单用硒或锗,具有一定的局限性,二者联用看到具有更好的疗效,对此,我们使用了纳米硒和有机锗。二者同时添加到织物纱丝中,既活化了谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,消除了自由基,保护了细胞膜的完整性、稳定性,并参加了细胞的正常生理功能,同时也增强了机体的免疫功能,提高机体干扰素的含量。
纳米硒是继有机硒之后优质更新的补硒剂,具有高生物活性、高安全性指标、高科技含量、高纯度、高稳定性等优势。纳米硒表现出了神奇的生物活性。生物试验证明纳米硒的急性毒性是无机硒的1/7,是有机硒的1/3;与无机硒相比,纳米硒的消除自由活性提高了5倍,消除超氧阴离子和过氧化氢的活性即大幅度提高,在免疫调节和抑制肿瘤方面的灵敏性也显著提高了,纳米硒的高安全性和高生物活性,使硒的保健功能发挥得淋漓尽致。

防蚊虫整理剂是一种新的织物功能化整理剂,它的主要成分是拟除虫菊酯类化合物为主的纳米级微胶囊。它通过固着剂在织物表面形成防蚊虫药膜,对蚊、蝇、蚤、虱、蛀虫等有高效、快速的击倒灭杀效果,并具有良好的趋避作用。蚊子与整理后的织物接触30s,蚊子立即死亡,家蝇接触15s立即死亡。防蚊虫整理织物洗涤15次仍具有良好的防蚊虫效果,蚊、蝇、蚤、虱、蛀虫的死亡率仍达80%以上。防蚊虫整理织物对皮肤无刺激、无过敏现象,对人体无毒,穿着舒适。
香味整理剂为全包囊性微胶囊香料,经香味等方式释放香料。胶囊整理后的纺织品在使用过程中受到轻微的摩擦或挤压,会产生香的气味,在存放中可维持香味五年之久。在温水中性皂液中,采用家庭机洗,避免手搓洗涤,可机洗涤12次以上,仍然香味纯正,芬芳宜人,保香性强,留香持久,对人体无毒。
北京洁尔爽高科技公司生产的湿速干整理剂具有良好的吸湿排汗性能,它是用吸湿排汗纤维织制。吸湿排汗纤维是一种新型异型截面聚酯纤维,并有4条排汗管道的异形截面的纤维,它的截面呈扁平的凹凸截面结构,形成许多毛细效应强烈的细小芯吸管,它能将水迅速排到织物表面,当汗水排到该纤维织物表面后,能快速蒸发周围大气中,具有优良的导湿快干性能。它综合了棉的舒适性和涤的快干性,使皮肤保持干爽,达到快速吸湿排汗。加工的面料吸湿性好,穿着舒适,无闷热感,其独特的清凉性和轻快性已经成为高档服饰的风格,是目前的理想面料。
高尔泰克斯织物是一种高技术复合织物,最外层为棉纶绸、最里层为棉纶针织布、中间层为聚四氟乙烯薄膜,使用粘合剂将三层粘合成一体。这种织物的优点是可防雨,外面的雨水进不了内衣,人体散发的汗液却能透过聚四氟乙烯薄膜的微孔会发出去。
拒水拒油易污整理剂FG-921是最新研制开发的超耐久型含氟拒油、拒水、易去污整理剂。涤纶、棉纶等合成纤维、棉等天然纤维及其混纺及交织物好的拒油、拒水、易去污效果。
聚四氟乙烯树脂颗粒经加热、延伸、热处理制成多微孔薄膜结构,最先进的防水整理织物,具有防风透湿功能,还具有呼吸功能的层压织物。在防风透湿织物中,是以多微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜(简称PTFE膜)、共聚酯(简称PE)和聚氨酯薄膜(简称PU膜)与织物复合(或粘合)为主流;还有以孔聚乙烯或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚膜与非织造布复合织的产品。
阻燃剂用复合纺丝法制备阻燃聚酯纤维多采用皮芯型结构,即以共聚型或添加型阻燃聚酯为芯,普通聚酯为皮层复合纺制而成。这样既可以防止卤素阻剂过早分解卤化氢离开火焰而影响阻燃效果,又可以防止某些含磷阻燃剂不耐高温的的缺点,而且还能使纤维保持原有的外观、白度和染色性。若将阻燃组分为聚酯偏芯纺丝,则可提高阻燃复合聚酯纤维的弹性回复率。
碳化棉杀菌纤维,其制作工艺为,把棉布放在真空状态下加热到800~1000℃,使棉花内所含水分完全蒸发,将面部纤维制成碳化棉纤维。研究人员称,碳化棉纤维的pH值可达到1.9~3,具有强烈的酸性,因此杀菌能力很强。不仅在纤维表面,就连纤维周围5mm的范围内,细菌也难以繁殖。如碳化棉纤维的杀菌能力降低了,只要通过煮沸或日晒等简单方法就能使其恢复杀菌功能。
甲壳素是地球上极为丰富的一种自然资源,也是自然界迄今为止被发现的唯一带正电荷的动物纤维素。由于其分子结构中带有不饱和阳离子基团,因而甲壳素的年生物合成量月1000亿吨以上,是仅对带负电荷的各类有害物质具有强大吸附作用。同样,它也是极为丰富的有机再生资源。甲壳素纤维是用虾、蟹、昆虫的外壳及菌类、藻类的细胞壁中提炼出的一种天然生物纤维素。
防紫外线纤维的加工方法,在成纤聚合物聚合过程中或熔融状态下加入具有紫外线屏蔽多重功效性能的成分。即选择一种合适的紫外线屏蔽剂与成纤高聚物的单体一起共聚,制得防紫外线多重功效的共聚物,然后纺成防紫外线纤维。列入,用常规的直接酯化或酯交换后缩聚的方法制得防紫外线聚酯切片,在通过常规的熔融纺丝制成纤维。该方法中防紫外线剂经历聚合过程中的搅拌和挤出纺丝两次分散,分散均匀性良好,同时聚酯仅经过干燥和挤出纺丝两次热过程,其分子量和特性粘度下降较少,因此该方法的可纺性非常好。这种防紫外线纤维具有良好的防紫外线性能,能有效吸收波长为280~340的紫外线,天然的抗菌虑毒释放元素负离子防电磁波辐射远红外,天然克螨灭蚊吸湿排汗透气,拒水拒油去污兼多种功能防护衣。
