背景技术
电力电缆使用时一般都会在外层增加阻燃护套料,以防止电缆在积聚大量热量而发生火灾,而正是物料燃烧时产生的烟,这些烟不但产生大量的有毒物质,而且可以导致人窒息,这才是因火灾而死亡的主要因素,因此研究具有良好阻燃性能的电缆保护套是防止电力电缆火灾的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC阻燃护套料。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:它由原料为PVC100份、DOP22份、氧化铝5-10份、氢氧化镁2-15份、抗老化剂1-5份配制而成。
本发明有以下有益效果:
本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的的性能,阻燃等级可达V-0级,燃烧时不易产生含卤素的有毒物质,也不易产生烟尘,可适用于高低压电力电缆使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将原料为PVC100份、DOP22份、氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁8份、抗老化剂1份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例2
将原料为PVC100份、DOP22份、氧化铝10份、氢氧化镁2份、抗老化剂5份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例3
将原料为PVC100份、DOP22份、氧化铝9份、氢氧化镁15份、抗老化剂4份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。

1.一种PVC阻燃护套料,其特征在于,它由原料为PVC100份、DOP22份、氧化铝5-10份、氢氧化镁2-15份、抗老化剂1-5份配制而成。
