动脉粥样硬化是一组动脉硬化的血管病中常见的最重要的一种,其特点是受累动脉病变从内膜开始,一般先有脂质和复合糖类积聚、出血及血栓形成,纤维组织增生及钙质沉着,并有动脉中层的逐渐蜕变和钙化,病变常累及弹性及大中等肌性动脉,一旦发展到足以阻塞动脉腔,则该动脉所供应的组织或器官将缺血或坏死,由于在动脉内膜积聚的脂质外观呈黄色粥样,因此称为动脉粥样硬化,动脉粥样硬化就是动脉壁上沉积了一层像小米粥样的脂类,使动脉弹性减低、管腔变窄的病变,高血压是促进动脉粥样硬化发生、发展的重要因子,而动脉因粥样硬化所致的狭窄又可引起继发性高血压,因此二者之间互相影响,互相促进,形影不离,高血压促进动脉粥样硬化,多发生于大、中动脉,包括心脏的冠状动脉、头部的脑动脉等这些要塞通道,高血压致使血液冲击血管内膜,导致管壁增厚、管腔变细,管壁内膜受损后易为胆固醇、脂质沉积,加重了动脉粥样斑块的形成,因此,高血压是动脉粥样硬化的危险因子,动脉粥样硬化是动脉硬化的一种,大、中动脉内膜出现含胆固醇、类脂肪等的黄色物质,多由脂肪代谢紊乱,神经血管功能失调引起,常导致血栓形成、供血障碍等,也叫粥样硬化,本病的发病原因上不完全明确,但通过广泛而深入的病因学调查发现,本病为多病因疾病,动脉粥样硬化病因:1、高血压,临床及尸检资料均表明;高血压患者动脉粥样硬化发病率明显增高,此可能由于高血压时,动脉壁承受特殊高的压力,内膜层和内皮细胞层损伤,低密度脂蛋白易于进入动脉壁,并刺激平滑肌细胞增生,引发动脉粥样硬化,2、高血脂症,临床资料表明,动脉粥样硬化常见于高胆固醇血症,实验动物给予高胆固醇饲料可以引起动脉粥样硬化,近年的研究发现低密度脂蛋白与极密度脂蛋白的增高和高密度脂蛋白的降低与动脉粥样硬化有关,血中甘油三酯的增高与动脉粥样硬化的发生也有一定关系,新近的研究发现脂蛋白a〔Lp(a)〕与动脉粥样硬化的发生有密切关系,3、吸烟,吸烟者血中碳氧血红蛋白浓度可达10-20%,动脉壁内氧合不足,内膜下层脂肪酸合成增多,前列环素释放减少,血小板易在动脉壁粘附聚集,此外,吸烟还可使血中高密度脂蛋白的原蛋白量降低,血清胆固醇含量增高,以致易患动脉粥样硬化。此外,吸烟时烟雾中所含尼古丁可直接作用于心脏和冠状动脉引起动脉痉挛和心肌受损,4、糖尿病,糖尿病者多伴有高甘油三酯血症或高胆固醇血症,如再伴有高血压,则动脉粥样硬化的发病率明显增高,糖尿病者还常有血第Ⅷ因子增高及血小板活动性增强,第Ⅷ因子由动脉壁内的细胞产生,该因子的增高表示内膜的病变,血小板活动增加使其易在动脉壁上集聚,加速动脉粥样硬化血栓形成和引起动脉管腔的闭塞,近年来的研究认为胰岛素抵抗与动脉粥样硬化的发生有密切关系,Ⅱ型糖尿病病人常有胰岛素抵抗及高胰岛素血症伴发冠心病,5、肥胖,也是动脉粥样硬化的易患因素,肥胖可导致血浆甘油三酯及胆固醇水平的增高,肥胖者也常伴发高血压或糖尿病,近年研究认为肥胖者常有胰岛素抵抗,因而动脉粥样硬化的发病率明显增高,“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦;
对于特殊营养食品,在美国、欧盟等发达国家都有相应的规定和开发应用;而我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国家标准中全营养食品明确规定:2.1.1全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;2.1.2特定全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群在特定疾病或医学状况下营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;“劲膳美”公司参与了国家十二五科技支撑项目,项目编号:2012BAI35B00,组织单位:中国科学院,课题编号:2012BAI35B03,课题名称:针对不同疾病的临床营养治疗研究,课题牵头单位:中国医学科学院北京协和医院,中国医学科学院北京协和医院牵头北大人民医院、北京同仁医院、北京天坛医院、北京四季坛医院、北京朝阳医院负责糖尿病全营养配方食品的多中心临床评价研究;苏州大学第一附属医院牵头郑州大学第一附属医院、中大医院负责肿瘤全营养配方食品多中心的临床评价研究;重庆大学第一附属医院牵头湖南湘雅医院、四川华西医院、宁夏第一人民医院负责肝病全营养配方食品多中心的临床评价研究;
中医传统医学认为:“脾(即消化系统)为后天之本”,肠胃健康是健康之本,人体营养的99%需要靠肠道吸收,肠内疾病也是万病之源;但随着年龄越大,肠道中有益菌群(益生菌)比例逐渐减少;如双歧杆菌在婴幼儿时期占98%,到中年时降至10%,65岁以后仅占5%;人越老,益生菌越少,肠道功能也随之逐渐下降,越来越多的研究显示,正常菌群在人体消化、免疫和抗病等方面有诸多不可替代的作用;肠道菌群组成的改变与多种疾病,特别是肠道疾病的发生发展密切相关,而从已有临床研究发现:益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,控制肠道炎症作用,是一种安全有效的干预调节方法;
