Abstract

本发明公开了一种热敏温变包装体,含有盒体和温度传感系统,其特征在于:所述的盒体由里向外由里纸、芯纸、玻璃纤维纸和面纸组成,所述的温度传感系统含有电源、热敏电阻、定值电阻、A/D转换器、印刷存储器和报警器;所述的电源、热敏电阻、定值电阻串联连接构成回路,所述的A/D转换器、印刷存储器和报警器串联连接后与所述的热敏电阻并联连接。本发明相对于现有技术,盒体添加了玻璃纤维纸层,玻璃纤维纸的导热系数明显低于木纤维纸,有效地提高了包装盒的隔热效果;增加了温度传感系统,可以实时记录温度并在温度超出正常范围时及时报警,能第一时间通知工作人员有效及时地采取应对措施。

一种热敏温变包装体
技术领域
本发明属于热敏变色材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种对环境温度敏感的蛋白类物质热敏温变包装体一种热敏温变包装体。
背景技术
蛋白类物质中,白蛋白(又称清蛋白,albumin,Alb)概是由肝脏实质细胞合成,溶于水且遇热凝固的一种球形单纯蛋白,其在血浆中的半寿期约为15-19天,是血浆中含量最多的蛋白质,占血浆总蛋白的40%-60%;同时在自然界中分布也很广,几乎存在于所有动植物中。白蛋白作为一种蛋白,具有极易在极端PH,高盐浓度,热、酶、有机溶剂和其他化学试剂存在下发生化学降解和变性,且对环境温度非常敏感的特性,因而不仅价格昂贵,在医用以及各种实验中其对温度的要求也相当严格:要求避光贮存,且温度不超过25℃,忌冰冻,开封即用。正常的贮存条件为2-8℃恒温冷藏等等。所以,为了防止环境温度对药物的影响,迫切需要设计一种能够针对蛋白类物质因温变造成影响的一种热敏温变包装体。
发明内容
基于上述的特定技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够针对蛋白类物质因温变造成影响的一种热敏温变包装体。
本发明采用了热敏变色材料为介质,可以更加直接地警示温度变化,无需其它形式、甚或电子装置的繁琐。
本发明设计的一种热敏温变包装体,采用如下技术方案实现:一种热敏温变包装体,含有盒体A;含有热敏内衬体B;上述盒体A,为抽拉式,便于避光,且上述盒体外壳正表面处设有爆炸形可视窗;上述热敏内衬B体,首先,采用可逆热色性有机复合材料形成,同时,外形呈覆盖弓形嵌槽式,设计简约且具有应用力学特点,缓冲防震;可视窗直观地获取其温度变化信息。作为优选,所述的玻璃纤维纸的导热系数为0.028W/(m·K)。
作为优选,所述的温度传感系统安装在所述的盒体内部。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的包装盒盒体添加了玻璃纤维纸层,玻璃纤维纸的导热系数明显低于木纤维纸,有效地提高了包装盒的隔热效果;
(2)本发明增加了温度传感系统,可以实时记录温度并在温度超出正常范围时及时报警,能第一时间通知工作人员有效及时地采取应对措施。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
请见图1,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种热敏温变包装体,含有盒体和温度传感系统,温度传感系统在盒体内部;盒体由里向外由里纸、芯纸、玻璃纤维纸和面纸组成,温度传感系统含有电源1、热敏电阻2、定值电阻3、A/D转换器4、印刷存储器5、报警器6、无线通讯模块7、无线信息接收模块8和显示器9;电源1、热敏电阻2、定值电阻3串联连接构成回路,A/D转换器4、印刷存储器5、报警器6和无线通讯模块7串联连接后与热敏电阻2并联连接,无线信息接收模块8与显示器9连接,无线通讯模块7通过无线网络与无线信息接收模块8连接;玻璃纤维纸的导热系数为0.028W/(m·K)。
本发明的盒体在制造时,在纸板抄造过程中,在原来纸板的面纸与芯纸之间抄制一层玻璃微纤维纸,玻璃纤维能够有效阻止热量传递、隔绝热量的作用,所以该层主要起到隔绝环境温度向包装内部传递的作用。
本发明在包装盒盒体内部增加了温度传感系统,用于当包装盒盒内温度超过预设值或者低于预设值时,提示工作人员采取相应的应对措施。该温度传感系统的核心元件为热敏电阻2,其原理是温度引起热敏电阻2电阻值变化,其A/D转换器4将热敏电阻2的电信号转换成温度信号,存储器5能够实时记录温度信息并存储,而且这些信息可以由无线通讯模块7、无线信息接收模块8和显示器9读出,报警器6接收到极限温度时及时发出报警信号。若电子和空穴的浓度分别为n、p,迁移率分别为μn、μp,则热敏电阻2的电导为:σ=q(nμn+pμp)因为n、p、μn、μp都是依赖温度T的函数,所以电导是温度的函数,因此可由测量电导而推算出温度的高低,当电导所对应的温度达到1℃或24℃时,系统发出报警。

1.一种热敏温变包装体,含有盒体和温度传感系统,其特征在于:所述的盒体由里向外由里纸、芯纸、玻璃纤维纸和面纸组成,所述的温度传感系统含有电源(1)、热敏电阻(2)、定值电阻(3)、A/D转换器(4)、印刷存储器(5)和报警器(6);所述的电源(1)、热敏电阻(2)、定值电阻(3)串联连接构成回路,所述的A/D转换器(4)、印刷存储器(5)和报警器(6)串联连接后与所述的热敏电阻(2)并联连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热敏温变包装体,其特征在于:所述的温度传感系统还含有无线通讯模块(7)、无线信息接收模块(8)和显示器(9),所述的无线通讯模块(7)与所述的印刷存储器(5)和报警器(6)串联连接,所述的无线信息接收模块(8)与所述的显示器(9)连接,所述的无线通讯模块(7)通过无线网络与所述的无线信息接收模块(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热敏温变包装体,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维纸的导热系数为0.028W/(m·K)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热敏温变包装体,其特征在于:所述的温度传感系统安装在所述的盒体内部。
