背景技术
在现有技术中多肽具有一定的杀菌作用,采用多肽进行杀菌,具有环保、安全、无毒的功效,适合大面积的推广使用,而且成本低廉,更换简单方便。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费者更加关注自身身体健康,对家用电器的健康要求日益提高。空调杀菌是各空调厂家一直关注和研究的课题,目前空调杀菌大多采用冷触媒杀菌、活性碳吸附等方法,其杀菌效果较差,不能令人满意。
已有的具有杀菌功能的空调大体上有两种。一种是在空调中安装杀菌光触媒,借光触媒吸附、杀灭细菌、真菌及微生物。使用一段时间后,须取出光触媒将其在阳光下照射还原。另一种是在光触媒的前或后安设IC串联发光二极管还原装置,以其所产生的紫外光杀菌并达到还原光触媒的目的。已授权的ZL00257835号中国专利就是后一种具有杀菌功能的空调器。两种杀菌空调器的杀菌机理基本相同。都是用多孔光触媒吸附细菌、真菌及微生物,以光触媒产生的强氧化剂和紫外线抑菌杀菌。这种多孔光触媒使用3~4个月后会饱和,需还原再生。否则会因孔隙中的细菌、真菌及微生物过多繁殖并飞散,形成二次污染;光触媒反而成为细菌、真菌及微生物滋生的温床,变成了污染源。
CN 2660372 Y中公开了一种杀菌空调,在空调内部空气通道上设置有紫外线灯。紫外线灯为臭氧紫外线灯。紫外线灯外设有光催化触媒网。光催化触媒网上涂敷有TiO。但是臭氧的产生容易对人身体产生危害,不利于人体的身心健康。
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种具有杀菌作用的空调。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有杀菌作用的空调,包括压缩机、与压缩机以管线连接的冷凝器、与冷凝器以管线连接的节流装置、与节流装置以管线连接的蒸发器以及连接蒸发器和压缩机的管线等所组成;其特征在于:安装蒸发器的壳体上进风口处进气格栅的后面安装着杀菌过滤网,进气格栅还有喷雾口,其由水汽发生装置产生水汽进行喷雾,能够为杀菌过滤网提供湿润空气或雾气;所述的杀菌过滤网含有涂覆有多肽层的过滤网。
本发明另外提供一种抗菌多肽的制备方法,我们首先构建了多肽数据库,然后采用计算机模拟筛选技术进行抗菌肽的高通量的筛选。从计算机筛选结果中,选择20条能够特异性的抑制菌功能的多肽,通过常规的验证试验,证实了这些多肽具有抑制菌生长并且杀死相应菌的功能。所述的多肽分别命名为SJKT-1~20,其序列分别对应于SEQ ID NO:1-20所示。所述多肽,可以通过人工合成的方式用于后续的批量工业化生产。
本发明另外提供一种多肽薄膜层的制备方法,以本领域常规的铺膜方法进行铺膜,将多肽以均匀混合的形式融合在薄膜中即可。其中CN103589153 A中的制备方法是最优的方式,但不是唯一的方式。

图1为空调杀菌过滤网的结构示意图。其中(1)为滤网网框,(2)为多肽层过滤网。
具体实施方式:
实施例1多肽以及薄膜的制备
首先构建了多肽数据库,然后采用计算机模拟筛选技术进行抗菌肽的高通量的筛选。从计算机筛选结果中,选择20条能够特异性的杀菌功能的多肽,通过常规的验证试验,证实了这些多肽具有杀菌的功能。所述的多肽分别命名为SJKT-1~20,其序列分别对应于SEQ ID NO:1-20所示。所述多肽,可以通过人工合成的方式用于后续的批量工业化生产。
将所述的多肽制备成为薄膜层,方法为:(1)原料混合:25℃下,在三口瓶中加热3g4,4’-二胺基二苯醚与54mL N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,经超声搅拌至完全溶解后,向其中加入5.72gγAl2O3溶胶,继续超声搅拌28~35min;(2)聚酰胺酸/γAl2O3前驱体的制备:在冰水浴条件下,将3.27g均苯四甲酸二酐平均分6次加入到三口瓶中,制得聚酰胺酸γAl2O3前驱体,继续搅拌6h,充分混合γAl2O3与聚酰胺酸;再加入0.1g SJKT-1即SEQ IDNO:1所示的多肽;(3)铺膜:将步骤(2)制得的混合溶液倒入在玻璃板上铺膜,在烘箱中保温0.7h,控制烘箱温度为80℃;(3)复合薄膜的制备:将步骤(3)保温后的玻璃板取出,待自然冷却后,将薄膜和玻璃板置于去离子水中浸泡2.5~3.2h,然后从玻璃板上取下薄膜,得到厚度为25~30μm的复合薄膜;(5)烘干:将步骤(4)制得的复合薄膜置于烘箱中烘干。
所述薄膜层可以按照实施例1的方法,分别为采用SJKT-1~20的多肽制备成为的20种不同类型的多肽层,进而可以组合获得20种类型的空调。
实施例2空调的制备
按照本领域常规的空调结构,按照图1的制备结构,制备得到所述的空调。所述过滤网以不同的多肽层为基础,共制备得到20种类型。
实施例3对照
以过滤层不含有多肽层的空调作为对照。
实施例4杀菌实验
菌株的选择:以金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)作为革兰氏阳性菌的代表;大肠杆菌(8099)作为革兰氏阴性菌的代表;枯草芽胞杆菌(ATCC 9372)作为细菌芽孢的代表;绳状青霉(ATCC 10509)作为真菌的代表;大肠杆菌f2噬菌体作为病毒的代表。
杀灭细菌和病毒效果的评价,参照日本Method No.NU_734_99;杀灭霉菌效果的评价,参照AATCC30-1993《织物材料抗菌作用的评价:织物材料的防霉变和防腐蚀》。
杀菌实验结果
实施例5空气杀菌实验
通过菌落喷雾,在22个独立的5平方米、高2.5米的独立小房间(与外间隔离),专辟于微生物实验室,用玻璃建造。大肠杆菌菌落个数为10000个/m3。将实施例4中使用的22种净化器,分别置于房间内,开启风力等级为超强风,工作5min,然后开启室内存放的大肠杆菌空气含量检测专用平皿,通过培养,检测结果如下:
从以上结果可以看出,本发明的空调,具有较好的杀菌效果,所述的空调同时还有给空气加湿的功能,一机多用,节省成本。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有杀菌作用的空调,包括压缩机、与压缩机以管线连接的冷凝器、与冷凝器以管线连接的节流装置、与节流装置以管线连接的蒸发器以及连接蒸发器和压缩机的管线等所组成;其特征在于:安装蒸发器的壳体上进风口处进气格栅的后面安装着杀菌过滤网,进气格栅还有喷雾口,其由水汽发生装置产生水汽进行喷雾,能够为杀菌过滤网提供湿润空气或雾气;所述的杀菌过滤网含有涂覆有多肽层的过滤网,所述的多肽层含有SEQ ID NO:1所示的多肽。