实验表明,动脉粥样硬化患者的肠道出现了菌群失调,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌可产生结合胆汁酸水解酶,此酶使分泌到肠道的结合胆汁酸脱结合,变成肠道不易吸收的游离胆汁酸,次过程使重吸收入肝的胆汁酸减少,促使肝脏利用胆固醇合成胆汁酸增加,这样使血中的胆固醇更多的被转化,可见,双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和肠球菌数量的减少可以削弱血中胆固醇被转化利用的过程,使血脂进一步升高,而通过增加肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌的数量,改变肠道细菌的比例,可以促进胆固醇的排泄,提高血中抗氧化酶的量以及活性;
直接口服益生菌虽有一定效果,但是由于益生菌在肠道内无法定植,且停留、占位很少,易流失,停服后有害菌易复发,相关患者需要长期服用,治疗周期长,往往使用后复发率非常高;为缩短相关患者的治疗周期,减少停药后复发率,本团队通过近三年来对益生菌在肠道内定植机理的关键技术研究,努力寻求改进益生菌在肠道内定植的“药食同源之中药”复方,考虑到益生菌在肠道内定植的几个关键要素:益生元的存在能起到定植作用、肠道pH环境的降低和提高益生菌细胞的肠道粘附能力等,基于上述要素,本课题组从数十种“药食同源之中药”中筛选合适的食材,首次发现了添加山药、薏仁、鸡内金、芡实和菊芋等药食同源之中药成分的提取物及水苏糖,酵母,L-谷氨酰胺等后,对外源益生菌有很强的定植作用,为肠道微生态制剂中益生菌的组方选择提供实验依据;
目前市场上有利用以食源性短肽为主要原料,添加药食两用的香菇、陈皮、枸杞、山药、茯苓、黄精等的提取物,复合维生素和矿物质组成复合配方,还有利用益生菌为主要原料的产品,但还没有发现结合动脉粥样硬化患者的体质特征,依据传统中医的精髓理论,因人而异,黄金配伍以多种药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、氨基酸、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料制成的医学配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或类似产品。
发明目的
本发明的目的是在继承中医精髓理论治病方法上,开创性将多种抗动脉粥样硬化的益生菌与“药食同源之中药”复方的提取物有机结合起来,添加以短肽、氨基酸、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料,不仅能够补充动脉粥样硬化患者所必需营养素,改善机体营养状况,还能利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能,益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,毒副作用小、安全有效,且人们容易接受的适合动脉粥样硬化患者食用的医学配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或非全营养配方食品。
发明内容
本研发团队根据《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》的要求,结合免疫力低下动脉粥样硬化的体质特征,综合当今美国哈佛大学的先进生理学、医药、营养学及临床应用等研究成果,依据“消中寓补”、“均衡调养”的传统中医的精髓理论(肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则),采用一种或几种药食两用的中药提取物精华及新资源食品、多种益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、氨基酸、多种维生素及矿物质辅料,不仅可作为单一营养来源满足动脉粥样硬化患者的营养需求,还有降低胆固醇,避免血管硬化,降血脂,溶血栓及增强免疫力的功效的医学配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或非全营养配方食品(组合成的复合配方);
1.本发明配方的主要成分为:
中药提取物是根据动脉粥样硬化患者的体质特征从中医理论中的肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则,利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能增强抵抗力,并选取以下几大类药物进行配伍;其中:铁皮石斛,味甘,性微寒,生津养胃,滋阴清热,润肺益肾,明目强腰;山楂,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时,山楂也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药;冬虫夏草,主要活性成分是虫草素,其有调节免疫系统功能、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、补肺益肾,止血化痰,秘精益气等多种功效;灵芝孢子粉,改善微循环,降低胆固醇,避免血管硬化,强化肝脏、脾脏及肠胃功能、健全消化器官的运作;荷叶,具有清心解暑、散瘀止血、消风祛湿的功效;人参,性味:甘、微苦,温、性平、微温、味甘、微苦,归脾、肺经、心经、补气,固脱,生津,安神,益智;枸杞,所含有的类胡萝卜素则具有非常重要的药用价值,很多研究已经证明枸杞籽色素具有提高人体免疫功能、预防和抑制肿瘤及预防动脉粥样硬化等作用;葛根,性凉味甘辛,有解表退热,生津、透疹、升阳止泻等多种功能;决明子,味苦、甘而性凉,具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目、润肠通便等功效;沙棘,果实入药具有止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效,现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用;纳豆,和胃,除烦,解腥毒,去寒热;桑叶,中富含桑叶多糖,具有显著的降血糖和抑制血脂升高的作用;
