本发明涉及一种固定装置,尤其是刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。该固定装置包括底座、固定座、液压杆、压板、基板、固定块、凹槽、凸齿和电池板,固定座下端通过液压杆和压板固定连接,压板两端分别设有凸齿,电池板两端设有基板,电池板置于底座上端,固定块分别与基板外侧相贴合,基板上端设有凹槽,凹槽与凸齿相配合,底座顶部两端分别固定连接有转动电机,转动电机通过伸缩杆与转盘组固定连接,转盘组是由一个以上的转盘连接而成的,转盘都与基板上的槽体相贴合,转动电机通过螺栓与底座上端固定连接,转盘组为橡胶制的转盘组,该固定装置能够对基板进行污物清理,避免背膜被污染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种固定装置,尤其是刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。
背景技术
为了保护太阳能电池板,需要在电池板的表面覆盖上背膜,但是现有的固定装置上的基板,容易沾染污物,这样可能会使得背膜被污染,从而影响到背膜安装的质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有的固定装置容易污染背膜的不足,本发明提供了刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座、固定座、液压杆、压板、基板、固定块、凹槽、凸齿和电池板,固定座下端通过液压杆和压板固定连接,压板两端分别设有凸齿,电池板两端设有基板,电池板置于底座上端,固定块分别与基板外侧相贴合,基板上端设有凹槽,凹槽与凸齿相配合,底座顶部两端分别固定连接有转动电机,转动电机通过伸缩杆与转盘组固定连接,转盘组是由一个以上的转盘连接而成的,转盘都与基板上的槽体相贴合。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括转动电机通过螺栓与底座上端固定连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括转盘组为橡胶制的转盘组。
本发明的有益效果是,该固定装置能够对基板进行污物清理,避免背膜被污染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座1、固定座2、液压杆3、压板4、基板5、固定块6、凹槽7、凸齿8和电池板9,固定座2下端通过液压杆3和压板4固定连接,压板4两端分别设有凸齿8,电池板9两端设有基板5,电池板9置于底座1上端,固定块6分别与基板5外侧相贴合,基板5上端设有凹槽7,凹槽7与凸齿8相配合,底座1顶部两端分别固定连接有转动电机10,转动电机10通过伸缩杆11与转盘组12固定连接,转盘组12是由一个以上的转盘连接而成的,转盘都与基板5上的槽体相贴合,转动电机10通过螺栓13与底座1上端固定连接,转盘组12为橡胶制的转盘组。
要进行背膜安装时,首先把电池板9连同基板5一起放置到两个固定块6之间,这样固定块6会对基板5进行夹持,最后启动液压杆3,使得液压杆3带动压板4往下压,这样利用压板4下端的凸齿8,把背膜压在基板5的凹槽7之内,实现背膜固定。当需要对基板5进行清理时,先把伸缩杆11往前伸长,使得转盘组12延伸到基板5之上,此时转盘组12与基板5内的槽体相配合,最后启动转动电机10,使得转动电机10带动转盘组12进行转动,从而开始对基板5进行除污作业。当清理完毕之后,缩回伸缩杆,使得转盘组12移出压板4的压制范围。该固定装置能够对基板进行污物清理,避免背膜被污染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座(1)、固定座(2)、液压杆(3)、压板(4)、基板(5)、固定块(6)、凹槽(7)、凸齿(8)和电池板(9),固定座(2)下端通过液压杆(3)和压板(4)固定连接,压板(4)两端分别设有凸齿(8),电池板(9)两端设有基板(5),电池板(9)置于底座(1)上端,固定块(6)分别与基板(5)外侧相贴合,基板(5)上端设有凹槽(7),凹槽(7)与凸齿(8)相配合,其特征是,底座(1)顶部两端分别固定连接有转动电机(10),转动电机(10)通过伸缩杆(11)与转盘组(12)固定连接,转盘组(12)是由一个以上的转盘连接而成的,转盘都与基板(5)上的槽体相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,其特征是,转动电机(10)通过螺栓(13)与底座(1)上端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刮除型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,其特征是,转盘组(12)为橡胶制的转盘组。
