本发明涉及的农药组合物,是以萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸和1-甲基环丙烯为有效成分,对作物生根有促进作用,尤其是小麦、玉米、水稻。
背景技术
萘乙酸(1-Naphthaleneacetic acid),简称NAA,是一种有机化合物,是一种易溶于有机溶剂的无色固体。它的结构为萘的1号位置以羧甲基取代。它是一种植物激素生长素,常用于商用的发根粉或发根剂中,在植物使用扦插法繁殖时使用。它也可用于植物组织培养。萘乙酸钠为萘乙酸的钠盐。
吲哚丁酸(4-(indol-3-yl)butyric acid),主要用于插条生根,可诱导根原体的形成,促进细胞分化和分裂,有利于新根生成和维管束系统的分化,促进插条不定根的形成。广泛应用于树木、花卉的扦插生根:苹果、桃、梨、柑橘、葡萄、猕猴桃、草莓、一品红、石竹、菊花、月季、木兰、杜鹃、茶、水杉、杨树等。
1-甲基环丙烯(1-Methylcyclopropene),简写为1-MCP,是一种非常有效的乙烯产生和乙烯作用的抑制剂。作为促进成熟衰老的植物激素——乙烯即可由部分植物自身产生,又可在贮藏环境甚至空气中存在一定的量,乙烯与细肥内部的相关受体相结合,才能激活一系列与成熟有关的生理生化反应,加快衰老和死亡。l-MCP亦可以很好地与乙烯受体结合,但这种结合不会引起成熟的生化反应,因此,在植物内源乙烯产生或外源乙烯作用之前,施用1-MCP,它就会抢先与乙烯受体结合,从而阻止乙烯与其受体的结合,很好地延长了果蔬成熟衰老的过程,延长了保鲜期。可很好地延缓成熟、衰老,很好地保持产品的硬度、脆度,保持颜色、风味、香味和营养成分,能有效地保持植物的抗病性,减轻微生物引起的腐烂和减轻生理病害,并可减少水分蒸发、防止萎蔫。常温状态下,1-甲基环丙烯为气体,1-甲基环丙烯可以以α-环糊精分子或β-环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在,也可以以其他环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在。
本发明人通过实验发现,将萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸以及1-甲基环丙烯按照一定的重量比例混配,对作物生根有促进作用,尤其是小麦、玉米、水稻。

本发明所述的农药组合物可按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,采用适宜的辅助成分,加工成可湿性粉剂、可溶液剂等适合农业生产上使用的应用剂型。

所述可溶性液剂按重量百分数组成为:萘乙酸0.01%、吲哚丁酸0.01~3%,1-甲基环丙烯0.01~4%、溶剂1~40%,分散剂0.1~14%、乳化剂0.1~12%,液体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和溶剂混合,充分溶解后和其它助剂混合,液体载体补足至100%,混合均匀,制得相应重量百分含量的可溶性液剂,1-甲基环丙烯以α-环糊精分子或β-环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在。
本发明农药组合物对小麦、水稻、玉米等作物生根协同增效作用明显,较之单剂单独使用明显提高作物根数增加率;降低了农药使用量、减少了使用成本、环境相容性好。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于描述本发明,不能理解为对本发明的范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
在这些实施例中,除另有说明外,所有百分比均为重量百分比
实施例1:3%萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸·1-甲基环丙烯可溶性液剂。
萘乙酸6、吲哚丁酸6克,1-甲基环丙烯22克,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5.1克,正丁醇5.2克,二甲基亚砜250克,二甲基乙酰胺150克,乙二醇补足至1000克,将上述配方中萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸和1-甲基环丙烯按比例放入二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜、丙三醇、乙二醇混合液中溶解,溶解后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯,最后用乙二醇补足至100%,经检测,萘乙酸0.5%、吲哚丁酸含量0.5%,1-甲基环丙烯粉末形态含量2.0%,总含量3%的萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸·1-甲基环丙烯可溶性液剂。1-甲基环丙烯以α-环糊精分子或β-环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在。
实施例2:5%萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸·1-甲基环丙烯可湿性粉剂。
萘乙酸12、吲哚丁酸22克,1-甲基环丙烯22克,木质素磺酸盐钙53克,十二烷基硫酸钠47克,荞麦粉53克,白炭黑57克,高岭土补足至1000克。将上述配方按比例粗粉碎后进入混合器中混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后即制得萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸·1-甲基环丙烯粉剂,经检测,萘乙酸1.0%、吲哚丁酸有效含量2.0%,1-甲基环丙烯粉末形式有效含量2.0%,总有效含量5.0%,1-甲基环丙烯以α-环糊精分子或β-环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在。
实施例3:萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸与1-甲基环丙烯对靶标作物根数增加作用联合作用。
独立的根系或分支长度超过2mm计算一个根系
根据Colby法评价除草剂联合方式(NY/T 1155.7-2006),其公式如下:

A为萘乙酸以某剂量单用时对靶标靶标作物的根数增加率;
B为吲哚丁酸以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的根数增加率;
C为1-甲基环丙烯以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的根数增加率;
n为混配的化合物品种数;
E0为萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、1-甲基环丙烯三种药剂混用时对靶标作物根数增加率的理论值;
E为萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、1-甲基环丙烯三种药剂混用时对靶标作物根数增加率的实测值。
评价标准:当E0﹣E>10%时,表示为协同增效作用;当﹣10%≤E0﹣E≤10%时,表现为协同相加作用;当E0﹣E<﹣10%时,表现为协同拮抗作用。

由表1可以得知,萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸与1-甲基环丙烯复配处理立针期小麦20天后对小麦根数增加率具有协同增效作用,E-E0大于15%,1-甲基环丙烯以α-环糊精分子或β-环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在。

由表2可以得知,萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸与1-甲基环丙烯复配处理立针期玉米20天后对小麦根数增加率具有协同增效作用,E-E0大于20%,1-甲基环丙烯以α-环糊精分子或β-环糊精分子包胶囊的粉末形式存在。

Claims (2)
1.一种含有1-甲基环丙烯的农药组合物,其特征在于:包括常用助剂、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸和1-甲基环丙烯,萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸与1-甲基环丙烯的质量份数比为30:1~30:1~1:10。
2.一种权利要求1所述的一种含有1-甲基环丙烯的农药组合物在小麦、水稻、玉米等作物生根上的应用。