本发明所述的药食两用中药提取物及新资源食品是指铁皮石斛、灵芝、柏子仁、石菖蒲、熟地、首乌、虎杖、女贞子、丹参、川芎、益智仁、红花、远志、核桃仁、桃仁、松子仁、山楂、荷叶、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、玉米须、线叶金雀花、显齿蛇葡萄叶、裸藻、凉粉草、天贝、青钱柳叶、雨生红球藻、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶茶氨酸、丹凤牡丹花、广东虫草子、蛋白核小球藻、茶藨子叶状层菌发酵菌丝体,冬虫夏草、灵芝孢子粉、蛹虫草、啤酒酵母粉、红曲米、纳豆、共轭亚油酸其中的三种以上或全部的混合物;
2.多种益生菌:使益生菌能大部分通过胃的强酸环境到达肠道,以促进益生菌的增殖,调节肠内微生态平衡,促进对微量元素的吸收,增强脾胃运动功能,加速药效的吸收,改善黏膜表面的微生物群或酶的平衡,或刺激机体特异性或非特异性免疫机制,提高机体定植抗力或免疫力;Xing等用双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌预处理肝缺血再灌注大鼠,可以明显降低肠源性内毒素血症的水平并预防肝损伤的发生;选择性肠道脱污染也是调整肠道微生态的重要措施,有研究应用肠道不吸收抗生素利福昔明(rifaximin),通过抑制肠道中产尿素酶及产氨细菌的生长,来增强抵抗力;
本发明所述的多种益生菌全部采用微胶囊化后的益生菌,其所述的益生菌为双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、清酒乳杆菌、产丙酸丙酸杆菌、乳酸片球菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;其中双歧杆菌是指青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌(乳双歧杆菌)其中一种、几种或全部混合;乳杆菌是指:嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌亚种、格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种、罗伊氏乳杆菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;
3.短肽:即为低聚肽,是指利用生物酶工程技术从动物或植物蛋白中分离提取的一类小分子蛋白质,其平均分子量在1000Dalton以下,易溶于水,对酸、热稳定,可以不需经过消化而直接吸收,生物利用率高,在吸收和利用上优于游离的氨基酸和完整的蛋白质,可应用于蛋白质补充食品中,尤其对于消化吸收能力低下的人群,短肽是极佳的氮源,除营养功能外,短肽还具有一系列的生理活性功能:提高小肠的消化吸收功能,增强机体免疫力,抗氧化,辅助调节血糖,辅助调节血脂,辅助降血压,抗辐射,促进矿物质吸收,增强药食两用中草药中功能因子的作用效果;
本发明所述的短肽是指玉米低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、海洋胶原肽、海洋骨原肽、大豆蛋白肽、乳清蛋白肽、卵白蛋白肽其中一种、几种或全部混合;
4.益生元:以促益生菌肠道定植、肠道收敛、降低肠道pH环境,也不被大多数的肠道腐败菌利用,但可以促进人体内有益细菌——乳杆菌、双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,从而可以抑制腐败菌生长,有助于改善和维持肠道正常功能;长期食用可以延缓衰老、通便、提高免疫力、减轻肝脏负担、提高营养素的吸收率,特别是能够改善机体对钙、铁、锌等金属离子的吸收;可选择性地促进有益菌(双歧、乳酸)的生长繁殖外,还可代谢为酸性产物如乳酸等有机酸,使结肠内pH值降低,抑制肠道有害细菌的生长;使小肠内水电解质滞留在肠腔,产生高渗效果,刺激肠蠕动引起缓泻,从而促进肠道内毒素及其他毒性物质的排出,乳果糖还可直接灭活肠道中内毒素、降低肠道pH值,已广范应用于增强动脉粥样硬化抵抗力的治疗;

5.碳水化合物:碳水化合物是由碳、氢和氧三种元素组成,它是为人体提供热能的三种主要的营养素中最廉价的营养素,摄入充足时,在体内可迅速氧化及时提供能量,避免将宝贵的蛋白质用来提供能量,碳水化合物也是细胞膜的糖蛋白、神经组织的糖脂以及传递遗传信息的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的重要组成成分,而且碳水化合物中含有的糖原,当其在肝内储备充足时,肝细胞对某些有毒的化学物质和各种致病微生物产生的毒素有较强的解毒能力;

