技术问题，提供一种护头颈保健枕。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种护头颈保健枕，包括一个枕体，所述枕体由前向后通过顺次连接的高枕体、中枕体以及低枕体三部分组成；由枕体侧视方向观察（图2），高枕体与低枕体在垂直于侧视方向的投影分别为两个圆的一部分，高枕体对应的圆称为高枕圆，低枕体对应的圆称为低枕圆；高、低枕圆圆心分别为n和m，连接两个圆心nm，nm连线上高枕圆直径n1n2：低枕圆直径m1m2：nm连线上两圆外部间距=5:4:6；nm连线上距离低枕圆外侧的间距与低枕圆直径比为1:8的位置定为E点，nm连线上距离高枕圆外侧的间距与高枕圆直径比为3:20的位置定为F点，EF的中心定为O点；由O点垂直nm连线向上延伸至O1点，由O点垂直nm连线向下延伸至O2点，O1O2长度与高枕圆的直径之比为27:50，O1O：OO2=4:5；E点垂直nm连线向上延伸到E1点，E点垂直nm连线向下延伸到E2点，E1E=EE2；F点垂直nm连线向上延伸到F1点，F点垂直nm连线向下延伸到F2点，F1F=FF2；高枕圆直径n1n2：F1F2：E1E2=50:33:30；所述E1O1F1三点确定一个第一圆弧，第一圆弧所在圆分别与高枕圆和低枕圆的上部相交；所述E2O2F2三点确定一个第二圆弧，第二圆弧所在圆分别与高枕圆和低枕圆的下部相交；所述低枕圆与第一、第二圆弧所在圆相交的两点之间的部分截去，剩余部分连同第一、第二圆弧所在圆与低枕圆相连接的部分与E1E2组成低枕体的侧面轮廓部分；所述高枕圆与第一、第二圆弧相交的两点之间的部分截去，剩余部分连同第一、第二圆弧所在圆与高枕圆相连接的部分与F1F2组成高枕圆的侧面轮廓部分；所述E1E2、F1F2以及第一、第二圆弧之间的部分组成中枕体；所述枕体在侧视方向上始终保持上述几何比例关系；
由枕体正视方向观察，枕体在垂直于正视方向的切面结构如下：该切面包括左、中、右三段，左、右段均呈长方形（n1n2S2S1、n1n2H2H1）且大小相同，左、中、右三段长度比例为7:6:7；中段的高度由其左右两端向中心竖线L1L2收缩，左段高度：中段中心竖线高度：右段高度=3:2:3；其中中段中心竖线被中段水平中线SH垂直平分；中段左右两端的上端点与中段中心竖线的上端点三点（S1L1H1）共同确定一个第三圆弧；中段左右两端的下端点与中段中心竖线的下端点三点（S2L2H2）共同确定一个第四圆弧；第三、第四圆弧围成了中段；所述枕体在正视方向上始终保持上述几何比例关系；
由枕体从俯视方向（图3）观察，其宽度（宽度AB就是图2中的AB）由左右两侧向中部收缩，其中中间部分的宽度与左右两侧宽度之比均为2:3。
所述枕体按照上述几何结构关系通过枕套制成均为空心的高、中间、低枕体结构；高、中间、低枕体连成一体，通过两个隔断形成三个部分，高、中、低枕体内部均设有填充料。枕套采用纯棉或绸或竹纤维材料制成；枕套内部的枕芯采用纯棉制成；填充料填充在枕芯内。
如图2中所示，AB表示本保健枕的宽度，n1n2为高枕圆的直径，也即本保健枕的高峰，m1m2为低枕圆的直径，也就是本保健枕的低峰，二者都为枕峰。E1O1F1圆弧以及E2O2F2都为枕谷。F1F2、E1E2分别为中枕体与高、低枕体的分割，其中F1F2为高隔，E1E2为低隔。
实际按照上述比例关系制作时，第一、第二圆弧所在圆与高枕圆和低枕圆之间还存有很小的间隙，由于枕套都有一定的厚度，因此上述缝隙几乎可以忽略不计，高、低枕圆与第一、第二圆弧所在圆基本是完美相切的。
进一步的，低枕体内填充粮食皮壳和茶叶，中枕体内填充未饱满的糜、谷、树籽、花草籽、果蔬籽核；或者高枕体、低枕体内填充粮食皮壳、茶叶和中药，中枕体内填充未饱满的糜、谷、树籽、花草籽、果蔬籽核和中药。
粮食皮壳和茶叶以及未饱满的糜、谷、树籽、花草籽、果蔬籽核作为填充料，还可以和中药混合填充在枕头内。
本发明所采用的结构特殊，是结合人体生理特性以及临床实践，经过多年研制而成，主要有以下功能特点：
1.同一个枕头两个枕峰高低不同，正反两个枕面坡度不同，形成四个形状不同的枕位。一是供正在生长发育阶段婴幼儿、青少年随着体型变化由低到高、由短到长逐级递增使用。二是供同年龄段高矮胖瘦不同体型的人择适而枕。
全系列从小到大七个规格，形成28个高度、坡度相异的枕位（见表一所示），满足了男女老少、高矮胖瘦各有其枕，任何人、任何睡姿下头颈都可以处于恰到好处的舒适状态。
对于特殊体型或特殊要求者，可以发个正侧位视频，实行私人定制，让使用者更为满意。
2.颈下隆起的枕峰与颈曲相符，结构紧密，坚韧柔和，高低适中，软硬相宜，稳定承托颈部。
头下凹陷的枕谷与头形相符，松软滑利，遇压而动，随形而调，随重而变，活动调整头部。
这样动静结合，以枕峰为支点，头体为重力，形成自然而持续的牵引，使颈部骨骼和软组织处于舒展状态，活动中的劳损及时地在睡眠中缓解和修复，有利于预防和延缓颈部退行性病变。
3.四周高中央低的枕面（如图3所示），一个枕峰承托颈部，另一个枕峰承托头顶部，仰卧时枕骨结节、侧卧时耳廓对应枕谷，枕骨和耳廓的压力减轻，可预防后扁平形头及不规则的头颅畸形。尤其是婴幼儿期，颅骨较软，头颅偏大，睡眠时间长，若枕头不适或护理不当易造成头颅、耳廓畸形，聚宝盆状枕面不仅可以预防而且可矫正头颅畸形，并对轻度先天性斜颈有矫治功能。
4.装枕材料全部采用纯天然绿色原料，气味醇正清香，颗粒坚柔耐压，透气散热不捂汗，冬不凉，夏不热，符合中医养生要求。各个规格配方有别，根据年龄段选料，按头颈压力优化组合，使枕面承托力与头颈压力相符，任何睡姿下都高低软硬相宜，枕上去的感觉是全方位舒适。
草本枕长年累月受压摩擦，形状改变是必然的，受尘土、汗水、油渍污染也是必然的。为方便清洗、补充材料，枕套和枕芯都采用拉链封口，保持长久舒适，卫生，健康用枕。
进一步的，本保健枕将根据病情辨证组方，并加入芳香通窍、促进渗透、佐以引经药，粉碎加工成直径1-5mm的药丸，分别装入枕谷和枕峰内，与填充料混均匀。在头颈压力下滚动摩擦，一般在2年内药粒完全分解。这种药物功效与符合头形颈曲的舒适枕形，双效合一达到养生保健、防病治病之效果。药物配方是根据“闻香治病”和“药施与外，力达于内”之原理，选择气味芳香辛散，具有开窍走窜性能的中药材，按君臣佐使配伍成方，加工制作成水丸，在睡眠中通过头颈的压力和改换睡姿时的滚动摩擦，持久而均匀地分解释放有效成份。一是通过所接触的头颈肩背的穴位吸收，循经达络，直达病所；二是通过皮肤毛孔粘膜吸收，进入动静脉和神经网络；三是通过鼻腔吸入，经过气体交换进入血液循环。作用于人体，达到调和气血、平衡阴阳之功效。

