An RFID blood management system is characterized by comprising an RFID scanning module, a communication system, a blood collection system, a blood warehousing system, a blood ex-warehousing system, a blood using system, an inventory management system, a blood information tracking system, a blood station monitoring system and an inquiry system, wherein the blood collection system, the blood warehousing system, the blood ex-warehousing system, the blood using system, the inventory management system, the blood information tracking system, the blood station monitoring system and the inquiry system are connected with the communication system;
the blood collection system comprises a blood collector, a blood information electronic tag module and a blood analysis module, wherein the blood information electronic tag module and the blood analysis module are arranged on the blood collector, and the blood collector is connected with the blood analysis module through a wireless network;
the hemostix includes:
a hemostix body being of elongate form and having a sharp tip at a front end thereof;
a drive spring for transmitting a generally longitudinal motion to the cartridge body;
a housing receiving the cartridge body and having an aperture at a front end thereof through which a sharp tip of the cartridge body passes in use when the cartridge is triggered;
the blood analysis module comprises a sample remaining information checking system, an automatic sample remaining system, an intelligent analysis system, an automatic heat sealing system and a sample remaining amount detection system;
the sample remaining information checking system includes: a blood bag RFID label scanning device and a sample retention test tube RFID label scanning device;
the automatic sample retention system comprises: a blood bag grabbing and conveying device, a needle head grabbing device and an automatic sample holding test tube conveying device;
the intelligent analysis system comprises: the sample adding device drives the sample adding needle to sequentially collect blood from the sample tube through the driving device and adds the blood drops onto the glass slide; the push sheet device is used for extruding and pushing the blood into a film; the dyeing processing device is used for dyeing, cleaning and air-drying the extruded and pushed and pulled film; the image acquisition system is used for acquiring a stained blood film image; the intelligent analysis system comprises a hepatitis B virus detection module, a tuberculosis virus detection module, an AIDS virus detection module, a syphilis detection module, a blood type detection module and a blood membrane image processing and analyzing module;
the blood information electronic label module comprises:
the system comprises a first analysis module, a second analysis module and a third analysis module, wherein the first analysis module is used for analyzing a pre-configured electronic tag RFID and determining a unique identifier UID of the RFID;
the combination module is used for combining the determined UID with the parameter information of the RFID carrier to generate anti-counterfeiting information;
the signature module is used for signing the anti-counterfeiting information according to a pre-configured private key to generate an anti-counterfeiting information signature;
the generation module is used for writing the anti-counterfeiting information signature and the parameter information into the RFID to generate an anti-counterfeiting electronic tag;
the blood warehousing system is used for storing blood information into a database for backup, simultaneously recording warehousing time of blood, positions in inventory and warehousing workers and matching and binding the information with corresponding RFID label information;
the blood ex-warehouse system is used for recording blood ex-warehouse information, the blood ex-warehouse information comprises blood scrapping, blood use and blood allocation to other blood warehouses, recording the address, the ex-warehouse time and blood ex-warehouse staff of the blood ex-warehouse and matching and binding the blood ex-warehouse information with corresponding RFID label information;
the blood using system stores the information and the using time of a blood user into a database;
the inventory management system manages the blood stored in the storehouse, including inventory checking, inquiring the position of the blood in the storehouse and scanning the RFID label by a reader-writer to realize automatic expiration blood alarm;
the blood information tracking system reads the RFID code from the reader-writer, inquires a registered address from a root code analysis server database according to the RFID code, finds information stored in blood according to the registered address, finds information of other addresses according to the sequence of addresses taken out of the database, and tracks the whole-course flow information of the blood;
the blood station monitoring system monitors blood station servers in the whole RFID blood management system, monitors whether each blood station server is normally online in real time, and notifies the blood station to restart if the blood station servers are not online;
the inquiry system inquires blood of a special blood type in the whole RFID blood management system and displays a blood station where the blood management system is located;
the RFID scanning module comprises a display module, an operation module, a control unit, a radio frequency antenna, an identification module and a demodulator; the display module comprises a display screen and a display interface and is used for connecting the display screen of the control computer; the operation module comprises a key unit and an input interface connected with the computer; the control unit comprises an RFID scanning switch, a data processing unit and a data storage module; the RFID scanning module also comprises one or more combinations of a network interface, a serial data interface or a wifi receiving and sending module, and is used for transmitting data to the control computer; the RFID scanning module also comprises a power supply unit, wherein the power supply unit comprises a storage battery, a power adapter, a solar cell panel, a converter and an inverter, wherein the solar cell panel is a thin-film solar cell and is made of one of amorphous silicon, CIGS and microcrystalline silicon; the storage battery is a rechargeable lead-acid maintenance-free storage battery, is connected with the solar panel through a converter, and is charged by solar energy through the converter;
the communication system comprises a plurality of data transmitters, wherein each data transmitter is provided with a network interface, a serial data interface and a wifi receiving and sending module and is used for receiving data of the RFID scanning module; the communication system also comprises a caching module used for caching the received data; the communication system also comprises an IP identification module which is used for identifying each RFID scanning module, transmitting data of one or more RFID scanning modules and simultaneously recording the operation of each RFID scanning module so as to enable the received and transmitted data to be in one-to-one correspondence;
the query system comprises a data server, a voice recognition system, a terminal module, an identity recognition system and an article calibration system; the data server is used for performing matching search of similar conditions on the effective information extracted from the server and analyzing and processing the information which is searched in a matching way to form result information; the voice recognition system comprises voice input recognition and voice broadcasting functions; the terminal module is composed of a fixed intelligent touch control screen and a mobile control terminal, and the mobile control terminal comprises a mobile phone or a PDA; the identity recognition system is used for carrying out identity verification on the inquirer and comprises one or a combination of a fingerprint recognition system and a face recognition system; the item calibration system displays the inquired blood sample or stock storage place;
the method for generating the anti-counterfeiting electronic tag by the blood information electronic tag module comprises the following steps:
step one, analyzing a pre-configured electronic tag RFID, and determining a unique identifier UID of the RFID;
combining the determined UID with parameter information of the RFID carrier to generate anti-counterfeiting information, wherein the parameter information comprises the name of the carrier, the regular model of the carrier, the corresponding number of the carrier, the production date of the carrier and the validity period of the carrier;
thirdly, signing the anti-counterfeiting information according to a pre-configured private key to generate an anti-counterfeiting information signature;
and fourthly, writing the anti-counterfeiting information signature and the parameter information into the RFID to generate an anti-counterfeiting electronic tag.
2. The RFID blood management system of claim 1, wherein the blood station monitoring system monitors the blood station server in the whole RFID blood management system by:
step one, when a certain blood station server executes operation, the blood station server reports corresponding operation information to the RFID blood management system server;
step two, after the RFID blood management system server judges that the reported server belongs to a server supervised by the RFID blood management system server, the operation information is converted into an information format which can be identified by an intelligent terminal;
step three, when the RFID blood management system server judges that the operation information belongs to alarm information, judging whether an alarm problem corresponding to the operation information belongs to a problem which can be solved by the RFID blood management system server, if so, executing corresponding processing, compressing the converted operation information, and identifying the compressed operation information as a solved problem and sending the problem to an intelligent terminal; otherwise, compressing the converted operation information and then sending the compressed operation information to the intelligent terminal;
step four, when the RFID blood management system server judges that the operation information does not belong to the alarm information, the converted operation information is stored, compressed and sent to the intelligent terminal;
and fifthly, the intelligent terminal decompresses the operation information and then carries out corresponding display and/or corresponding voice prompt.
