Abstract

本发明公开了一种临床手术用螺钉阻挡器,该阻挡器包括兼作手柄的管状空心手柄、以及位于管状空心手柄内的压棒螺栓,所述管状空心手柄的未端内侧设有内螺纹,尾端设有可以放置连接棒的阻档钩。由于采用上述结构,利用阻档钩与压棒螺栓对连接棒进行固定,可以代替大力钳和撑开器两种器械的作用,节省人力,手术操作相对简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种临床手术用螺钉阻挡器。
背景技术
脊柱胸腰椎骨折临床上常见,往往导致椎体高度丢失、节段前中后柱完整性破坏,后突畸形、失稳。节段性胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉固定技术已经在世界范围内普及应用,成为脊柱外科后入路治疗胸腰椎骨折常用的内固定方法,然而,在做此手术时,器械的选择至关重要。目前经常使用的器械还存有一定的局限性,我们在不断的实践中总结经验,设计了一种胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉阻挡器,该阻挡器可以代替大力钳和撑开器两种器械的作用,对于无法使用大力钳和撑开器的微创手术,该器械将发挥重要作用,保障了手术的顺利进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种临床手术用螺钉阻挡器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,该螺钉阻挡器包括兼作手柄的管状空心手柄、以及位于管状空心手柄内的压棒螺栓,所述管状空心手柄的未端内侧设有内螺纹,尾端设有可以放置连接棒的阻档钩,所述压棒螺栓的前端设有与管状空心手柄未端内螺纹相吻合的外螺纹,所述压棒螺栓的后端设有六角螺帽。
在椎弓根螺钉系统复位内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折时,经皮置入椎弓根螺钉、安放连接棒,将连接棒的一端用顶丝固定于椎弓根螺钉;在连接棒的另一端,根据需要的复位角度和撑开高度,于椎弓根螺钉复位侧的合适位置,安放阻挡器,拧紧压棒螺栓,再用顶丝将连接棒固定于椎弓根螺钉,由于阻挡器阻挡椎弓根螺钉在连接棒上滑动,而不影响螺钉在矢状面上旋转,将旋转支点从脊柱的中柱转移至连接棒上,所以保护了中柱结构,并有利于骨折复位。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用上述结构,利用阻档钩与压棒螺栓对连接棒进行固定,可以代替大力钳和撑开器两种器械的作用,节省人力,手术操作相对简单,方便手术的顺利进行。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该螺钉阻挡器包括兼作手柄的管状空心手柄1、以及位于管状空心手柄1内的压棒螺栓2,管状空心手柄1的未端内侧设有内螺纹5,尾端设有可以放置连接棒3的阻档钩4,压棒螺栓2的前端设有与管状空心手柄1未端内螺纹5相吻合的外螺纹6,压棒螺栓2的后端设有六角螺帽7。

1.一种临床手术用螺钉阻挡器,其特征在于该螺钉阻挡器包括兼作手柄的管状空心手柄、以及位于管状空心手柄内的压棒螺栓,所述管状空心手柄的未端内侧设有内螺纹,尾端设有可以放置连接棒的阻档钩,所述压棒螺栓的前端设有与管状空心手柄未端内螺纹相吻合的外螺纹,所述压棒螺栓的后端设有六角螺帽。
