Abstract
The invention discloses a sealing combination structure for a fuel system, and belongs to the field of automobile fuel systems. The sealing combination structure comprises an oil filling pipe, an oil filling pipe sealing component and a fuel tank cover, wherein the oil filling pipe sealing component is fixedly connected with a pipe opening of the oil filling pipe, the oil filling pipe sealing component and the oil filling pipe are arranged at an angle, the angle is in a range of 30-60 degrees, and a sealing device on the fuel tank cover and the oil filling pipe sealing component are matched and in sealing connection with each other. The sealing combination structure for the fuel system provided by the invention can seal the inclined plane of the nozzle of the oil filling pipe and the sealing ring of the fuel tank cover by expanding the head of the oil filling pipe, thereby increasing the sealing area to the maximum extent, solving the problem that the sealing ring is easy to fall off in the using process and increasing the safety in the using process; and has the advantages of simple stamping and flanging process, convenient processing, easy popularization, good universality, low manufacturing cost and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile fuel systems, in particular to a sealing combination structure for a fuel system.
Background
The filler tube is an important component of the fuel system, plays a role in guiding the flow during the fuel filling process, and is matched with the fuel tank cover to seal the fuel tank after the fuel filling process is finished, and prevents fuel vapor from escaping through the filler tube opening to pollute the environment. And potential safety issues due to the escape of fuel vapors.
The existing fuel system sealing structure mainly ensures the sealing effect by controlling the planeness of the flanging of the filler pipe orifice. However, practical investigation shows that the existing sealing structure mainly depends on the oil filling port flanging to be in line contact with the sealing ring, and has the defects of small sealing area, easy adhesion of the sealing ring, unstable sealing effect and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
To address at least one of the above-identified problems and deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a seal assembly for a fuel system. The technical scheme is as follows:

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a seal arrangement for a fuel system, the seal assembly comprising a filler tube, a filler tube sealing member fixedly connected to a nozzle of the filler tube and disposed at an angle to each other in the range of 30 ° to 60 °, and a fuel cap having a seal means cooperating with and sealingly connected to the filler tube sealing member.
Further, the filler tube sealing member is shaped like a horn.
Further, a first opening and a second opening are arranged on two opposite sides of the oil filling pipe sealing component, the first opening of the oil filling pipe sealing component is fixedly connected with a pipe orifice of the oil filling pipe, and the second opening is in sealing connection with a sealing device of the fuel tank cover when in use.
Specifically, the first opening and the second opening are both circular, and the inner diameter of the first opening is smaller than that of the second opening.
Preferably, the inner side surface of the filler tube sealing member is disposed at an angle of 45 ° to the longitudinal direction of the filler tube.
Further, the fuel lid sealing means is provided on an end of the fuel lid connected to the filler pipe.
Specifically, the sealing device is a fuel tank cover sealing ring, and the fuel tank cover sealing ring is sleeved on one end, close to the oil filling pipe, of the main body of the fuel tank cover.