本保健枕填充材料配方是根据各年龄段生理和发育特点配伍。一是粮食皮壳和茶叶，其质轻柔和，坚韧耐磨耐压稳定性强，装于青少年及成年人高、低枕体内。二是粮食中未饱满的糜、谷、树籽、花草籽、果蔬籽核等，装于中低枕体及婴幼儿高低枕体内。这样废物利用，无毒无害，其性平偏凉、养肌润肤、清热解毒功效符合养生保健需求，是优质装枕材料。枕内所装中药是根据各年龄段生理病理需求辩证施用，如婴幼儿，大脑尚在发育阶段，如婴幼儿枕，大脑尚在发育阶段，易被外界刺激受到惊吓而引发一系列不适症状；皮肤娇嫩易受热毒侵害引发皮疹，配有镇惊祛怯和清热解毒药效的中草药，以保护婴幼儿正常发育。

具体实施方式
本发明结合保健枕的结构以及各药方，有效的综合二者的优势，保健功效非常显著。图2中F1n1Bn2F2围成的部分为高枕体，Am1E1E2m2围成的部分为低枕体，E1O1F1F2O2E2围成的部分为中枕体。所述保健枕可以根据不同的人群与体格的需要制成各种规格，具体的保健枕头尺寸见表1。表2中为不同型号保健枕的适用人群。
本发明所述的保健枕任意规格的高低软硬，都可以随个体感觉差异变化，也就是枕峰和枕谷可加大或收缩5%，枕内填充量也可以根据个体差异增减或调整。
本发明所述的保健枕几何尺寸以及相互间的比例关系具有如下技术效果：
1、量头颈肩背定枕型标准规格
男女老少体型高矮胖瘦、头颅大小圆扁、颈部粗细长短、肩宽窄、背厚薄差别较大，把这些千差万别进行求同存异分类整合，确定枕面标准，根据不同年龄段、不同体型的头颈肩背尺寸，分别设定若干阶梯，搭配组合为若干规格，选择从出生到老年各有其对应之枕，无论仰卧侧卧头颈都处于恰到好处的舒适状态。
2、量头颈压力定枕体承托力
从婴儿到老人生长发育过程中头颈的形状、软硬、重量都会随着年龄体型而变化，枕内填充材料也随之而变。各种材料的形状、密度、硬度、性能、功效不同，受压而产生的承托力差异较大，量体定枕就是要根据不同年龄段定填充料，根据头与颈的压力优化组合，使枕内材料的承托力与头颈压力相当达到软硬舒适。
3、提升药枕功能

9.如权利要求2所述的护头颈保健枕，其特征在于，以质量分数计，中药采用如下配比：何首乌10份，菟丝子5份，枸杞子5份，当归5份，牛膝5份，补骨脂5份，黑芝麻5份，茯苓3份，羌活2份；所述中药粉碎加工成直径1-5mm的药丸、分别装入枕谷和枕峰内，与填充料混均匀。
10.如权利要求1~9任一项所述的护头颈保健枕，其特征在于，枕套采用纯棉或绸或竹纤维材料制成；枕套内部设有枕芯，采用纯棉制成。
