Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调速的茶叶烘干装置,包括装置壳体、烘干传输通道、网状承载带和进气接口,在装置壳体上均匀设有至少两个气压腔和至少一个缓冲腔,在装置壳体的侧壁上还设有调速腔,在装置壳体的侧壁内还设有排气负压腔,在调速腔内设有调节偏心轮和进气导流块,在装置壳体上设有驱动电机,驱动电机与调节偏心轮相连接,在装置壳体上设有分别连接单个气压腔的气压导管和连接缓冲腔的导气管,在排气负压腔内设有抽气泵,在调节旋盘上设有导通气道,调节旋盘的盘边上设有齿槽,在调节偏心轮上设有齿盘。本发明的结构简单、操作便捷,有效的提高了烘干气流的流动速度,提高了烘干的稳定性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

可调速的茶叶烘干装置
技术领域
本发明属于茶叶加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种可调速的茶叶烘干装置。
背景技术
茶叶一般都需要进行烘干操作,茶叶的烘干操作大多采用吹气烘干,现有技术的茶叶吹气烘干机主要是由壳体和气流通道组成,其虽然可以实现对茶叶的烘干但是由于在烘干过程中茶叶的每个区域的湿气并不均匀,原故而采用均匀吹气的烘干机需要浪费较多的时间来将茶叶烘干,而且较难将茶叶的侧面或底面通过吹气进行翻动,从而会影响茶叶的烘干效率,同时也会浪费较多的热气能源,从而增加了烘干的成本,适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是提供一种结构简单、使用稳定性好且适用性强的可调速的茶叶烘干装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种可调速的茶叶烘干装置,包括装置壳体,在所述装置壳体内设有烘干传输通道,在所述烘干传输通道内设有网状承载带,在所述装置壳体上设有进气接口,在所述装置壳体上均匀设有至少两个气压腔和至少一个缓冲腔,在所述气压腔、缓冲腔均与烘干传输通道通过气孔相连通,所述气压腔与所述缓冲腔以网状承载带为中心线对称设置,在所述装置壳体的侧壁上还设有调速腔,所述调速腔与所述进气接口相连通,在所述装置壳体的侧壁内还设有排气负压腔,在所述调速腔内设有调节偏心轮和进气导流块,在所述进气导流块的中心设有与所述进气接口相连通的进气管,在所述调节偏心轮的一侧面设有用于与进气管相连通的进气通道,在所述调节偏心轮的另一侧面上设有与所述进气通道相连通的至少两个气流通道,在所述装置壳体上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述调节偏心轮相连接,在装置壳体上设有分别连接单个气压腔的气压导管和连接缓冲腔的导气管,所述调节偏心轮在所述驱动电机的作用下旋转并使气流通道连接气压导管或导气管,在所述排气负压腔内设有抽气泵,所述气压腔和缓冲腔均通过排气管与所述排气负压腔相连通且在所述排气负压腔内设有调节旋盘,在所述调节旋盘上设有导通气道,所述调节旋盘的盘边上设有齿槽,在所述调节偏心轮上设有齿盘,所述调节旋盘通过齿槽与调节偏心轮的齿盘相啮合且实现调节旋盘与调节偏心轮同步旋转。
在所述调节偏心轮和所述进气导流块的连接面之间设有密封橡胶垫圈。
在所述气压腔的侧壁上设有圆孔,在所述气压腔内设有移动板,在所述移动板与所述圆孔之间设有受力压簧,所述移动板随气压腔内的气压大小通过受力压簧进行调节。
在所述移动板与所述气压腔之间设有密封橡胶包裹层。
在所述装置壳体上设有与所述抽气泵相连接的调节旋钮。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构简单、操作便捷,通过调节驱动电机,使调节偏心轮发生旋转,一方面可以实现与进气导流块实现进气通道导通角度控制,另一方面可实现气压腔或缓冲腔的切换,从而对网状承载带的不同角度烘干吹气,从而大大提高了烘干的效率,而且采用排气负压腔进行抽排气,从而有效的提高了烘干气流的流动速度,加快了茶叶的烘干操作,提高了烘干的稳定性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种可调速的茶叶烘干装置,包括装置壳体1,在所述装置壳体1内设有烘干传输通道2,在所述烘干传输通道2内设有网状承载带3,在所述装置壳体1上设有进气接口4,在所述装置壳体1上均匀设有至少两个气压腔5和至少一个缓冲腔6,在所述气压腔5、缓冲腔6均与烘干传输通道2通过气孔7相连通,所述气压腔5与所述缓冲腔6以网状承载带3为中心线对称设置,在所述装置壳体1的侧壁上还设有调速腔8,所述调速腔8与所述进气接口4相连通,在所述装置壳体1的侧壁内还设有排气负压腔9,在所述调速腔8内设有调节偏心轮10和进气导流块11,在所述进气导流块11的中心设有与所述进气接口4相连通的进气管12,在所述调节偏心轮10的一侧面设有用于与进气管12相连通的进气通道13,在所述调节偏心轮10的另一侧面上设有与所述进气通道13相连通的至少两个气流通道14,在所述装置壳体1上设有驱动电机15,所述驱动电机15与所述调节偏心轮10相连接,在装置壳体1上设有分别连接单个气压腔5的气压导管16和连接缓冲腔6的导气管17,所述调节偏心轮10在所述驱动电机15的作用下旋转并使气流通道14连接气压导管16或导气管17,在所述排气负压腔9内设有抽气泵18,所述气压腔5和缓冲腔6均通过排气管19与所述排气负压腔9相连通且在所述排气负压腔内设有调节旋盘20,在所述调节旋盘20上设有导通气道21,所述调节旋盘20的盘边上设有齿槽22,在所述调节偏心轮10上设有齿盘23,所述调节旋盘通过齿槽与调节偏心轮的齿盘相啮合且实现调节旋盘与调节偏心轮同步旋转。本实施例中K1表示相导通的通道,K2表示相导通的通道。
在所述调节偏心轮10和所述进气导流块11的连接面之间设有密封橡胶垫圈24。
在所述气压腔5的侧壁上设有圆孔25,在所述气压腔5内设有移动板26,在所述移动板与所述圆孔之间设有受力压簧27,所述移动板随气压腔内的气压大小通过受力压簧进行调节。
在所述移动板26与所述气压腔5之间设有密封橡胶包裹层28。
在所述装置壳体1上设有与所述抽气泵相连接的调节旋钮29。
本发明的结构简单、操作便捷,通过调节驱动电机,使调节偏心轮发生旋转,一方面可以实现与进气导流块实现进气通道导通角度控制,另一方面可实现气压腔或缓冲腔的切换,从而对网状承载带的不同角度烘干吹气,从而大大提高了烘干的效率,而且采用排气负压腔进行抽排气,从而有效的提高了烘干气流的流动速度,加快了茶叶的烘干操作,提高了烘干的稳定性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

