一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，属于门窗技术领域。包括连接纱网的连接件、调节螺杆、调节螺母、置于门窗边框内侧的弹性橡胶垫片、置于门窗边框外侧的固定块；所述固定块一端与门窗边框固定连接，另一端设有空腔；所述连接件为平板结构，其上设有若干连接纱网的卡槽；所述调节螺杆的一端依次穿过调节螺母、固定块、门窗边框、弹性橡胶垫片与连接件连接，所述调节螺母置于固定块的空腔内。本发明结构简单合理，结构设计巧妙，结合使用调节螺母、精调螺母、弹性橡胶垫片，减少了机构的变形。本发明采用粗调和精调双调节机构，根据实际工作需要来调节纱网的绷紧情况，使纱网紧密张紧，延长了纱网的使用寿命，改善了纱网的使用效果。

本发明涉及一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，属于门窗技术领域。
背景技术
纱网广泛用于家居办公宾馆等的防蚊防虫，宽度从0.6m-1.5m。高档次的窗纱有不锈钢窗纱,环氧涂层窗纱,玻璃纤维平织隐形窗纱等。纱网固定后，用手轻推纱网中心，可以发现纱网没有拉紧，很松，没有起到应有防盗的作用。且使用时间久了后，纱网容易变形，松垮，影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，从而提供一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，本发明采用连接件来固定纱网，并通过合理的结构设计使得纱网的绷紧固定锁紧装置灵活通用化，能够延长纱网的使用寿命和改善其使用效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，包括连接纱网的连接件、调节螺杆、调节螺母、置于门窗边框内侧的弹性橡胶垫片、置于门窗边框外侧的固定块；所述固定块一端与门窗边框固定连接，另一端设有空腔；所述连接件为平板结构，其上设有若干连接纱网的卡槽；所述调节螺杆的一端依次穿过调节螺母、固定块、门窗边框、弹性橡胶垫片与连接件连接，所述调节螺母置于固定块的空腔内。
还设有精调螺母，所述调节螺母的外端设有精调螺母安装孔，精调螺母置于该安装孔内。
所述精调螺母安装孔内设有调节弹簧，调节弹簧的一端抵住安装孔孔底，另一端抵住精调螺母内端。
所述精调螺母与调节螺母之间设有O型密封圈。
所述门窗边框外侧设有用于遮盖门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置的外盖。
所述门窗边框在与外盖接触处设有条形槽；所述外盖横截面为U型，其在与条形槽对应位置处设有与之相匹配的凸形条。
所述调节弹簧穿套于调节螺杆上。
本发明中调节螺母的一端顶住固定块空腔内壁，通过旋转调节螺母实现纱网的绷紧固定与锁紧。同样，本发明还可以通过旋转精调螺母实现纱网的进一步绷紧固定与锁紧，即本发明可同时实现纱网的绷紧张紧固定锁紧的粗调和精调。
弹性橡胶垫片置于门窗边框内侧与连接件之间，防止在粗调或精调时导致机构变形。精调螺母安装孔内设置的弹簧一方面可使精调螺母与调节螺母之间连接更加紧固，另一方便可便于精调螺母的复位。
纱网绷紧固定锁紧的实现分为粗调和精调两个步骤，粗调的具体方法如下：拧动调节螺母，固定块固定不动，调节螺母在空腔内运动，调节螺母的旋转内移使得调节螺杆向外移动，调节螺杆的外移带动连接件向外运动，从而实现纱网绷紧固定锁紧的粗调。
精调的具体方法如下：拧动精调螺母，精调螺母的外移带动调节螺母的内移，致使调节螺杆外移，从而连接件的外移，最终完成纱网绷紧固定锁紧的精调。
本发明结构简单合理，结构设计巧妙，结合使用调节螺母、精调螺母、弹性橡胶垫片，减少了机构的变形。本发明采用粗调和精调双调节机构，根据实际工作需要来调节纱网的绷紧情况，使纱网紧密张紧，延长了纱网的使用寿命，改善了纱网的使用效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，包括连接纱网的连接件1、调节螺杆2、调节螺母3、置于门窗边框12内侧的弹性橡胶垫片4、置于门窗边框外侧的固定块5。
固定块一端与门窗边框固定连接，另一端设有空腔6。连接件为平板结构，其上设有若干连接纱网的卡槽7。
调节螺杆的一端依次穿过调节螺母、固定块、门窗边框、弹性橡胶垫片与连接件连接，调节螺母置于固定块的空腔内。
还设有精调螺母8，调节螺母的外端设有精调螺母安装孔，精调螺母置于该安装孔内。
精调螺母安装孔内设有调节弹簧9，调节弹簧的一端抵住安装孔孔底，另一端抵住精调螺母内端，调节弹簧穿套于调节螺杆上。精调螺母与调节螺母之间设有O型密封圈。
门窗边框外侧设有用于遮盖门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置的外盖10，门窗边框在与外盖接触处设有条形槽；外盖横截面为U型，其在与条形槽对应位置处设有与之相匹配的凸形条11。
通过旋转调节螺母实现纱网绷紧固定与锁紧的粗调，然后通过旋转精调螺母实现纱网绷紧固定与锁紧的精调。通过本发明分别进行的粗调和精调，使纱网紧密张紧。

Claims (7)

1.一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，包括连接纱网的连接件（1）、调节螺杆（2）、调节螺母（3）、置于门窗边框（12）内侧的弹性橡胶垫片（4）、置于门窗边框外侧的固定块（5）；所述固定块一端与门窗边框固定连接，另一端设有空腔（6）；所述连接件为平板结构，其上设有若干连接纱网的卡槽（7）；所述调节螺杆的一端依次穿过调节螺母、固定块、门窗边框、弹性橡胶垫片与连接件连接，所述调节螺母置于固定块的空腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，还设有精调螺母（8），所述调节螺母的外端设有精调螺母安装孔，精调螺母置于该安装孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，所述精调螺母安装孔内设有调节弹簧（9），调节弹簧的一端抵住安装孔孔底，另一端抵住精调螺母内端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，所述精调螺母与调节螺母之间设有O型密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，所述门窗边框外侧设有用于遮盖门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置的外盖（10）。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种门窗纱网绷紧固定锁紧装置，其特征是，所述门窗边框在与外盖接触处设有条形槽；所述外盖横截面为U型，其在与条形槽对应位置处设有与之相匹配的凸形条（11）。
