Abstract
本发明公开了一种预防医院感染的中药制剂及其制备方法,所述中药制剂由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴10‑20份、蒲公英5‑10份、白芷8‑15份、红藤7‑15份、黄芪10‑20份、当归5‑10份、石斛5‑10份、枸杞子7‑15份、百合2‑8份、竹节参5‑12份、蜂蜜15‑25份,本发明能够调节人体血液循环,调理人体免疫系统,增强人体免疫力,对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌有很强的杀灭作用,能够迅速杀灭皮肤及创伤处表面的致病菌,促进伤口愈合,降低医院感染率,可以代替抗生素或减少抗生素的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域,具体涉及一种预防医院感染的中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
医院感染是指住院病人在医院内获得的感染,包括在住院期间发生的感染和在医院内获得出院后发生的感染,但不包括入院前已开始或入院时已存在的感染,医院工作人员在医院内获得的感染也属医院感染。医院内感染是人类所面临的新的感染威胁,各国医院感染率约在10%左右,住院病人中60岁以上的人约有半数病人的死亡与医院感染有关。引起医院内感染的致病菌主要是革兰阴性菌,如大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、变形杆菌等肠杆菌科细菌、绿脓杆菌和不动杆菌属。在细菌所引起的医院内感染中,以肺部感染在我国最常见。
目前对医院感染的控制主要为消毒隔离、供应室灭菌质量保证和使用抗生素。但抗生素的大量使用除对人体产生毒、副作用外,还可诱导细菌产生耐药性,少数抗生素可干扰人体生理机能,并改变免疫功能。近年来,在防治院内感染方面中医药显示出了一定的优势和发展前景。祖国医学典籍中虽未有具体记载,但早在《皇帝内经》中即有了“正气存内,邪不可干”的记载。中药中许多药物都有清热解毒、补益正气的作用,许多著名医家对于治疗温热性疾病都有自己独到之处。但较一致的观点认为院内感染皆因本虚标实,正虚邪淤,中医治疗多采用辩证施治,均取得一定疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于预防医院感染的中药制剂,可以代替昂贵的抗生素使用,且使用安全无副作用。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种预防医院感染的中药制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴10-20份、蒲公英5-10份、白芷8-15份、红藤7-15份、黄芪10-20份、当归5-10份、石斛5-10份、枸杞子7-15份、百合2-8份、竹节参5-12份、蜂蜜15-25份。
优选地,所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴17份、蒲公英7份、白芷10份、红藤12份、黄芪13份、当归7份、石斛7份、枸杞子12份、百合4份、竹节参7份、蜂蜜22份。
优选地,所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴15份、蒲公英8份、白芷12份、红藤10份、黄芪15份、当归8份、石斛7份、枸杞子10份、百合5份、竹节参8份、蜂蜜20份。
优选地,所述百合为生百合。
优选地,所述厚朴为姜汁厚朴。
预防医院感染的中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、将黄芪粉碎,加入8倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流2h,过滤,得提取液Ⅰ和滤渣Ⅰ,向滤渣Ⅰ中加入3倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流1h,过滤,得提取液Ⅱ和滤渣Ⅱ,合并两次提取液;
2)、将厚朴、蒲公英、白芷、红藤、当归、石斛、枸杞子、百合、竹节参和步骤1)中的滤渣Ⅱ混合,加入总质量10倍的水,煎煮2h,过滤,得滤渣和煎煮液Ⅰ,向滤渣中加入5倍水,煎煮0.5h,过滤得煎煮液Ⅱ,合并两次煎煮液,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
3)、将步骤1)中的提取液和步骤2)中的煎煮液合并,搅拌均匀,浓缩,得中药浸膏;
4)、向步骤3)的中药浸膏中添加辅料制成成品中药制剂。
本发明中各原料的功效如下:
厚朴:味苦、辛,性温,归脾、胃、大肠经,具有行气消积、燥湿除满、降逆平喘之功效。体外实验证明,厚朴煎剂对葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、百日咳杆菌等革兰阳性菌和炭疽杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、霍乱弧菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、枯草杆菌等革兰阴性杆菌均有抗菌作用,对白色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的作用为杀菌作用,在试管内,煎剂(1:1)稀释至1/640时,其抑菌作用仍强于金霉素。厚朴口服毒性既小,且有高效快速杀菌作用.
