本发明公开了一种全智能自动百叶窗,包括窗框和智能叶片,所述窗框内装有齿条,窗框为一体式空心结构;所述齿条的两端分别连接有小电机和齿轮,小电机、齿条和齿轮均安装在窗框的内腔中;所述齿轮上装有螺丝帽;所述智能叶片的两端均安装在旋转轴上,旋转轴与智能叶片固定焊接,旋转轴通过螺丝帽与窗框内部的齿轮相互连接;所述智能叶片上还设置有光敏电阻、湿度传感器和控制电路板。该全智能自动百叶窗,将传统的固定焊接模式改为可旋转螺纹连接,这样当百叶窗上污渍比较多时可以自行拆洗。同时,智能叶片上还设置有光敏电阻、湿度传感器和控制电路板,这样无论在家里有人或无人看管的状态下,百叶窗都可根据天气的原因自动进行调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及房屋遮阳装置技术领域,具体为一种全智能自动百叶窗。
背景技术
百叶窗在中国发展非常快速,因为普通窗户无法起到遮阳、通风的作用,然而通过控制百叶窗的开合及开合角度,人们可以获得较为理想的通光及通风效果。目前市场上出售的百叶窗,主要是通过机械铰链来控制百叶窗的开合及开合角度,有手动控制的,也有通过电机驱动带动控制的,但这些百叶窗在调节百叶窗的开合及开合角度时无法实现全自动智能控制,更无法根据人们的需求进行自我调节。另一方面,现有窗户的遮阳保护通常采用室内百叶片,不能起到防水、防盗、防视的作用,如果想要防盗只能采用拉链或钢筋、不锈钢型材焊别框架,但这种窗户存在极大的安全隐患,是被政府所禁止的,因此研发一种既能通风、遮阳、防水,又能防盗且可以根据用户需求的开合角度自我调节的全自动智能百叶窗是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全智能自动百叶窗,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种全智能自动百叶窗,包括窗框和智能叶片,所述窗框内装有齿条,窗框为一体式空心结构;所述齿条的两端分别连接有小电机和齿轮,小电机、齿条和齿轮均安装在窗框的内腔中;所述齿轮上装有螺丝帽;所述智能叶片的两端均安装在旋转轴上,旋转轴与智能叶片固定焊接,旋转轴通过螺丝帽与窗框内部的齿轮相互连接;所述智能叶片上还设置有光敏电阻、湿度传感器和控制电路板;所述小电机、光敏电阻和湿度传感器均与控制电路板电性连接,控制电路板可控制小电机正反转。
优选的,所述齿条和齿轮啮合属于链传动。
优选的,所述螺丝帽固定焊接在齿轮的中心孔上。
优选的,所述旋转轴与螺丝帽为可拆卸式螺纹旋转连接。
优选的,所述光敏电阻与湿度传感器分别安装在智能叶片距两端1/3处。
优选的,所述智能叶片的可旋转角度范围为0°~360°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本全智能自动百叶窗叶片为智能叶片,将传统的固定焊接模式改为可旋转螺纹连接,这样当百叶窗上污渍比较多时可以自行拆洗。同时,智能叶片上还设置有光敏电阻、湿度传感器和控制电路板,这样无论在家里有人或无人看管的状态下,百叶窗都可根据天气的原因自动进行调节。光敏电阻可根据阳光照射到的不同角度,通过控制电路板进行角度的自动调节,使房间里达到最大的采光面积;也可根据湿度传感器的信号,在下雨的时候将百叶窗自行关闭,从而避免室内漏雨的情况。起到全智能自动的效果。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种全智能自动百叶窗,包括窗框1和智能叶片2,窗框1为一体式空心结构,在其内部装有小电机11、齿条12和齿轮13,齿条12的一端与小电机11连接,另一端与齿轮13啮合链传动,齿轮13上固定焊接有螺丝帽14,小电机11通过齿条12带动齿轮13的转动,从而控制智能叶片2的开与合;智能叶片2左右两端均固定焊接有旋转轴21,旋转轴21与齿轮13上的螺丝帽14为可拆卸式螺纹旋转连接,这样当智能百叶窗2上污渍比较多时,人们可以自行拆卸清洗;同时,智能叶片2上还设置有光敏电阻22、湿度传感器23和控制电路板24,小电机11、光敏电阻22、湿度传感器23均与控制电路板24电性连接,控制电路板24可控制小电机11正反转;智能叶片2上的不同地方均设置有光敏电阻22和湿度传感器23,这样百叶窗就可根据阳光随时间变化而照射的不同角度的问题,光敏电阻将感知信号发送给控制电路板24,控制电路板24通过控制小电机11正转,小电机11通过齿条12带动齿轮13转动从而调节智能叶片2的开合角度,使室内达到最大的采光面积和良好的通风效果;另一方面,当天气处于阴雨天的时候,湿度传感器23将信号发送给控制电路板24,控制电路板24通过控制小电机11反转,小电机11通过齿条12带动齿轮13转动从而调节智能叶片2完全闭合,避免了室内漏雨的情况;这样,无论在家里有人或无人看管的状态下,百叶窗都可根据天气的原因进行0°~360°的自动调节,从而起到全智能自动改变室内的环境问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种全智能自动百叶窗,包括窗框(1)和智能叶片(2),其特征在于:所述窗框(1)内装有齿条(12),窗框(1)为一体式空心结构;所述齿条(12)的两端分别连接有小电机(11)和齿轮(13),小电机(11)、齿条(12)和齿轮(13)均安装在窗框(1)的内腔中;所述齿轮(13)上装有螺丝帽(14);所述智能叶片(2)的两端均安装在旋转轴(21)上,旋转轴(21)与智能叶片(2)固定焊接,旋转轴(21)通过螺丝帽(14)与窗框(1)内部的齿轮(13)相互连接;所述智能叶片(2)上还设置有光敏电阻(22)、湿度传感器(23)和控制电路板(24);所述小电机(11)、光敏电阻(22)和湿度传感器(23)均与控制电路板(24)电性连接,控制电路板(24)可控制小电机(11)正反转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全智能自动百叶窗,其特征在于:所述齿条(12)和齿轮(13)啮合属于链传动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全智能自动百叶窗,其特征在于:所述螺丝帽(14)固定焊接在齿轮(13)的中心孔上。