6.有保健功能的油酯是指对人身体有保健作用,并能增加终产品能量,使本发明的终产品每100 g所含有的能量应不低于295 kJ (70 kcal);如鱼油是人体血管的清道夫,还能预防动脉硬化、中风和心脏病。鱼油是高血压、冠心病、脑中风、糖尿病、风湿性关节炎、癌症等疾病;亚麻籽油有减肥、降低胆固醇、改善肾功能等作用;牡丹籽油有降血脂和降血压,增强自身免疫,预防糖尿病,防治癌症的功效;翅果油有防止和治疗高血压,高血脂,血管硬化等病症的功效;
本发明所述的有保健功能的油脂是指亚麻籽油、α-亚麻酸、亚油酸、牡丹籽油、翅果油、水飞蓟籽油、植物甾醇酯、御米油、茶叶籽油、鱼油、鱼油提取物、花生四烯酸油脂、蔗糖聚酯、DHA藻油、磷虾油、盐地碱蓬籽油、美藤果油、盐肤木果油、中链甘油三酯、黄明胶、光皮梾木果油、长柄扁桃油、中长链脂肪酸食用油、元宝枫籽油、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、甘油二酯油、叶黄素酯其中的一种、几种或全部混合;

本发明中维生素矿物质的添加量参照《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》执行,现以1000g成品为例,添加量为维生素A0.01g、维生素D0.000015g、维生素E0.12g、维生素K10.00001g、维生素C0.63g、维生素B10.016g、维生素B20.016g、维生素B60.015g、维生素B120.0023g、烟酸0.2g、叶酸0.003g、泛酸0.051g、胆碱2.5g、生物素0.000057g、钙6.2g、磷4.5g、钾10g、钠16.17g、镁1.7g、铁0.15g、锌6.2g、硒0.00012g、铜0.007g、锰0.018g、碘0.00001g、氟0.00001g、铬0.00001g、钼0.00001g;
本发明以微胶囊、生物酶解、预水解半仿生提取法、喷雾干燥及冷冻干燥集成创新,构成的产业化生产的关键技术;微囊化保护技术,有效解决了口服过程中高温以及强酸胃液对益生菌的灭活;采用三层蛋白质深埋微胶囊技术,再与经生物酶解或半仿生提取法提取并微囊化处理后的中药提取物混合均匀,以解决“多重益生菌”与“药食同源之中药”组分的共存问题,具有一定的抗高温和强酸特性,有利于益生菌通过口服顺利通过胃液到达肠道内停留定植,使产品防治动脉粥样硬化的功效与市场同类产品相比大幅提高;
9.采用上述集成创新工艺将各种配料混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料、颗粒剂,并分装成10g/包,用约150ml温开水溶解后,直接饮用或经鼻饲摄入;或加入适量辅料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料省去经喷雾干燥、少添加辅料,分装成10-65ml/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在符合《特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行;

制作时先将铁皮石斛、灵芝、柏子仁、石菖蒲、熟地、首乌、虎杖、女贞子、丹参、川芎、益智仁、红花、远志、核桃仁、桃仁、松子仁、山楂、荷叶、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、玉米须、线叶金雀花、显齿蛇葡萄叶、裸藻、凉粉草、天贝、青钱柳叶、雨生红球藻、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶茶氨酸、丹凤牡丹花、广东虫草子、蛋白核小球藻、茶藨子叶状层菌发酵菌丝体上述三种以上或全部浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用半仿生提取法提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质,再添加生物酶解提取的冬虫夏草、灵芝孢子粉、蛹虫草、短肽、益生元、氨基酸,再加啤酒酵母粉、红曲米、纳豆、共轭亚油酸、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素及矿物质一起粉碎混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的双歧杆菌、微胶囊化后的乳杆菌、微胶囊化后的嗜热链球菌并混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料、颗粒剂,并分装成10g/包,用约150ml温开水溶解后,直接饮用或经鼻饲摄入;或加入适量辅料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥、少添加辅料,分装成10-65ml/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在符合《特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行;