蒲公英:味甘、微苦,性寒,具有清热解毒,消肿散结之功效。煎剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌有很强的杀菌作用。蒲公英常被中药界誉为具有清热解毒,抗感染作用的"八大金刚"之一,在一定程度上可代替抗菌素,有广谱抗菌素的作用,广泛用于治疗各种炎症、感染性疾病达40多种。
白芷:味辛,性温,入肺、脾、胃三经,具有祛风解表,活血排脓,生肌止痛之功效,白芷煎剂对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有抑制作用,水浸剂对奥杜盎氏小芽胞癣菌等致病真菌也有一定抑制作用。
红藤:味苦,性平,入胃、大肠经,具有清热解毒,活血通络,败毒散瘀,祛风杀虫之功效,现代研究显示,红藤茎含鞣质约7%。其25%的煎剂,对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌有极强的抑菌作用,对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、甲型链球菌、卡他球菌、白色葡萄球菌等,也有高敏感抑菌作用。
黄芪:味甘,性温,归肺、脾、肝、肾经,为补益脾气之要药,具有补气升阳、固表止汗,利水消肿、托毒排脓,敛疮生肌的功效,,黄芪含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素,黄芪能显著增加血液中的白细胞总数,促进中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和杀菌能力,具有广泛的抗菌作用,此外,还具有显著增强机体免疫的功能。
当归:味甘、辛、苦,性温,归肝、心、脾经,具有补血活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的功效,为血中之要药。
石斛:味甘,性微寒,归胃、肾经,具有益胃生津,滋阴清热之功效,是一味非常难得的平调阴阳之上品。石斛含石斛碱、石斛胺碱、石斛次碱、石斛星碱、石斛因碱,及黏液质、淀粉等,煎剂内服,能促进胃液分泌,助消化,还有增强代谢、调节免疫功能等作用。
枸杞子:味甘,性平,归肝、肾经,为滋养强壮药,具有补肾益精、滋阴补血、养肝明目、润肺止咳之功效。《神农本草经》将枸杞列为上品,谓之“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑”,现代医学研究表明,枸杞子中含有丰富的胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等营养成分,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生、增强人体的造血功能的药理作用,还可降血压、血糖和血脂。
百合:味甘,性微寒,归心、肺经,具有润肺止咳、滋阴润肺、宁心安神、防癌抗癌之功效,现代医学研究表明,百合除含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱.这些成分作用于人体,不仅具有良好的滋补效用,对于虚弱、慢性支气管炎、结核病、神经官能症等患者有很大的帮助,而且对多种癌症都有一定的疗效,也是一种天然的抗肿瘤药.
竹节参:味甘、微苦,性温,归肝、脾、肺经,具有滋补强壮,散瘀止痛,止血祛痰之功效。
蜂蜜:含有丰富的葡萄糖、蛋白质、维生素、有机酸、氨基酸和花粉等营养成分,不仅有利于增加肝脏解毒能力,而且还有健胃、助消化、促进睡眠,提高人体免疫力等效果,还具有抗菌消炎、促进组织再生的作用,对链球菌、葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌等革兰阳性菌有较强的抑制作用。
本发明有益效果:本发明中各药物相互配伍,相辅相助,共奏清热解毒、补血活血、补益正气、杀菌消肿之功效,能够调节人体血液循环,调理人体免疫系统,增强人体免疫力,对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌有很强的杀灭作用,能够迅速杀灭皮肤及创伤处表面的致病菌,促进伤口愈合,降低医院感染率,可以代替抗生素或减少抗生素的使用,且安全副作用小。

实施例1:
一种预防医院感染的中药制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:姜汁厚朴15g、蒲公英8g、白芷12g、红藤10g、黄芪15g、当归8g、石斛7g、枸杞子10g、生百合5g、竹节参8g、蜂蜜20g。
预防医院感染的中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、将黄芪粉碎,加入8倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流2h,过滤,得提取液Ⅰ和滤渣Ⅰ,向滤渣Ⅰ中加入3倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流1h,过滤,得提取液Ⅱ和滤渣Ⅱ,合并两次提取液;
