Abstract

本发明提出一种带螺母的水龙头混水阀装置,解决了现有技术中混水阀容易漏水等的问题。一种水龙头的混水阀装置,包括混水座和混水管,所述混水座的下方有一混水管槽,所述混水管穿过所述混水管槽,所述混水管可在所述混水管槽内运动。本发明的结构设计巧妙,具有很大的实用性,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,具有很大的市场前景。

技技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴领域,特别是指一种带螺母的水龙头。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关,有节水的功效。水龙头的更新换代速度非常快,从老式铸铁工艺发展到电镀旋钮式的,又发展到不锈钢单温单联水龙头、双温双联龙头等。现在,越来越多的消费者选购水龙头,都会从材质、功能、造型等多方面来综合考虑。
但是家里的水龙头使用一段时间后,上面的混水阀会出现漏水的现象,虽然像混水阀漏水这种现象是很普遍的,但是却是很困扰我们的。因此,能够更好地解决水龙头的混水阀漏水的问题与人们的日常生活息息相关,显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明提出一种带螺母的水龙头,解决了现有技术中混水阀容易漏水等的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种带螺母的水龙头,包括混水座和混水管,所述混水座的下方有一混水管槽,所述混水管穿过所述混水管槽,所述混水管在一推送装置的作用下在所述混水管槽内运动,所述推送装置包括螺栓和螺母,所述螺栓设于所述混水管的一端,,当转动所述螺母时,所述混水管在螺母和螺栓的作用下向一端运动,所述混水管出水口与所述水龙头的进水口连通。
进一步地,所述混水管的侧壁开设有一混水管进水口,混水管的一端开有一混水管出水口,所述混水管的另一端密封,所述密封端与所述螺栓连接,当转动所述螺母时,所述混水管在螺母和螺栓的作用下向一端运动,所述混水管进水口可与所述混水座的出水口连通,所述混水管出水口与所述水龙头的进水口连通。
进一步地,所述混水管槽的槽壁上开设有一通孔,所述通孔与所述混水座的出水口连通,转动所述螺母,所述混水管进水口可与所述通孔连通。
进一步地,还包括两个进水管,所述两个进水管的出水口对应与所述混水座的两个进水口连通。
进一步地,所述混水管的出水口套设有一密封圈。
进一步地,所述混水管的出水口处围设有一凸环,所述凸环用于定位所述混水管的进水口。
进一步地,所述混水管上开有槽,所述槽安装有橡胶圈。
进一步地,所述两个进水管的进水口对应用于与热水管和冷水管连接。
根据以上对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
由于螺母在所述水龙头内的位置固定,转动所述螺母时,所述螺栓带动所述混水管向另一方向移动,由此可将所述混水阀装置更加紧固地设于所述水龙头内,使其不易因为水的压力或者使用时间久了导致松动漏水。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种带螺母的水龙头,包括混水座1和混水管2,所述混水座1的下方有一混水管槽3,所述混水管2穿过所述混水管槽3,所述混水管2在一推送装置6的作用下在所述混水管槽3内运动,所述推送装置6包括螺栓61和螺母62,所述螺栓61设于所述混水管2的一端。
所述混水管槽3的槽壁上开设有一通孔,所述通孔与所述混水座1的出水口连通。所述混水管2的侧壁开设有一混水管进水口,混水管2的一端开有一混水管出水口,所述混水管的另一端密封,所述密封端与所述螺栓61连接。
由于所述螺母62在所述水龙头内的位置固定,安装水龙头时,转动所述螺母62,所述混水管2在螺母62和螺栓61的作用下向另一端运动,所述混水管2进水口可与所述混水座1的出水口连通,所述混水管2出水口与所述水龙头的进水口连通。通过所述混水管在所述浑水槽内的移动,可将所述混水阀装置更加紧固地设于所述水龙头内,使其不易因为水的压力或者使用时间久了导致松动漏水。
还包括两个进水管4,所述两个进水管的出水口对应与所述混水座1的两个进水口连通,所述两个进水管4的进水口对应用于与热水管和冷水管连接,故用户可以根据需要扭动所述水龙头的手柄,使水龙头流出热水或冷水或冷热水汇集而成的温水。
为了增加所述混水阀的密封性,在所述混水管的出水口套设有一密封圈(未图示),这样的设置可以使混水管的出水口与所述水龙头的进水口更加密封。
所述混水管的出水口处围设有一凸环5,所述凸环5用于更好地定位所述混水管的进水口。
一种带螺母的水龙头的供水方法:基于调节螺母使螺栓推动混水管的移动,实现混水阀装置和水龙头的密封连接及水龙头的水流引向。
所述推动是基于工具或手对螺母的旋转。
所述密封是基于螺栓对混水管的压迫。
所述水流是指混水阀装置上进水管的水流汇集到混水座,再经过混水管输送出水龙头。
一种带螺母的水龙头的装配方法:将混水阀装置装进水龙头的外壳内,转动螺母,使混水管的进水口与混水座的出水口连通,混水管的出水口与水龙头的进水口连通并与之紧贴,实现水龙头水路结构的引水与密封。
一种带螺母的水龙头的检验方法:将两个进水管分别与冷水管和热水管连接,打开水龙头的水阀开关,借助水流对混水阀装置及混水管上的杂质进行清洗,关闭水阀开关,转动螺母,在螺母的作用下,使螺栓推动混水管向水龙头的进水口贴紧,再次打开水阀开关,观看混水阀装置和混水管是否有出水,没有漏水即为合格。
本发明的结构设计巧妙,具有很大的实用性,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,具有很大的市场前景。

1.一种带螺母的水龙头,其特征在于:,包括混水座和混水管,所述混水座的下方有一混水管槽,所述混水管穿过所述混水管槽,所述混水管在一推送装置的作用下在所述混水管槽内运动,所述推送装置包括螺栓和螺母,所述螺栓设于所述混水管的一端,转动所述螺母,所述混水管在螺母和螺栓的作用下向一端运动,可使所述混水管的出水口与所述水龙头的进水口连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述混水管的侧壁开设有一混水管进水口,混水管的一端开有一混水管出水口,所述混水管的另一端密封,所述密封端与所述螺栓连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述混水管槽的槽壁上开设有一通孔,所述通孔与所述混水座的出水口连通,转动所述螺母,所述混水管进水口可与所述通孔连通。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的水龙头,其特征在于:还包括两个进水管,所述两个进水管的出水口对应与所述混水座的两个进水口连通。
5.如权利要求1或2述的混水阀装置,其特征在于:所述混水管的出水口套设有一密封圈。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述混水管的出水口处围设有一凸环,所述凸环用于定位所述混水管的进水口。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述混水管上开有槽,所述槽安装有橡胶圈。
8.如权利要求4所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述两个进水管的进水口对应用于与热水管和冷水管连接。
