技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种港口机械用电缆。
背景技术
港口机械吊装频繁,配套使用的电缆经常高速移动,极易出现变形、断芯等现象出现。
同时,由于港口机械复杂,运输货物种类繁多,所以必须注意防火,电缆必须具备高阻燃特性,普通橡套电缆的阻燃性能一般,安全性能大打折扣。
此外,港口区域机械设备多,昼夜温差大,还要经受海风的侵蚀,海风中含有大量盐分,所以电缆必须具有耐油、耐寒、耐温、耐盐雾的特性,普通的橡套电缆难以适应港口机械的恶劣工作环境。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种港口机械用电缆。
本发明提出的一种港口机械用电缆,包括线芯、缆芯、内护层、编织层和外护层;
缆芯由多根线芯绞制而成,内护层挤包在缆芯的外周,编织层设置在内护层的外周,外护层包覆在编织层的外周;
线芯包括抗拉元件、导体层和绝缘层;导体层由多根导体丝束绞形成的股线经过反方向复绞在抗拉元件的外周形成;绝缘层包覆在导体层的外周。
优选的,导体层由第6类导体材料制成。
优选的,所述的第6类导体材料为镀锡无氧铜。
优选的,抗拉元件为芳纶纤维绳。
优选的,绝缘层采用辐照交联乙丙橡胶材料制成。
优选的,内护层由氯丁胶挤包在缆芯外周形成。
优选的,编织层由芳纶丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于90%。
优选的,缆芯的数量为3个。
优选的,外护层由氯丁胶材料挤包在编织层的外周形成。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下有益效果:
本发明提出的一种港口机械用电缆,通过多根线芯绞制成缆芯,并在缆芯的外周依次设置有内护层、编织层和外护层,线芯由抗拉元件、设置在抗拉元件外周的导体层和包覆在导体层外周的绝缘层构成。由于抗拉元件由芳纤维材料制成,芳纶纤维绳的抗拉强度是铜丝的15倍左右,此外,编织层也由芳纶丝编织而成,因此,通过抗拉元件和编织层,能够提高电缆的抗拉强度。
导体层采用了第6类镀锡无氧铜绞合软导体,并先将单丝束绞成股线,再将股线反方向复绞形成导体层,提高了电缆提高电缆的柔软性,同时还保证了导体圆整、不易散股,提高弯曲性能,采用镀锡导体可以提高电缆的抗腐蚀性。
由于内护层由氯丁胶挤包在缆芯外周形成,氯丁胶可以镶嵌到线芯的间隙中去,这样电缆在承受扭转力时,各线芯不致发生移动而造成电缆变形。
内护层、编织层和护套层一体设置,能够增加电缆的弹性,能够在高强度的弯曲、辗转下吸收能量,减少缆心所受到的弯曲应力。提高电缆的抗弯、抗扭能力。
此外,外护层和内护层均由阻燃氯丁胶材料制成,此种护套料耐寒性高,可达-40℃,抗拉及抗撕强度高,抗盐雾性好。因此,可提高电缆的抗拉、抗撕、耐油、气候、耐寒、盐雾和阻燃特性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图对具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1所示,图1为本发明的结构示意图,包括线芯1、缆芯、内护层2、编织层3和外护层4。
缆芯由多根线芯1绞制而成,具体实施时,缆芯的数量为3个。内护层2挤包在缆芯的外周,具体实施时,内护层2由氯丁胶挤包在缆芯外周形成,由于内护层2与缆芯之间不添加填充物和绕包带,直接将氯丁胶挤包在成缆芯上,橡胶可以镶嵌到线芯1的间隙中去,这样电缆在承受扭转力时,各线芯不致发生移动而造成电缆变形。编织层3设置在内护层2的外周,具体实施时,编织层3由芳纶丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于90%。由于芳纶丝的抗拉强度大,能够提高电缆的抗拉强度。外护层4包覆在编织层3的外周。具体实施时,外护层4由氯丁胶材料挤包在编织层3的外周形成。由于氯丁胶材料的耐寒性好,可以达到-40℃,抗张强度可以达到16.0N/mm2以上,抗撕强度高达13.1N/mm,氧指数能达到42%,抗盐雾性高,其在90℃,含NaCl 30g/L的水溶液中,经历672小时,其抗张强度及断裂伸长率较原始状态不会出现较大的变化。如此,能够使电缆具有高抗拉、高抗撕、耐油、耐气候、高耐寒、耐盐雾和高阻燃等特性。
如图2所示,图2为本发明所公开的线芯的结构示意图,线芯1包括抗拉元件101、导体层102和绝缘层103。导体层102由多根导体丝束绞形成的股线经过反方向复绞在抗拉元件101的外周形成。具体实施时,导体层102由第6类导体材料制成,且所述的第6类导体材料为镀锡无氧铜。导体层采用第6种镀锡导体,先束丝股线再反方向复绞的绞合方式,保证导体圆整、不易散股,还能提高弯曲性能,使用镀锡导体,能够提高电缆的抗腐蚀能力。具体实施时,抗拉元件101为芳纶纤维绳,芳纶纤维绳的抗拉强度是铜丝的15倍左右,如此可以有效的保护导体不被拉断。绝缘层103包覆在导体层102的外周。具体实施时,绝缘层103采用辐照交联乙丙橡胶材料制成。辐照交联乙丙橡胶绝缘料与普通的乙丙橡胶相比,辐照交联后乙丙橡胶的耐热性、耐老化性、电气性能等都大大的得到了提升。

1.一种港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:包括线芯(1)、缆芯、内护层(2)、编织层(3)和外护层(4);
缆芯由多根线芯(1)绞制而成,内护层(2)挤包在缆芯的外周,编织层(3)设置在内护层(2)的外周,外护层(4)包覆在编织层(3)的外周;
线芯(1)包括抗拉元件(101)、导体层(102)和绝缘层(103);导体层(102)由多根导体丝束绞形成的股线经过反方向复绞在抗拉元件(101)的外周形成;绝缘层(103)包覆在导体层(102)的外周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:导体层(102)由第6类导体材料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:所述的第6类导体材料为镀锡无氧铜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:抗拉元件(101)为芳纶纤维绳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:绝缘层(103)采用辐照交联乙丙橡胶材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:内护层(2)由氯丁胶挤包在缆芯外周形成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的港口机械用电缆,其特征在于:编织层(3)由芳纶丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于90%。
