技术领域
本发明涉及用于模制和硫化轮胎胎面的模具的领域。更特别地,本发明涉及用于在胎面中模制被附加的覆盖层部分地或者完全地覆盖的花纹沟的模具。
背景技术
文件US4057089公开了一种包括胎面带的充气轮胎。所述胎面带具有多个花纹块。每个花纹块以弯曲的方式延伸至所述胎面带的一个侧边并朝向该胎面带的中心以弯曲的方式延伸。更特别地,所述花纹块沿着二次抛物线的结构曲率弯曲。
文件WO2012087826公开了一种用于模制和硫化轮胎胎面的模具的模制元件。所述模制元件包括模制表面和肋条,所述模制表面预定用于模制轮胎胎面表面的一部分,所述肋条预定用于在所述胎面中模制花纹沟。另外,所述模制元件包括两个薄片,所述两个薄片与该肋条相距一定距离地定位于所述肋条的两侧,每个薄片包括切割边缘,该切割边缘形成锐角。所述切割构件能够切割覆盖胎坯的覆盖层。所述肋条自身将在所述胎面中模制花纹沟并且同时将所述覆盖层的一部分引导至如此模制而成的花纹沟中。
本发明的目的是提出一种用于模制带有覆盖层的弯曲花纹块的模具。定义
“轮胎”是指所有种类的弹性轮胎,不论其是否承受内部压力。
轮胎的“胎坯”或者“生胎”是指在具有或没有增强层的情况下、以条带或片材的形式存在的多个半成品橡胶产品的叠合。胎坯预定用于在模具中硫化以便获得轮胎。
轮胎的“胎面”是指由侧表面和两个主表面限界的一定量橡胶材料,所述两个主表面之一预定用于当轮胎行驶时接触路面。
“胎面表面”是指由轮胎胎面上的当轮胎行驶时接触路面的那些点所形成的表面。
“模具”是指当彼此靠拢时限定环形模制空间的分离(单独)模制元件的集合。

模制元件的“薄片”是指从模制表面突出的突起。薄片的宽度小于2mm。

“锐角”是指小于90°的角度。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种模制元件,所述模制元件包括主薄片和两个肋条,所述两个肋条与该主薄片相距一定距离地定位于所述主薄片的两侧。所述肋条预定用于在胎面中模制花纹沟,该肋条包括圆化端部。所述主薄片包括切割边缘,该切割边缘形成锐角。所述肋条以曲率C沿着其长度弯曲并且所述薄片以相同的曲率C弯曲。
因此,能够以容易的方式模制带有覆盖层的弯曲花纹块。
在一变型中,所述模制元件包括多个副(次级)薄片。这些副薄片中的每一个包括切割边缘并且所述副薄片大体上垂直于所述主薄片地延伸。
本发明使得更容易将所述覆盖层定位在由所述肋条模制而成的花纹沟的壁上。事实上,因为所述覆盖层良好地适应于所述花纹块的弯曲形式,所以本发明避免了所述覆盖层的一部分出现在所述花纹块的接触表面上。
在一变型中,所述多个副薄片之间的跨距沿着所述主薄片大体上相等。
本发明改进了所述覆盖层的切割。

图1描绘了根据本发明的模制元件1。模制元件1包括一个主薄片7和两个肋条3,所述两个肋条3与该主薄片7相距一定距离地定位于所述主薄片7的两侧。主薄片7包括形成锐角的切割边缘(切割刃)。所述切割边缘能够切割覆盖胎坯13的覆盖层11。在一优选实施例中,所述锐角小于(低于)或等于60°。在一变型中,所述锐角小于(低于)或等于35°。在另一变型中,所述锐角小于(低于)或等于20°。每个肋条3包括圆化端部。该肋条将在胎面中模制花纹沟并且同时将所述覆盖层的一部分引导至如此模制而成的该花纹沟中。
更特别地,每个肋条3以曲率C沿着其长度弯曲并且主薄片7以相同的曲率C弯曲。
图2显示了其中模制元件1包括多个副(次级)薄片的第二实施例。该副薄片大体上垂直于主薄片7地延伸。这些副薄片中的每一个包括用于切割所述覆盖层的切割边缘。事实上,所述多个副薄片之间的跨距沿着主薄片7大体上相等。

Claims (3)
1.用于模制和硫化轮胎胎面的模具的模制元件,该模制元件(1)包括主薄片(7)和两个肋条(3),所述两个肋条(3)与该主薄片(7)相距一定距离地定位于所述主薄片(7)的两侧,所述肋条预定用于在胎面中模制花纹沟,该肋条包括圆化端部(5),所述主薄片(7)包括切割边缘,所述切割边缘形成锐角,其特征在于,所述肋条(3)以曲率C沿着其长度弯曲并且所述主薄片(7)以相同的曲率C弯曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模制元件,其特征在于,所述模制元件(1)包括多个副薄片(9),这些副薄片(9)中的每一个包括切割边缘并且所述副薄片大体上垂直于所述主薄片(7)地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的模制元件,其特征在于,所述多个副薄片(9)之间的跨距(P)沿着所述主薄片(7)大体上相等。