Claims (5)

1.一种可调速的茶叶烘干装置,包括装置壳体,在所述装置壳体内设有烘干传输通道,在所述烘干传输通道内设有网状承载带,在所述装置壳体上设有进气接口,其特征在于:在所述装置壳体上均匀设有至少两个气压腔和至少一个缓冲腔,在所述气压腔、缓冲腔均与烘干传输通道通过气孔相连通,所述气压腔与所述缓冲腔以网状承载带为中心线对称设置,在所述装置壳体的侧壁上还设有调速腔,所述调速腔与所述进气接口相连通,在所述装置壳体的侧壁内还设有排气负压腔,在所述调速腔内设有调节偏心轮和进气导流块,在所述进气导流块的中心设有与所述进气接口相连通的进气管,在所述调节偏心轮的一侧面设有用于与进气管相连通的进气通道,在所述调节偏心轮的另一侧面上设有与所述进气通道相连通的至少两个气流通道,在所述装置壳体上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述调节偏心轮相连接,在装置壳体上设有分别连接单个气压腔的气压导管和连接缓冲腔的导气管,所述调节偏心轮在所述驱动电机的作用下旋转并使气流通道连接气压导管或导气管,在所述排气负压腔内设有抽气泵,所述气压腔和缓冲腔均通过排气管与所述排气负压腔相连通且在所述排气负压腔内设有调节旋盘,在所述调节旋盘上设有导通气道,所述调节旋盘的盘边上设有齿槽,在所述调节偏心轮上设有齿盘,所述调节旋盘通过齿槽与调节偏心轮的齿盘相啮合且实现调节旋盘与调节偏心轮同步旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调速的茶叶烘干装置,其特征在于:在所述调节偏心轮和所述进气导流块的连接面之间设有密封橡胶垫圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可调速的茶叶烘干装置,其特征在于:在所述气压腔的侧壁上设有圆孔,在所述气压腔内设有移动板,在所述移动板与所述圆孔之间设有受力压簧,所述移动板随气压腔内的气压大小通过受力压簧进行调节。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可调速的茶叶烘干装置,其特征在于:在所述移动板与所述气压腔之间设有密封橡胶包裹层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可调速的茶叶烘干装置,其特征在于:在所述装置壳体上设有与所述抽气泵相连接的调节旋钮。
