Abstract
本发明涉及一种阀控铅酸蓄电池气体集中外排密封装置。该装置由三通管、二通管、塑料软管连接而成,与电池连接处设有橡胶密封圈。该装置将各电池的排气口连成一体,且密封可靠,可将电池反应生成的气体完全集中排到室外,提高电池使用过程中的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀控铅酸蓄电池气体集中外排密封装置,属铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
电池在使用过程中会生成氢气和氧气,当气体积累到一定值时,使得电池内部压力达到安全阀开阀压力,放出多余气体。氢气属于易燃易爆气体,在狭小密闭的空间,尤其是电力设备使用较多的环境,具有一定的危险性。现有阀控铅酸蓄电池一般安装在室内或电池柜中使用,空间密闭,室内安装一般还配有空调、整流器等电力设备,电池柜空间更是狭小。为安全期间,需要将电池反应生成的气体完全排到室外。而现有电池应用场合未能实现气体集中外排。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种气体集中外排、安全可靠的阀控铅酸蓄电池气体集中外排密封装置。
本发明的技术方案是:阀控铅酸蓄电池气体集中外排密封装置,其改进之处在于该装置由三通管、二通管、塑料软管连接而成,三通管、二通管与电池连接处置有橡胶密封圈。
相对于现有阀控铅酸蓄电池气体排放装置,本发明将各电池的排气口连续成一体,实现气体集中外排。与电池连接处置有橡胶密封圈,使得连接处完全密封,可将电池反应生成的气体完全排到室外,提高电池使用过程中的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,橡胶密封圈4套在三通管1及二通管2的进气端,3个三通管1及1个二通管2用塑料软管3连接成一体,截取合适的软管长度。组装好的气体外排装置将4只电池的气体外排口并联起来,确保密封可靠,预留的塑料软管一端置于室外。

1.一种阀控铅酸蓄电池气体集中外排密封装置,其特征在于该装置由三通管、二通管、塑料软管连接而成,三通管、二通管与电池连接处置有橡胶密封圈。