(3) the sealing combination structure for the fuel system provided by the invention has the advantages of simple stamping and flanging processes, convenience in processing, easiness in popularization, good universality, low manufacturing cost and the like.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to FIG. 1, a seal structure 100 for a fuel system according to one embodiment of the present invention is shown. The seal assembly 100 includes a fuel filler tube 10, a fuel filler tube sealing member 20 and a fuel cap 30, the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 is fixedly connected to the nozzle of the fuel filler tube 10, the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 and the fuel filler tube 10 are disposed at an angle to each other, the angle α is in the range of 30-60 °, and the sealing means 31 on the fuel cap 30 and the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 are engaged and sealingly connected to each other.
Referring to FIGS. 1-3, in one example of the present invention, the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 and the fuel filler tube 10 are integrally formed with one another, i.e., the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 is part of the fuel filler tube 10. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 and the fuel filler tube 10 can also be a single piece, and in use the fuel filler tube sealing member 20 and the fuel filler tube 10 are attached to one another, such as by welding. In another example of the present invention, the filler tube sealing member 20 is provided in a horn shape. Specifically, the opposite sides of the filler tube sealing member 20 are provided with a first opening (not shown) and a second opening (not shown). The first opening of the filler tube sealing member 20 is fixedly connected to the nozzle of the filler tube 10 and the second opening is sealingly connected to the sealing means 31 of the fuel cap 30 in use.
In a further example of the present invention, the sealing device 31 of the fuel tank cover 30 is a fuel tank cover gasket, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the sealing device may be replaced by other components having a sealing function, and those skilled in the art may make corresponding selections as needed. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fuel lid sealing ring is fitted over the end of the fuel lid main body near the filler tube, and the outer surface of the fuel lid sealing ring is sealingly connected to the inner surface of the filler tube sealing member 20. To increase the sealing effect between the filler tube sealing member 20 and the fuel cap 30, an annular groove 22 is provided on the filler tube below the first opening, and an annular gasket (not shown) is also received in the annular groove 22.
As shown in fig. 3, the first opening and the second opening are both provided in a circular shape, and the inner diameter of the first opening is smaller than that of the second opening. In one example of the present invention, in order to further enhance the sealing effect between the fuel filler pipe sealing member 20 and the fuel lid 30, a plurality of sealing protrusions (not shown) protruding inward in the radial direction are provided on the inner surface at the second opening, a plurality of sealing grooves (not shown) for receiving the plurality of sealing protrusions are correspondingly provided on the outer surface of the fuel lid, and the plurality of sealing grooves and the plurality of sealing protrusions are provided in one-to-one correspondence with each other. The plurality of seal projections are arranged in the circumferential direction of the filler pipe seal member 20, and accordingly, the plurality of seal grooves are arranged in the circumferential direction of the fuel tank cover, and the plurality of seal grooves and the plurality of seal projections are sealingly connected to each other.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a flange structure 21 is disposed at the second opening along the circumferential direction, and the fuel filler pipe sealing member 20 and the fuel filler pipe 10 are disposed at an angle to each other, for example, an included angle α formed by the inner side surface of the fuel filler pipe sealing member 20 and the longitudinal direction of the fuel filler pipe is 45 °, so that a pipe expanding inclined surface structure of the fuel filler pipe opening (i.e., the fuel filler pipe sealing member 20) is matched with the seal ring of the fuel tank cover 30 by an inclined surface of 45 ° when contacting the seal ring of the fuel tank cover, and thus the sealing area between the fuel filler pipe sealing member 20 and the fuel tank cover 30 is increased along with the increase of the tightening torque during the tightening process of the fuel tank cover, thereby enhancing the sealing effect. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the inside surface of the filler tube sealing member 20 may also be angled at 30 or 60 to the longitudinal direction of the filler tube, and this example is merely illustrative and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the sealing combination structure for the fuel system provided by the invention can seal the inclined plane of the nozzle of the oil filling pipe and the fuel tank cover sealing ring by expanding the head of the oil filling pipe, thereby increasing the sealing area to the maximum extent and solving the problem that the sealing ring is easy to fall off in the using process.
(2) The sealing combination structure for the fuel system increases the safety in the use process;
(3) the sealing combination structure for the fuel system provided by the invention has the advantages of simple stamping and flanging processes, convenience in processing, easiness in popularization, good universality, low manufacturing cost and the like.

1. A sealing combination structure for a fuel system is characterized in that,
the sealing combination structure comprises an oil filling pipe, an oil filling pipe sealing component and a fuel tank cover, wherein the oil filling pipe sealing component is fixedly connected with a pipe orifice of the oil filling pipe, and a sealing device on the fuel tank cover and the oil filling pipe sealing component are matched and in sealing connection with each other;
the first opening of the oil filling pipe sealing component is fixedly connected with the pipe orifice of the oil filling pipe, and the second opening is in sealing connection with the sealing device of the fuel tank cover when in use;
a plurality of sealing protrusions protruding inwards in the radial direction are arranged on the inner surface of the second opening, a plurality of sealing grooves for accommodating the sealing protrusions are arranged on the outer surface of the fuel tank cover, and the sealing grooves and the sealing protrusions are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each other; the part of the oil filling pipe sealing member, which is far away from the oil filling pipe, is expanded outwards, so that the projection of one end, which is far away from the oil filling pipe, of the oil filling pipe on a plane vertical to the axial direction of the oil filling pipe outwards exceeds the projection of the other end, which is connected with the oil filling pipe, of the oil filling pipe on the plane, and a flanging structure which is flanged outwards is arranged at the second opening along the circumferential direction, wherein the inner side surface of the oil filling pipe sealing member is arranged at an angle of 45 degrees with the longitudinal direction of the oil filling pipe, and the shape of the oil filling pipe sealing member is arranged in a horn shape;
the first opening and the second opening are both round, and the inner diameter of the first opening is smaller than that of the second opening;
the sealing device of the fuel tank cover is arranged at one end of the fuel tank cover connected with the oil filling pipe;
the sealing device is a fuel tank cover sealing ring which is sleeved on one end of the main body of the fuel tank cover, which is close to the oil filling pipe;
the outer surface of the fuel tank cover sealing ring is hermetically connected with the inner side surface of the oil filling pipe sealing component;
the fuel filler tube sealing member and the fuel filler tube are integrally formed with each other;
an annular groove is formed in the oil filling pipe below the first opening, and an annular sealing ring is accommodated in the annular groove;
the sealing area between the filler tube sealing member and the fuel cap increases with increasing tightening torque during tightening of the fuel cap.
