本发明公开了一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带,包括导体和护套,所述导体为平行设置的三根镀锡圆线,所述三根导体包裹中间导电发热材料挤包成发热芯带,所述发热芯带外依次设置有绝缘保护层、铝镁合金编织屏蔽层、耐热绝缘层、外护套、防水涂层和纳米涂层。本发明不仅能够有效地降低投资成本,同时又受热均匀节约能源消耗,加热时电缆的工作温度稳定,采用纳米涂层具有更好的耐高温和防火特性,本发明冬季不结冰堵塞、易维护,能够取代蒸汽这一传统的取暖方式。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带。
背景技术
目前使用的太阳能热水器均安装在户外,而处于室外环境中的上、下水管道总是处在满水状态,使用时常存在以下问题:1、在寒冷的冬季,上、下水管道或因不具有保温功能、或因保温功能不佳而导致水管中的水冻结,致使太阳能无法使用。2、由于下水管道始终处于满水状态且为冷水,因此每次从太阳能放热水使用时,均需要先将管道中的水排尽才会有热水放出,这给每次使用带来水资源的浪费。针对上述问题,市场上各种太阳能热水器伴热带应运而生,而现有热水器用伴热带质量参差不齐,主要有成本高、导线芯易氧化,绝缘层易老化,耐高温性能差存在安全隐患、使用寿命短等缺点。
发明内容
为满足上述要求,本发明目的是提供一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带。
本发明的方案如下:一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带,包括导体和外护套,所述导体为平行设置的三根镀锡圆线,所述三根导体包裹中间导电发热材料挤包成发热芯带,所述发热芯带外依次设置有绝缘保护层、铝镁合金编织屏蔽层、耐热绝缘层、外护套、防水涂层和纳米涂层。
所述导电发热材料为正温度系数(PTC)导电发热材料。
所述纳米涂层内含有TiO2、SiO2、ZnO和Fe2O3颗粒。
本发明的有益效果:本发明不仅能够有效地降低投资成本,同时又受热均匀节约能源消耗,加热时电缆的工作温度稳定,采用纳米涂层具有更好的耐高温和防火特性,本发明冬季不结冰堵塞、易维护,能够取代蒸汽这一传统的取暖方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明;
如图1所示,一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带,包括导体1和外护套6,所述导体1为平行设置的三根镀锡圆线,所述三根导体1包裹中间导电发热材料2挤包成发热芯带,所述发热芯带外依次设置有绝缘保护层3、铝镁合金编织屏蔽层4、耐热绝缘层5、外护套6、防水涂层7和纳米涂层8。
所述导电发热材料2为正温度系数(PTC)导电发热材料,使用效果好,工作时温度稳定。
所述纳米涂层8内含有TiO2、SiO2、ZnO和Fe2O3颗粒采用纳米涂层具有更好的耐高温和防火特性。

1.一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带,包括导体(1)和外护套(6),其特征在于:所述导体(1)为平行设置的三根镀锡圆线,所述三根导线(1)包裹中间导电发热材料(2)挤包成发热芯带,所述发热芯带外依次设置有绝缘保护层(3)、铝镁合金编织屏蔽层(4)、耐热绝缘层(5)、外护套(6)、防水涂层(7)和纳米涂层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带,其特征在于:所述导电发热材料(2)为正温度系数(PTC)导电发热材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能热水器专用电伴热带,其特征在于:所述纳米涂层(8)内含有TiO2、SiO2、ZnO和Fe2O3颗粒。