2)、将厚朴、蒲公英、白芷、红藤、当归、石斛、枸杞子、百合、竹节参和步骤1)中的滤渣Ⅱ混合,加入总质量10倍的水,煎煮2h,过滤,得滤渣和煎煮液Ⅰ,向滤渣中加入5倍水,煎煮0.5h,过滤得煎煮液Ⅱ,合并两次煎煮液,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
3)、将步骤1)中的提取液和步骤2)中的煎煮液合并,搅拌均匀,浓缩,得中药浸膏;
4)、向步骤3)的中药浸膏中添加辅料制成成品中药制剂。
实施例2:
一种预防医院感染的中药制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:姜汁厚朴17份、蒲公英7份、白芷10份、红藤12份、黄芪13份、当归7份、石斛7份、枸杞子12份、生百合4份、竹节参7份、蜂蜜22份。
预防医院感染的中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1)、将黄芪粉碎,加入8倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流2h,过滤,得提取液Ⅰ和滤渣Ⅰ,向滤渣Ⅰ中加入3倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流1h,过滤,得提取液Ⅱ和滤渣Ⅱ,合并两次提取液;
2)、将厚朴、蒲公英、白芷、红藤、当归、石斛、枸杞子、百合、竹节参和步骤1)中的滤渣Ⅱ混合,加入总质量10倍的水,煎煮2h,过滤,得滤渣和煎煮液Ⅰ,向滤渣中加入5倍水,煎煮0.5h,过滤得煎煮液Ⅱ,合并两次煎煮液,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
3)、将步骤1)中的提取液和步骤2)中的煎煮液合并,搅拌均匀,浓缩,得中药浸膏;
4)、向步骤3)的中药浸膏中添加辅料制成成品中药制剂。
经过药效的检测以及临床病例发现,实施例1中的预防医院感染的中药制剂效果最佳。
1.1临床案例
选择三个科室的入院患者,每个科室同病种患者90例,随机分为3组,中药组、西药组、对照组,每组同科室患者30例,三组患者临床症状基本一致,无显著差异,具有可比性。保证治疗的基本用药相同,各组分别给予不同预防院内感染的处理:
1.2预防方法
中药组:入院后每日口服本发明的片剂,一日三次,每次5g,连续一周;
西药组:入院后根据具体病情给予抗生素预防感染,连续一周;
对照组:无任何预防感染用药。
1.3预防效果
中药组90例和西药组90例都仅有一人有感染症状,对照组90例则有4人感染。
结果表明,中药组的预防感染率和西药组相同,具有杀灭细菌,增强人体免疫力的作用,可以替代抗生素或者减少抗生素的使用,从而避免抗生素大量使用对人体生理机能的破坏及其它副作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种预防医院感染的中药制剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴10-20份、蒲公英5-10份、白芷8-15份、红藤7-15份、黄芪10-20份、当归5-10份、石斛5-10份、枸杞子7-15份、百合2-8份、竹节参5-12份、蜂蜜15-25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴17份、蒲公英7份、白芷10份、红藤12份、黄芪13份、当归7份、石斛7份、枸杞子12份、百合4份、竹节参7份、蜂蜜22份。
3.如权利要求1所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴15份、蒲公英8份、白芷12份、红藤10份、黄芪15份、当归8份、石斛7份、枸杞子10份、百合5份、竹节参8份、蜂蜜20份。
4.如权利要求1所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述百合为生百合。
5.如权利要求1所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述厚朴为姜汁厚朴。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的预防医院感染的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、将黄芪粉碎,加入8倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流2h,过滤,得提取液Ⅰ和滤渣Ⅰ,向滤渣Ⅰ中加入3倍的60%的乙醇,加热回流1h,过滤,得提取液Ⅱ和滤渣Ⅱ,合并两次提取液;
2)、将厚朴、蒲公英、白芷、红藤、当归、石斛、枸杞子、百合、竹节参和步骤1)中的滤渣Ⅱ混合,加入总质量10倍的水,煎煮2h,过滤,得滤渣和煎煮液Ⅰ,向滤渣中加入5倍水,煎煮0.5h,过滤得煎煮液Ⅱ,合并两次煎煮液,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
3)、将步骤1)中的提取液和步骤2)中的煎煮液合并,搅拌均匀,浓缩,得中药浸膏;
4)、向步骤3)的中药浸膏中添加辅料制成成品中药制剂。