1.动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,其特征是结合动脉粥样硬化患者的体质特征,依据传统中医的精髓理论,因人而异,黄金配伍以三种以上或全部的药食两用中药提取物精华及新资源食品、益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、氨基酸、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料制成的医学配方食品;

制作时先将铁皮石斛、灵芝、柏子仁、石菖蒲、熟地、首乌、虎杖、女贞子、丹参、川芎、益智仁、红花、远志、核桃仁、桃仁、松子仁、山楂、荷叶、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、玉米须、线叶金雀花、显齿蛇葡萄叶、裸藻、凉粉草、天贝、青钱柳叶、雨生红球藻、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶茶氨酸、丹凤牡丹花、广东虫草子、蛋白核小球藻、茶藨子叶状层菌发酵菌丝体上述三种以上或全部浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用半仿生提取法提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质,再添加生物酶解提取的冬虫夏草、灵芝孢子粉、蛹虫草、短肽、益生元、氨基酸,再加啤酒酵母粉、红曲米、纳豆、共轭亚油酸、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素及矿物质一起粉碎混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的双歧杆菌、微胶囊化后的乳杆菌、微胶囊化后的嗜热链球菌并混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料、颗粒剂,并分装成10g/包,用约150ml温开水溶解后,直接饮用或经鼻饲摄入;或加入适量辅料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥、少添加辅料,分装成10-65ml/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在符合《特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行;

2.根据权利要求1所述的动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,其特征在于所述的药食两用中草药提取物及新资源食品部分由下列原料制备而成:铁皮石斛、灵芝、柏子仁、石菖蒲、熟地、首乌、虎杖、女贞子、丹参、川芎、益智仁、红花、远志、核桃仁、桃仁、松子仁、山楂、荷叶、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、玉米须、线叶金雀花、显齿蛇葡萄叶、裸藻、凉粉草、天贝、青钱柳叶、雨生红球藻、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶茶氨酸、丹凤牡丹花、广东虫草子、蛋白核小球藻、茶藨子叶状层菌发酵菌丝体,冬虫夏草、灵芝孢子粉、蛹虫草、啤酒酵母粉、红曲米、纳豆、共轭亚油酸其中的三种以上或全部的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,特征在于按照所述配方混合可制备成粉状、胶囊状、片剂状、饮料类食品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,还包括以重量计的下列组分:几种药食两用的中药提取物精华及新资源食品400g、益生元350g、短肽350g、碳水化合物300g、有保健功能的油脂300g、氨基酸100g、复合维生素和矿物质25g;每100g所含有的能量应不低于295 kJ (70 kcal)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,其特征是所述的益生菌全部采用微胶囊化后的益生菌,除嗜热链球菌、清酒乳杆菌、产丙酸丙酸杆菌、乳酸片球菌外,其中双歧杆菌是指青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌(乳双歧杆菌)其中一种、几种或全部混合;乳杆菌是指:嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌亚种、格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种、罗伊氏乳杆菌其中一种、几种或全部混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,其特征是所述的益生元为山药、茯苓、薏仁、鸡内金、芡实、菊粉的提取混合物,棉子低聚糖,水苏糖,酵母,低聚异麦芽糖,低聚果糖,大豆低聚糖,低聚木糖其中的一种、几种或全部混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动脉粥样硬化医学配方食品,其特征是所述的氨基酸为L-谷氨酰胺、甘氨酸、支链氨基酸、γ-氨基丁酸、珠肽粉、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、色氨酸、瓜氨酸、鸟氨酸、牛磺酸其中的几种或全部混合。
